Went for a meal with my husband and had a lovely evening thanks to the team for your great service,but would like to mention Emese in particular as she was such a lovely person, service with a smile and chat whilst dealing with our orders. She was run off her feet but still made time for each guest that we saw her serve, she is a credit to your team. Thank you and will return again soon.

Lovely food, lovely meal, but most importantly love service provided by our waiter, Ed, he provides us with a lovely experience and will most definitely recommend him and Zizzis to all of my friends and close and distant family. We regularly visit here and as always the food is great. Emese our host was amazing and made amendments to our order with ease and always made sure we had enough drinks and food.

It was my first time visiting Zizzi’s. I was very impressed. The food was excellent and the service was superb. Our lovely waitress Emese provided a brilliant service throughout and I would definitely visit again.

Unfortunately we were very disappointed with our first (and last) visit to Zizzi. Restaurant is very nicely decorated and our waitress was lovely. However the food was a great disappointment. Son had children’s pizza which was so small it was served on a side plate/saucer. Not only small in size but so thin with barely any topping. Daughter had spaghetti bolognaise which tasted like the sauce was out of a tin. Puddings were the saving grace. Very expensive for very cheap/nasty food. Will not return and have advised friends and family not to waste their money going.

We had a fantastic Saturday night at Zizzi’s Dorchester! The place was buzzing—queues out the door the entire time we were there—but thanks to our booking we were all set. Despite the hustle and bustle, the service was impeccable. Our waiter, Jarad, was attentive and efficient, and handled everything with ease. Assistant Manager Kieran ran the floor like a pro - the swan metaphor springs to mind! Zsanet and Blake were also just as impressive, checking in on our table as they walked by and making sure we had what we needed – always something with four children at the table! Jarad, Kieran and the whole team turned an ordinary meal into a standout experience! Their warmth and proactive approach make them a credit to Zizi’s – honestly – top London restaurants could learn a thing or two from them!

On arrival the man who greeted us was happy polite and friendly and took us to our table within a couple of minutes. All the staff were happy and friendly and looked like they enjoyed their job and were happy to be there. Our waitress was absolutely lovely, didn’t catch her name but she had beautiful lilac coloured hair. She was so friendly and checked everything was ok during our evening a couple of times and asked if everything was ok with our meal. We had a drink and a complementary small bowl of crisps/nibbles to enjoy while we waited for your food. Our starters were amazing and were brought out to us quickly. We had Mushroom Brindisi and a Chorizo and Mozzarella Bombe. Mains was Beef brisket and Venison Stufato and spaghetti chorizo carbonara. Desserts were Baked Lemon and blackcurrant cheesecake and a honeycomb cheesecake. The waiting time on each course was just right. 10/10 for each course. It was my best friend and I who enjoyed a meal here for my early birthday treat. I had never been to Zizzi before, I can’t wait to return as it was just amazing, the food, staff, service, the lot. Fantastic.

The team were dealing with some absolute weapons of customers this evening. We were told 30 mins for a table in an overly professional manner which was great. We went for a drink and came back, they found us a table and they were busy!!! Chefs doing a great job and foh team dealing with people complaining about an hour wait for food, when actually they had been there for 50mins. We were laughing at the audacity of people these days. Laila was brilliant as our server and the supervisor/host (who looks like James blunt, steady on ladies) were absolutely fantastic. I hope we didn’t disappoint anyone or let them down. It was a brilliant visit on the back of a clearly hard night for the team. Good night my lover, good night my friend. The pizzas were the one for me

Went for dinner with a couple of friends tonight, thankfully booked in advance as it was very busy! Food was fantastic, their dessert menu was incredible - so good I ordered two!!! I believe the server was called Keiran, he was exceptional, very busy sorting all the tables but maintained a high standard service! Will be back again !!! :)

The atmosphere was buzzy and enjoyable, we were looked after by Laila who was attentive and very pleasant. The prices where extremely good with the 3 course menu being very cost effective.

Arrived quite early on a Friday eveningand the place was rammed! Must be a good sign. Drew a short straw and got the hard metal chairs instead of the comfy ones. Onto the food: Starters, prawns on a skewer. Not much to say, just prawns on a skewer with some tomato sauce. Just OK. Pizza: I had a sticky pig rustica. Rather an odd pizza. Extremely thin base,to the point that it shatters. Very thin layer of tomato sauce but only on half the pizza. Various bits of pork scattered about. Cheese, loads of honey and some teeth breakingly hard strips of pork cracking. I love pork crackling, but on a pizza? And rock hard? Overall taste of honey and not much else really. To be brutally honest, I prefer a spicy meat feast at spoons for half the money. Dessert: Sundae type thing in a champagne glass, not a sundae glass. It was actually the best part of the meal. Very nice, but then for over £8 it ought to be, So a 3 course meal for 2 with 2 drinks comes in at nearly £90. Terrible value for money. Thank goodness I had tesco vouchers to take up the bulk of the bill! Top marks to the waitress. Very attentive, chatty and prompt despite it being crazy busy. She was running about the place like mad.

Great good. Quick service. Lovely staff. Perfect 'tiny tummy' menu fur our 2yr old for only £3.50. Thanks to our server, Ellie.

As I entered the restaurant I was greeted by a lovely man named keiren, he was very polite and efficient with service to make sure our experience was the best it could possibly be.

Had the Butter Bean Stufato, and the Black Forest fondant. Both from the specials menu, and both absolutely delicious!

Table booked for 7:30. Big queue when we arrived and all had booked a table. Average waiting time was 15-20 minutes. When we did get seated we were told they only had one table which was right by the door so could feel a draft constantly and had people who were waiting for a table watching us most of the evening. Sat by a large group of about 20 people who were very noisy. Not enough staff on. Had to keep calling them over to get any service. Pizzas were cold when arrived so had to send back. So expensive! Desserts now £7-8 each. Not value for money. Would not recommend.

Fabulous and speedy service Great food, no faults

Came with friends on 11th January. Having already eaten in a Zizzis before un Cardiff, my wife and I were really looking forward to this. On arrival we were seated at our table which was way too small for a group of 4. Once the food arrived we had to put the water jug on the floor to make room for everything and even then, the table was very cramped. The big negative for me was the constant draft coming from the entrance of the restaurant whenever somebody came in or left which was very frequent. Food quality: just average really! Nothing to shout from the roof tops about. The Tiramisu was a let down and my friends chocolate brownie was frankly shameful in size for £7 Can safely say we won’t be back in a hurry.

After not having eaten at Zizzi’s for years we will be returning again very soon. Amazing food, couldn’t fault it! All the staff were friendly and amazing but Kieran out waiter really did make this a great experience. Would recommend to anyone

A bit overpriced and they managed to serve an alcoholic drink, rather than a non-alcoholic one and just laughed when I asked for a replay.

Lovely meal for lunch with my partner and toddler. Kieran was fantastic, cheerfully interacting with our daughter throughout our lunch, she loved him. The food was delicious. We had mozzarella tomatoes starter, spicy meatball pasta, spicy chicken pizza, and chocolate sundae to finish. I was surprised by the prices a little, but haven’t eaten out in a while, so may be a little out of touch. Over £17 for a pizza with minimal ingredients. The meatball dish had lots of meat, probably didn’t need all three meatballs, two would be plenty. Flavours were lovely. Have always enjoyed coming to Zizzi’s over the years in Dorch, and nice to see the quality and service is still high. Highly recommend for a filling, delicious meal with a smile. Thank you Zizzi’s team, we will be back again for another special occasion

Food was lovely and you could tell everything was fresh and perfectly cooked, great attentive service by Kieran and everything was quick and efficient, thank you so much.

We were grateful they squeezed us in as they were busy. Abigail our waitress was nice and friendly and very good with the children. Food was good for a chain restaurant. Only thing we found disappointing was how close the tables were. I’m not expecting loads of room but I don’t like people touching me or my coat repeatedly when going between tables. It’s just a bit irritating when you’re trying to eat but overall a nice experience.

Poor service as it took half a hour just to get our drinks and then to have the server keep on about my friends allergies. I will never go in there again. We literally had our drinks that we paid for and walked out.

WOW WOW WOW. My partner and I took our 6yo daughter out for a New Years Eve meal here and so glad we did. The attention to detail in absolutely everything was second to none and this includes the attention made to me being Coeliac. The atmosphere, food, drinks and staff were all faultless and we have found our new local place to eat out. We had 3 courses and each of my plates came out with a little GF sticker which I thought just shows these guys understand the rules and seriousness of allergies. We could not fault a single thing during our time in here of around 2 hours. Now I'm hoping I've got the right person but the name on our receipt is Meg. I would personally like to thank Meg for her time, help and knowledge with regards to the GF items I could have. Meg made our evening that little more enjoyable and less stressful when it comes to allergies. Meg, I hope you had a drink on me and we'll be seeing you again very soon. I can safely and honestly recommend Zizzi's Dorchester to anyone in the area looking to have an enjoyable meal out. Happy New Year to all.

Surprised to see a very reasonable priced Christmas 3 course menu still available with loads of variety for each course , food came out quick , hot and was very tasty. Laila ensured we had all we needed ! Recommended pudding too- she was spot on ! 5*

Great location and super friendly staff. Food quality was good and the dinning experience was also good. The restaurant has had a recent refresh and looks good. The toilets let this restaurant down, they weren't very clean and really messy. Clealrly missed the refurb from the main areas. The staff made the evening enjoyable though.
