Food is very good but portions are quite big, so be careful if ordering 3 courses! The seating inside is quite compact and it can be noisy at busy times.

Excellent food and really friendly staff. Six of us (including 2 young kids). Didn't have a booking but no problem finding a table for us. Recommended.

Great food and wine service was great and our waitress Charlotte was very very good. The atmosphere was lively but not to lively. We didn't book in advance but they accommodate us. Can recommend the pizza and the risotto but watch out for the red chilli they are very hot.

Had a super lunch on out visit to Sherbourne. Warm welcome, excellent freshly cooked food.excellent unhurried service. Well laid out tables clean and warm. Toilet facilities modern and clean. Would have no hesitation in recommending this restaurant for a authentic Italian lunch

Had food order wrong,then rushed it,pizza overloaded and soggy,,,annoying that they checked the order twice,husband had Calzone, which was burnt on top,but still was served.

First impressions was that this was a friendly, vibrant place to call for lunch. We were not disappointed. Superb service, delicious food, fair pricing.

I usually rave over this place but last night's meal was rather disappointing. The lasagne was all cheese and watery tomato sauce, barely any meat. The dessert worse still. It was advertised as 'Homemade semifreddo with praline and a hot dark chocolate sauce.' What turned up was a tasteless lump of semi frozen cream, a few chopped nuts sprinkled over it and chocolate sauce out of a bottle poured over the top! How do I know it was out of a bottle? After 3 disappointing spoonfuls and having left the rest (I don't like the synthetic overly sweet sauce out of a bottle) it stayed liquid. If it had been an authentic chocolate sauce it would have solidified, it didn't. So please don't order this thinking you will get a genuine 'hot dark chocolate sauce' because you won't. If you like Mr Whippys choc sauce, have at it! Thankfully the company I was with more than made up for it!

It’s OK. I had hoped it was going to be a little special, but there was all rather plain and lacklustre.

An absolutely brilliant experience every time. Never had an average, let alone bad meal here. The head chef is such a nice man, as well as an amazing chef. Service is also very friendly and welcoming and it is a generally lovely place to sit. Great menu choice too and the lunch menu in particular is good value for money - £15 for 2 courses. I would highly recommend this restaurant for anyone taking a trip to Sherborne.

The pizza I had which was seafood wasn't really that nice. But I ate it to be polite. I would have liked a Quatro Staggioni that they don't do anymore. Service was good though. 👍

The best Italian food I’ve had in the UK - it’s tasty and authentic. So many options to choose from on the menu. Most of the staff are nice and happy to share their knowledge about the food. The kitchen closes at 9pm, not 11pm.

Food is absolutely superb. This restaurant is very popular and quite small so it was a little cramped and noisy but the food more than makes up for this.

Food was bad, most of the starter dishes pre cooked and appear at your table in 2-3 minutes. Lamb was terrible, wine list is pretty bad. Tiramisu was made by somebody who never ate a tiramisu before. No idea why this place has good ratings....
