Pizza was barely cooked, only one small edge was crunchy, the others were soft, considering it was meant to be a rustica wasn't great. And only 2 bits of basil on it with no option to ask for more. Ended up putting the pizza back in the oven for 20m

We came in a bit late but the service was fast and great regardless, food was spot on and delicious. Farla was super warm and welcoming, she was a great host. ☺️

I am a delivery driver I went to pick up the order from this restaurant it said to collect at 17:57pm I arrived at 18:02pm when I went into the restaurant I went to ask one of the staff for my order the lady replied it will be 10 minutes bear in mind I did have another order to collect from another place, I returned after 10 minutes the lady that said it’ll be 10 minutes the first time walked off after she saw me, I had then asked another lady how long it will be she shrugged her shoulders I think she had 0 braincells I genuinely think she was mentally challenged because if I was a worker I’d ask the kitchen staff how long it’ll be it’s not rocket science. I asked for them to cancel the order they said to call the customer which was stupid as I had been already waiting there for 30minutes. The third time came another excuse came with that. On the 4th time I had went in I waited a 5minutes then some nobhead came over and gave me the order, he handed it to me as if I was a dog, I didn’t want to cause a scene just before leaving there was another delivery driver I told him to cancel as he’d be waiting an hour they were giving him the same treatment that I received so he walked off aswell. I did understand that it was busy but it isn’t that hard to communicate with the delivery driver to say that we’re currently working on the orders for the customers in store as we’re busy. I went to the second restaurant and they had complained to me as the food they prepared was waiting for one hour, I was using just eat so you can’t go from the first order to the second without collecting the first one first. I will never collect an order from this restaurant again, the staff think they own the world when they’re just stuck in a 9 to 5 for the rest of their miserable lives.

male staff member had a very bad attitude towards me and my son we was shoved in a seat behind stairs as if he didn’t want us in the restaurant and he said he was going to be with us then kept walking past us eventually a colleague serverd us i wanted another drink but no one asked just looked over an walked off seemed very rude .

We come to zizzi in aylesbury regularly and the food is always hot and tasty. The staff are all absolutely brilliant and very helpful. A fantastic place to eat. Lucus is absolutely amazing everything we come in.

Pleasant experience. Great place to go for food before going to the odeon for a cinema visit. Would highly recommend

We ordered well in advance for a 20.35 delivery. Arrived about ten past nine. Incredibly rude driver who didn’t apologise, just demanded a code. He then handed me an obviously beaten up package. As well as being squashed and knackered, about a third of it was split and soaked in sauce. The driver had dashed off before I could hand it back and reject the delivery. Three of the items included sauce and were all on their side in the package. At least two had leaked. The leak had filled the

Our food had no flavour and dry,so disappointed waste of money. Not enough staff plus the dinning tables are sticky.They need to sort out the entrance doors as they are not soft close it was so Annoying every time the doors opened they banged . Zizzi restaurant really needs to clean up .

I had a wonderful experience being served by Gosia and Basia. They were both accommodating and provided us with five-star service! You two are fantastic! I highly recommend the Zizi branch in Aylesbury because of them. Additionally, the food was great, fresh, and served in large portions. Be sure to visit!

The pizza was good. The standard size was large and the rustica was huge! The desert was good. Staff were polite, helpful and generally efficient, but the food was quite slow in coming. I suspect this was because the small number of kitchen staff were very busy preparing many takeaways/delivery meals.

Stone cold pizza delivered after 1 hour 40 minutes. Tried to cancel order after an hour but despite calling 5 times restaurant would not answer the phone. Option to cancel not available in app as described by the help section. Will never order from here again!

Ordered pizza, was not even Luke warm, very unappetising

Service was absolutely fantastic, unfortunately the food was no so good. Pizza was burnt with very little cheese on it. When we complained it was taken off the bill but as we were short of time it meant we had to share one main and that wasn't really ideal

We were in a bit of a rush to make it ontime to the nearby theatre, the speed and efficieny of the staff was really impressive without losing the personal touch. We only ordered a mains each due to the time aspect, the food was delicious and generally well cooked and prepared. I would have given five stars however the bed of spinach and kale under my chicken Milanese contained many, many inedible stalks, had we not have been in such a rush I would have sent it back. A shame as apart from this our experience was very positive.

For the second time in 2 years, I ordered online via Uber Eats from Zizzi, Aylesbury. It was just as revolting and disappointing the second time! I ordered the Casareccia Pollo Piccante. It arrived warm and pasta perfectly cooked - and that's the end of anything positive I can say. It was phenomenally tasteless. Literally, it tasted of nothing. No salt, no pepper, no tomato, not even the pasta had a 'pasta' flavour! The 4 small dots of pre-cooked 'charred chicken' tasted vaguely chickeny like sandwich filling - but there were so few of them in one little huddle it was hard to tell! Worst of all: the pasta tubes were revoltingly covered in a slimy, thick, greasy film of oil. No flavour still, but an oil slick of some kind coated everything. The whole shambles went in the bin after three forks. Seriously, these people need to either send their sauce in a separate tub, actually taste what they are serving or just get acquainted with salt and less cups of oil Thank goodness the cheesy garlic bread had flavour, was tasty and warm, so I at least didn't go to bed hungry. Never again.

Several items missing from the menu, so chose something else. When my starter turned up the server said that they had run out of what my wife had ordered, so she had to share my starter, then they had added it to our bill, so not great.

We are regulars and Zizzi’s Aylesbury owing to my son’s love of pizza over any other food! We booked for New Year’s Eve and were served by a young man named Dylan. He was so attentive and friendly. He really looked after us and went above and beyond to ensure our requests were met. The staff always try their very best here and are sometimes understaffed. Despite this, the food is always spot on and the pricing fair. Very happy to have chosen Zizzi’s for our NYE meal. Reliable and fun. Thanks Dylan!

Tasty Italian food Nice service Italian ambience

Services was slow, could see staff bickering. We were sat near the kitchen and there is not great hygiene in place. One staff member used the apron to wipe their nose 🤢 was only watching them as our food was taking so long to arrive. Others seemed to have this issue.

Haven't visited in a good while as the last time we were not overly impressed. Glad we tried again. The food was very impressive, and the staff were all extremely friendly and helpful even as the restaurant got busier. The kids menu is great and the mocktails were fabulous. If you haven't been in a while, definitely pop in and give the newer menu items a go! We will be back again soon. Very pleased. 😁

First time we’ve really had issues at this restaurant. Benefit of the doubt, it was a Friday night whilst a theatre show was on. We arrived about 7:10pm and ordered both starters and mains. The original waitress that went to take our order was extremely rude and even rolled her eyes when we said we needed a couple more minutes to order. The starters arrived pretty promptly and were lovely. However by 9pm we were still waiting for our mains. Multiple times I attempted to query it but no one was available. At one point there were multiple staff just stood by the kitchen waiting to run food. Eventually I was able to ask the waitress that took our order and she informed us they were “about to make the food” and showed me the ticket. Nearly two hours after ordering and she hadn’t even handed the ticket to the kitchen! I explained we wouldn’t be able to wait any longer. The manager (didn’t catch his name) came over and apologised and was absolutely brilliant dealing with the situation. Such a shame as it’s always been a good restaurant but last night was a low point.

Zizzi tops. We were let down on my daughter’s birthday meal by her original choice (way too loud and customer service was rubbish) so now we started to find somewhere on a Saturday evening to eat. We managed to find somewhere but passing my daughter spotted Zizzi. I had been to Zizzi for a work meal the week before. I said go there their food is fantastic. They squeezed us in on a very busy Saturday night and made us feel so welcome you would think we had been going for years. The service was excellent and food equally as excellent. Thank you so much to the manager and staff for saving a bad evening by accommodating us and making us feel special. Zizzi Tops

Went to zizzi in Aylesbury, booked a table for four at 7pm Mind you they don’t shut till 10pm We were immediately asked if we wanted a drink to which we said we were waiting for the fourth person - then not five minutes later a different waitress asked us again Once our plates were cleared, we were asked every five minutes as to if we needed anything else when we were clearly just sat enjoying our drinks- the waitress seemed annoyed and kept looking at her watch and making us uncomfortable- it was only 8:45 at this point We weren’t almost ushered out with the tense rude atmosphere and the stare and constant harassing Dissatisfied at the service it’s never been like this before

The two pizzas we ordered were cold when they got to us. The pasta I ordered (which I have quite a lot and usually really enjoy) was completely different to usual, and really salty!

We really enjoyed our meal out at Aylesbury Zizzi’s. The staff were very friendly, and Hannah was very helpful. She was able to help us figure out our app, to help us use the promotion. I was very disappointed by the welcome from the Male Manager who didn't have much to say even when he was taking our order. I wish I ordered through the QR code now! The one good piece of service was the lady who served our drinks and food who was excellent and always having a smile on her face and being friendly and approachable despite her covering the whole restaurant while the Manager did hardly anything. He sat at one of the tables on his computer. I wish that I could have given the tip to her personally and wish I knew her name.
