Went on a date here with my girlfriend. We're both year 9s and I was expecting it to be more expensive than it was but we only spent maybe £40-50 in total so definitely a good place to go for good food that doesn't break the budget too much. I will definitely come again.

The prices are very reasonable for the amazing food, they have amazing variety and the meals are very filling. The service is amazing and they don’t keep you waiting, I did go at 2:30 ish but the waiters are still very kind and patient

Aylesbury’s Zizzi is the perfect place to see fridges swinging and find out the space between a duck. Sticky Pig was both gluttonous and decadent, consider me impressed.

Food always great. The staffs (mainly the ladies)need to have a better welcoming attitude and pay more attention to the table. It’s can be difficult to get the staff attention when trying to pay the bill or order your food.

I recently visited Zizzys in Aylesbury after hearing a lot of buzz about their pizzas, but unfortunately, the experience fell flat. First off, the service was incredibly slow. I waited over 30 minutes just to place my order, and when I finally got my pizza, it took another 40 minutes to arrive at my table. The staff seemed overwhelmed and disorganized, which was frustrating. When the pizza finally arrived, I was optimistic, but that quickly faded. The crust was soggy and doughy, lacking the crispy texture I expected. It felt undercooked, and the toppings were sparse — I could barely find the pepperoni I ordered. The cheese was bland and didn't have that delicious melty quality that makes pizza special. To make matters worse, the restaurant was quite dirty. The table felt sticky, and I noticed crumbs littered across the floor. It was a bit off-putting, and I couldn't help but wonder about the kitchen's cleanliness. All in all, I left Zizzys feeling disappointed and regretting my choice to eat there. There are so many other pizza places in town that do it better — I won’t be returning.

Place did not support nut allergy sufferers at all. Wanted a margherita pizza and asked for pepperoni to be added. I was informed that they were not allowed to deviate from the menu. I decided not to eat and just get food for my child. Food came and my child really enjoyed the pasta. I took her to the toilet (3 years old) but left my bag to indicate we were still here. When we came back the staff had cleared her food and informed me that "they assumed we had left". We hadn't paid for this meal at this point, and I was so fed up with the service and staff that I asked to pay for my drinks and leave. They said that we didn't have to pay for anything, but the whole experience was awful.

The food was OK. I liked the fact that I could order different food to pizza ,as I am not a bit fan but my family love it, however when mine arrived it did have pizza base on the bottom which put me off a bit. When we first arrived it was fairly quiet so they served us quickly but by the end it had got busier and we waited about half an hour to get served and almost an hour to get the bill. And then the bill arrived and we were astonished by the price. I know food has gone up but really this meal was expensive.

Just got a our first takeaway from zizzis. Will be the last as everything was cold. Not just a bit cold, cold like next day old pizza cold! Funny enough if it wasnt cold I think it would have been tasty so such a shame.

This was a delivery of their new King Prawn Linguine. My wife and I both had this. There were 4 prawns total between the two dishes, no chillies even though the picture clearly shows this. Very bland and terrible for £37.

Pizza was barely cooked, only one small edge was crunchy, the others were soft, considering it was meant to be a rustica wasn't great. And only 2 bits of basil on it with no option to ask for more. Ended up putting the pizza back in the oven for 20m

I am a delivery driver I went to pick up the order from this restaurant it said to collect at 17:57pm I arrived at 18:02pm when I went into the restaurant I went to ask one of the staff for my order the lady replied it will be 10 minutes bear in mind I did have another order to collect from another place, I returned after 10 minutes the lady that said it’ll be 10 minutes the first time walked off after she saw me, I had then asked another lady how long it will be she shrugged her shoulders I think she had 0 braincells I genuinely think she was mentally challenged because if I was a worker I’d ask the kitchen staff how long it’ll be it’s not rocket science. I asked for them to cancel the order they said to call the customer which was stupid as I had been already waiting there for 30minutes. The third time came another excuse came with that. On the 4th time I had went in I waited a 5minutes then some nobhead came over and gave me the order, he handed it to me as if I was a dog, I didn’t want to cause a scene just before leaving there was another delivery driver I told him to cancel as he’d be waiting an hour they were giving him the same treatment that I received so he walked off aswell. I did understand that it was busy but it isn’t that hard to communicate with the delivery driver to say that we’re currently working on the orders for the customers in store as we’re busy. I went to the second restaurant and they had complained to me as the food they prepared was waiting for one hour, I was using just eat so you can’t go from the first order to the second without collecting the first one first. I will never collect an order from this restaurant again, the staff think they own the world when they’re just stuck in a 9 to 5 for the rest of their miserable lives.

male staff member had a very bad attitude towards me and my son we was shoved in a seat behind stairs as if he didn’t want us in the restaurant and he said he was going to be with us then kept walking past us eventually a colleague serverd us i wanted another drink but no one asked just looked over an walked off seemed very rude .

We ordered well in advance for a 20.35 delivery. Arrived about ten past nine. Incredibly rude driver who didn’t apologise, just demanded a code. He then handed me an obviously beaten up package. As well as being squashed and knackered, about a third of it was split and soaked in sauce. The driver had dashed off before I could hand it back and reject the delivery. Three of the items included sauce and were all on their side in the package. At least two had leaked. The leak had filled the

Our food had no flavour and dry,so disappointed waste of money. Not enough staff plus the dinning tables are sticky.They need to sort out the entrance doors as they are not soft close it was so Annoying every time the doors opened they banged . Zizzi restaurant really needs to clean up .
