Friendly staff, good atmosphere, great cocktails, and wholesome food.

Tonight i was served by Tanmay, he was very kind and helpful. the service was very fast and our meals were lovely. they offer you so much to make you have a lovely experience. i love zizis and will be coming again. Tanmay was amazing!

Spaghetti bolognese was gorgeous! And chocolate melt cake was a dream! Thanks Tanmay!!

Annalisa was a fantastic host, very complimentary of my limited Italian 😂 both food and drink came very quickly and we cleaned our plates!

Food was nice but service was so incredibly slow. It was a Friday evening but there seemed to only be two members of staff serving the whole restaurant.

After arriving at 5:55 for my 6 o’clock booking the server told me to come back at 6 as there was no available tables I said okay and waited 5 minutes and went back when i arrived back the server was more fussed about what was on her phone than seating us. When we finally got her attention she stated what can I help you with and i repeated what i had told her that we had a table for two booked and she said okay and had to go off and find us seating after eventually being seated we ordered our food and drinks and I was very disappointed when the food came as it was lukewarm and tasted as though it had just came out the microwave. I will definitely not be returning very disappointed.

We had an early dinner around 6pm. Lovely atmosphere and Ella, our waitress was so nice and very efficient. Despite having a mix up on the order, we would definitely return. Ella sorted everything really quickly, she is an asset to your team! 😊

We had the set menu, three courses for £27. The staff were friendly and surroundings pleasant and vibrant. The food was good as was the service however it was very inflated price wise. They then try to say that a £9 tip is suitable (odd as this is my choice). They got zero , the price hike ate it.

Visited a few weeks ago and utterly loved the visit. Everything was great - the food range and quality was superb (I had the vegan rainbow lasagne and found it fantastic); the service was great too. Welcomed with a warm smile by the friendly and helpful Tanmay, who was a model staff member. The three of us will definitely call again as soon as we can. After an incident involving a group of youths running in and causing trouble the staff were absolutely amazing with making sure I was ok and felt safe, as well as reassuring other guests. They also acted quickly and calmly to re-secure the restaurant. The half of the pizza I managed to eat was yummy, as was my partners. Highly recommend this restaurant if you want nice food and a caring & friendly service!

We had the hanging king prawn picante pasta dish which was delicious. Very generous portion. Our waiter Thomas was lovely and very happy :) Will be coming back 😀 thank you.

It seemed like every table got a “free” pasta crisps or they all ordered one from every every table. The food as a whole was nice however, everything was luke warm when we received it. After the second bite into the rustic pizza, it was stoned cold! Felt like I was having a cold pizza from yesterday. The calamari and king prawns as a starter was cold too. The only thing that was hot was the sweet potato fries! The service was okay but I’m not sure I would come back again for a cold dinner! No thank you!

Called in the Manchester Piccadilly Gardens branch for a quick pizza before getting train. Great service by Tanmay who was attentive and helpful without being in your face. No reservation but quiet as early in evening.

The food, though…average, average, average. Less than average. My garlic bread starter: lifeless. My mushroom/salami pizza: insipid. My courgette fries: savourless. One of the vegan pasta dishes looked as appetising as an own-brand ready meal. All I can say is that my table left feeling refuelled. An edible experience.

Had a lovely meal at Zizzi Piccadilly. Sanskar and Thomas made the whole experience so pleasant. We ordered two amazing sharing boards! The food was delicious, and the service was fantastic—they were very friendly and attentive.

my starter came out 10 minutes after my sister and boyfriends food and my garlic bread had barley any mozzarella, then we waited about an hour and the 2 different tables next to us who arrived a long time after we did got their food before us, they never came even to take our starter plates away or ask how the food was and we had to ask where our food was as we had been waiting about an hour and the pizza wasn’t even hot it was like it had been sitting there for half hour, would not recommend service was terrible and it wasn’t even that busy.

Friendly, prompt service, not to mention some great banter.

Lovely meal. Would recommend The garlic bread with caramelised onions. Staff were very friendly. Only marked down by length of time we had to wait to pay.

What an excellent service at Zizzi’s in Manchester’s Picadilly. They helped with one of our party who had an allergy, in particular Faye and Silva who helped us get our order perfect - great food excellent atmosphere !

Faye and Silva were amazing hosts. My first pizza was a little too hard to eat, Silva and Faye made sure to get me a new one that was perfect. Wonderful experience, had a lovely night. They were also super careful with my shellfish allergy which I appreciated ! :)

Since we were just doing a stop over for one night, we choose this restaurant for out only dinner there. We had tried Zizzi in Brighton twice and we were sure of good food and yes, this time around it was the same. We had Wagyu Meatball Arrabbiata (very spicey) and Six Layer Lasagne and both were amazing. The cocktails were great and if we had had more time we would have tried few more :) Our daughter loved the three course children´s menu. We will be there again next year for sure.

I had an amazing time at Zizzi - Manchester Piccadilly. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive. The food was delicious, with perfect portion sizes and beautiful presentation. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a great meal in Manchester. Will definitely be back.

They prices don’t match the quality. I love Zizzi’s but the quality isn’t always consistent. They do great pizzas here and they have some vegan options

We were greeted by the waitress with great awkwardness at first, then we were seated at a table of 6 in a badly lit place. We ordered a classic Pizza Margherita, but were brought the flattest piece of pizza we had ever seen, if you could even call it such. It was even flatter than the plate it was dished in, and a true hassle to cut; the only good thing about it was the mozzarella that reminded me of the pizza I used to eat in Italy. There were barely any actual and authentic Italian food, and I’m saying this as an Italian. Don’t set up an Italian restaurant if you’re not going to serve even pizza right.

Not recommended for people with allergies. I didn’t mind so much the only allergy info being online and not being able to modify things on the menu (my daughter wanted to change the mozzarella cheese to vegan cheese on the pepperoni pizza). However, I was not impressed at being instructed to order online ie we wouldn’t be receiving table service. We found something almost suitable but there was no way of asking for the jalapeño peppers to be removed and so we gave up and went to Pizza Express across the road instead.

Thursday lunchtime was very quiet and the staff gave us a great and warm welcome. We were spoilt for choice with the menu, I had the pork belly my wife had the ravioli with goats cheese and spinach. Both meals were well presented, hot and absolutely delicious. Served within 20 minutes. Staff were very attentive and friendly. Loved it and we’ll definitely go again!

Went for a lovely meal today, felt very looked after by my server (Daanye I think it was). Was never a moment I felt neglected and was welcomed by lots of smiles and amazing delicous food. Will definitely be back again soon!

They could not accommodate my dietary requirements. Our server told me everything comes in pre made and they didn’t know all the ingredients. Also very expensive for what it is and uncomfortable seats.

Well, take away box was nice but not user friendly, pizza was not cut. It was extremely greasy and no napkins. There was a dirt on the top of the drink, so until I did get o the point of eating my lunch in the office, it was cold. Now imagine to put pizza with rocket on to microwave.

Very delicious, the restaurant is in a very good location, convenient for dining with friends.

Staff/Service: The staff were excellent, very friendly, polite and attentive. The service couldn't be faulted, although very busy we were well looked after. Food: Plenty on the menu for everyone. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal, there was no rush. There is a lovely atmosphere in the restaurant.

Nice food, fast service and convenient location - it is only a 5 minute walk from Piccadilly station. I ordered a classic carbonara and it was presented well and tasted lovely.

Had a lovely lunch at Zizzi before an evening at Coop Live Arena, the waiting staff overhead my husband wishing me happy birthday and my desert arrived with a candle and a song. Food was good, service was excellent, thank you.
