It has an aesthetic atmosphere with a touch of Mexican and USA blend for the interior. F&B cookie jar sundae is very good which can be shared by 2-3 people.

I had BBQ chicken priced £13:95. In my entire existence eating pizza this was the worst dry pizza ever on planet earth. It was basically dried bread glazed with BBQ sauce and a touch of dry chicken. It wasn’t worth £3 And the dessert was a waste of calories. Even all these Van ice cream would be like a king where this is placed. Was so watery and couldn’t hold together. Honestly if I don’t see myself passing by talk more if coming in. They need to up their game!!!

The food was not nice, the pizza was too dry and the ice cream was not creamy . The server didn’t have a good attitude.

I've been here a few times, always great. However, last night was different. We ordered drinks and some food with the first waitress who was great, there was also a waiter who served us who was fantastic. However, the second waitress we had pulled faces every time we tried to order something or scowl when she thought we weren’t looking, although we were polite. Don't know what the issue was, but when it came to payment, she walked off, and we didn't see her again. We had to go up to the front desk to pay. As I said, I was not too sure what the issue was but never had someone like that before. Young thin girl, brown hair.

Poor experience. We were led to a table upstairs. We ordered drinks, food and a side of chips. My wife ordered a ceasar salad which on arrival looked nothing like the one we had passed on the way in. No parmesan cheese and four croutons. I ordered a meat feat pizza with extra pepperoni. Not sure what it would have looked like without extra pepperoni? When we tried the chips they were luke warm. I don't normally complain byt at thes prices I asked for them to be replaced. They promptly came back with another bowl or was it the same bowl as these were luke warm also. They did come over and asked if everything was OK and we said no but leave it, not swapping again. The server Ciara said because we sat upstairs and the kitchen was downstairs they often struggled to keep the food warm so sorry about that. Brilliant !!! Also my £6.40 pint was flat. £50.25 later we went to watch Peter Kay to cheer ourselves up

samantha was very friendly and made me and my partner feel very welcome, fast service and a great atmosphere unfortunately the food wasn’t great and a bit burnt which was a shame as the restaurant had just opened and was very quiet

Very quick service, we had a film to watch so only 40 mins to eat and we were in and out in 30. Honey was amazing, so lovely.

Our second time dining at this Frankie and Benny's (hopefully I selected the right one, Printworks Manchester). We had our go-to meal of the full rack of bbq ribs with skin on fries. Last time we ate here, the meal was accompanied by grilled corn on the cob. This time however, it was accompanied by Coleslaw which in my opinion is by far the most superior and suitable side! All the staff we dealt with were great but the biggest credit goes to the waitress Lucyna, what an absolute treasure, great personality, warm, friendly, chatty and smiley. (You'll remember us from the photo 😂😋). Definitely recommend this branch of Frankie and Bennys 100%

Food was really nice and one waitress was nice but the service was so slow! Ended up having to ask twice for the cheque. We waited about 20 minutes for food order to be taken after the drinks were brought and waited atleast 30 minutes from the table being cleared to finally getting to pay. There was only a few other tables filled also and plenty of staff around so it wasn't like they were rushed off their feet.

The food was great (chocolate milkshake is to die for) but the vegetarian options are really underwhelming. How is there only ONE veggie pasta dish on the menu and it’s… vegan? Just Arrabiata? Like at least serve some pesto or alfredo pasta dishes smh. A veggie lasagne option would’ve been nice too.

We arrived and was told there was a 20 minute wait despite multiple tables being available. When we were seated we ordered drinks and when they arrived, the drink my girlfriend ordered was smaller than what she asked for and the fanta I had was like no fanta I have ever tasted, was absolutely vile. We ordered our food and when it arrived the pasta was cold and hard, the calzone had a hair inside it and the pizza was dry and that was from my son who never complains about food. My son also felt sick after eating the food. When I looked into the kitchen I saw there was a female member of staff with no hair net on. Server was rather blunt as well. Never going back. Do not visit. Disgusting. No refund or money off for the hair in the food as well.

Friendly staff and wonderful food and gluten free options

We visited as a family at 5.30 on a Saturday, it was very busy so a bit loud the waitress struggled to hear our orders. It did quieten done through the meal though. All the food was very good and cooked through and staff were very nice.

Excellent meal and service, thank you. Special mention for Samantha who was very attentive and informative. Food was hot and well cooked washed down with a decent wine.

Very friendly and welcoming staff specially Lucynka and Martyna. Those 2 amazing ladies are there to help customers, that is the right person in the right place. Food is delicious portions are big, coctails they making taste very good. If I could I will deffo give more starts. I truly recommend this place to everyone! We will be visiting them again soon 🥰

Great staff, great food. Have been here before and it was good to see some of the same staff there. Always a good sign of a good sign that it is a good pkace to work.

Food is amazing, however, it is very dead and the service is slow I was waiting about 20 minutes for tables to be cleared and another 10 minutes to pay the bill I could have been at other places at this point.

Eaten here numerous times and usually great but today went for my son's birthday he didn't get the free main as a event going on not a problem with that ,but we ordered potato skin's which we both enjoy today they were clearly microwaved and tasteless my son ordered carbonara a firm favourite of his but again really let down as had a funny taste and left a funny taste ,I ordered the burger with fries as no steak available the burger bun was burnt and the fries were just the hard ones that normally leftover drinks and service were good tbh but all in all not a good experience today

I came to this restaurant with my girlfriend and we got served and lead to a table by a very very friendly woman . This woman topped off our experience at this this exquisite restaurant. Fast service food was outstanding especially the pudding and the atmosphere was calm and collected and brought us a good vibe at our time here will be coming again in the future hope to see you soon .

We had delicious, super fresh starters and mains, with 2 lovely bottles of red and a refreshing frozen strawberry daiquari. Niko was lovely, helpful and friendly taking our order, made our visit very comfortable and enjoyable, a checked-in with us to make sure we had everything we needed.

Went here for lunch with my partner the lunch deal is amazing cheap and great food the only thing I would say is you put ketchup on a beef burger not mayonnaise that goes on a chicken burger ruined my burger

Visited the one in Denton a couple of weeks back and had the half rack of ribs and it was delicious! Tonight we thought we'd try the full rack at printworks before we went to the theatre and it did not disappoint! The meat just falls off the ribs, the corn cob was coated in a garlic butter or something and the skin on fries were perfect and crunchy yet fluffy on the inside! Big thanks to our waitress Honey, what a thoroughly lovely young lady! You are a credit to the place! Chatty, friendly, smiling and polite! We'd definitely return!

Nice and well decorated restaurant, in a new passage with the largest illuminated ceiling show in the UK, the food is good, the desserts are spectacular, very large for two people, the beer menu is not very extensive.

We have dinner at Thursday nite, before we go to the concert. Since there is the menu out here have set dinner for around £15, but when we sat down and asked since its concert, there is no set dinner… anyway we ordered carbonara, pepperoni pizza and full size of BBQ pork ribs. Pork ribs meat is over-tender, not hot enough, but taste is okay Pizza is not hot enough and it’s not really fresh , like the freeze pizza Carbonara portion is too small, taste just okay

We were seated as soon as we walked in and were offered drinks before our meals. The food arrived very quickly. I had vegan mac and cheese, which I highly recommend, and my husband had burger and fries. He loved it. The service was excellent, and we will definitely be back.

Visited before going to a concrete at Manchester Cathedral. No wait for a table. Excellent service. We both enjoyed our food. Only reason for the missing star we were sat by the door and got blasted with cold air every time it opened.

I came in Halloween around 8 PM, and immediately my experience was made amazing by my server. He was so polite and welcoming, I felt very comfortable. I tried the Margarita pizza and Coke Zero, and it tasted superb. As someone who spent a lot of time in New York City, it was a treat beyond my taste buds. Pizza could’ve been cooked for a harder crust, but the cheese was delicious.

We went here before s club 7 concert as we hadn’t booked anything and everywhere seemed busy. The greeter at the main door was so lovely he said there is 40 minute wait and I missed my name being shouted so when I approached him he made sure we were seated next. Couldn’t fault him, wish he’d been our server and not the woman we were stuck with as that’s when the good customer service ended. Our waitress was absolutely horrendous, she continuously kept trying to rush us to eat. We hadn’t even finished our starters and she pushed them to the middle of the table telling us our mains were coming. Not once did she offer more drinks we had to ask, the girl who brought our drinks over tried to take our starters that were still full of food, then pulled a face when we told her we hadn’t finished. We sat down for mains and we counted 4 times that the waitress came over asking if we’d finished! I would understand if we’d been there for hours but we hadn’t even been at our table for anymore than 30 minutes at this point. We felt so rushed and uncomfortable it was an awful experience. To top it off no blue light discount for emergency workers can be given on “event days”. My sister who I was with worked at frankie and bennys in the past and said she’d never known that before. Food was bang average the burger doesn’t come with any coleslaw just 2000 undercooked chips. Honestly wished we’d just gone somewhere else and waited. Place is a shambles.

Having been to many Frankie and Benny's before I thought it would be a safe option for a date night. Was I wrong... god yes I have never had a beef lasagna that tastes of cheap tinned ravioli before and I have to say at £14 a pop it really wasn't worth it and I will not be returning any time soon. Along with the food we noticed, a chef with long hair without a hairnet on as well as a quick turn around on tables as these were not cleaned properly this has been the worst restaurant trip I have ever been on and would recommend anyone else to to look somewhere else

Carbonara was absolutely tasteless, not even a bit of salt. Partner ordered a pizza, was totally undercooked and lukewarm. Mozzarella sticks weren’t melty at all and potato skins were so so bland. Only thing that we enjoyed were the cherry coca colas. £50 (!!) down the drain.. total waste

A day out in manchester we decided to go back to frankie & bennys having been a few years back great service then We walked in a was greeted and shown to our table and asked if we had any food allages which is a good idea for those who have them a few minutes later our server came and took our drinks order as we decided what to order by the time the drinks came only a few mlnutes we were ready to order my partner ordered the clasic cheese burger with fries and a side off onion rings i ordered the dirty dog with fries and a side of bbq beans with beef brisket mixed in The order came quickly i starded to eat fries done to perfection crisp out side soft in side beef hotdog was very tasty with beef brisket crispy onions cheese onion rings tasty then time for the bbq beans with beef brisket what a game changer they where out off this world the bbq flavuor had spicy kick mixed with the brisket the size of the portion you could have it as a starter on its own The burger was juciy and cooked to my partners liking The drinks i had a coke my partner had a purple rain cocktail Over all our server lucyna was excellent very freindly The rateings Service start to finish 10 out of 10 Burger 10 out 10 Fries 10 out of 10 Dirty dog 10 out 10 Beans 12 out 10 Onion rings 10 out of 10 Date 7/10/23

To begin the absolute credit to the business the polish lady who serves us is a star she's so bubbly it makes being at frankies printworks a pleassure she needs to be treasured. My disabled young son adores her, I think she's a diamond, restraunt is always clean my complaint though it's always cold inside this my only critique, the food service is fast and food is hot and you get what you pay for this is why we keep returning, I love, love the banana waffle it's divine. Disabled toilets are provided with easy access thank you team

A group of 7 of us. 2 were a bit late arriving. Archie was amazing. First thing he checked on was allergies. Friendly and prompt service. Despite 2 arriving late he managed to arrange for all our orders to arrive together. I would definitely come back for more.

Greet by the most wonderful lady, wonder customer service and certainly Knows how to talk to customers. Sat at the table, came round within minutes for a drinks order, kept us updated with our food and was brilliant with recommendations. We went to the Printworks Frankies on the 30th of June. It was very busy due to Iron Maiden being on at the AO Arena. We got there and was told a 10 min wait for a table. It didn't take 10 mins, we was sat down quite quick. Food was good, Samantha, our server was really helpful even though she was do busy. Still finding time to smile and help everybody. Great service

We were hoping for good value for money at this American-Italian themed restaurant but we were sadly disappointed. The kids' meals disappointed the most and had a value of £1 I'd say, tap water and cordial drink in a horrible plastic cup, not a pizza but two unidentifiable flatbread things with hardly any topping with a few chips chucked on the side, a pale and flavourless chicken wrap with a side of tasteless garlic bread. It's insulting to children to serve this rubbish as if they have no taste buds or desire for a good feed , 'big eaters'?! Too too basic, you get much better in your local pub. Toilets also an absolute disgrace. Even the cocktail Amalfi..tasted cheap and diluted like it had been made with orange squash. Only good thing was the comfortable dining area and attentive waitress but won't be coming back again.

(This review is based on an experience I had on the 30th of May, 2023.) My friend and I had around twenty minutes to kill before our movie at Vue began, so we thought we’d get something to eat. I’d never been to Frankie & Benny’s before, so it looked like an opportunity to try something new. I must say I wasn’t disappointed. (For the food, I’ll only be covering my side of the order.) The place was hygienic and organised. I believe the music fitted the American theme quite well. The colour-scheme was well co-ordinated in my opinion, and I’d definitely say the seats were comfortable. The ambiance/vibe was pleasant and inviting. We were served by a wonderful waitress, whose name, if I remember correctly, was Jordanne. She was really affable and attentive, which made us feel extremely welcome and cared for. She’s a role model for hospitality, I’d say. We didn’t feel rushed to order our food, all of our order was served accurately and prepared relatively quickly. Neither of us had any complaints, and I now really wish I'd tipped her. I ordered sweet-potato fries and a BBQ pizza. And if I were only allowed to describe it in a single word, I’d choose this one: impeccable. Presentation wise, it’s what you’d expect: nothing untoward and rather neat. The pizza was already sliced, which is always a massive bonus, because it just makes eating more convenient. Both portions were also fairly reasonable for what you paid for, I’d say. The temperature certainly would’ve appeased Goldilocks, that’s for sure, which I find is seldom the case when dealing with pizza. It’s usually just piping hot, and I find that you have to either wait for it to cool down or intensely blow on your slice. However, the heat of this pizza was at a sweet spot where you could dig in immediately and not feel punished for it. This held true for the sweet-potato fries as well. Contextually speaking, that was even better for us, since we were in a race against the clock to be in our seats. As for the taste, it was absolutely delectable. I’d definitely get the BBQ pizza again. I had zero faults with it. The BBQ base, the chicken, the mozzarella, all of it just seemed to have the perfect balance of flavour, and the crust was beautifully doughy. I found the sweet-potato fries to have a great texture, with a crunchy exterior and fluffy interior, and they contained the great blend of sweet and savoury that makes them such a treat to eat. Overall, it was a brilliant experience, and I’d recommend this to anyone who may want to try something new. I know I’ll likely be returning in the foreseeable future.
