Cheap, tasty and friendly service

Food was okay, not great but not awful. However, it took an hour and a half for the food to arrive and we couldn’t get through to the restaurant to ask anyone where the order was as the phone number doesn’t work. By the time it arrived we assumed it wasn’t coming and had had to cook something else for the kids, so half the food we’d ordered ended up being a total waste of money. When we asked the delivery man about this he said something about the wifi being out- not too sure how this would affect their phone signal and even so- how would they have got the orders through the website with no wifi? No apology of the sorts. Won’t be ordering here again.

Usually very good tonight had bits missing food didn't seem cooked properly seemed like it was rushed must have been an inexperienced cook

I remember getting food from here to takeaway at home, would enjoy the food everytime. For some reason the chips from here were just built different to the others ones, in a good way. They were always nice. The chicken would be decent too. Not amazing but would still eat. Wings were nice too.

Ordered on foodhub with the delivery time of 45 minutes, which is already a long time for kebab & chips. 1 hour, no food. I then call and am advised they’re just starting it and will be another 20 minutes, what can he do it’s busy and should he cancel the order when I have a household starving awaiting their food 😡. Definitely do not recommend for delivery!

Food is usually good if you're ordering when it is quiet as it is fresh, but you can really tell when it's busy. It is very greasy and you end up with a tray full of grease at the end of it. Never had it delivered so I can't give a review on the delivery time.

If I could give no starts I would food arrived cold but burnt ? Like it’s been reheated from the night before food is tasteless and the staff have a attitude problem I complained though Foodhub and I got a call seconds apart someone from the takeaway screaming down the phone saying how they won’t ever deliver to me again and that I should of called them directly instead of though food hub only good thing is they sent my order out again but we didn’t eat it as it was just as bad. Driver questioned me at the door about my order I showed him and he said there was nothing wrong with it. Won’t be wasting my money again

Orderd a burger when it came it had mint sauce on it the food was disgusting wont go back it arrives cold aswell

Don't waste your time ordering here. Order accepted but was immediately cancelled by this so called" business. Refund takes 3 days. Why are you on food hub offering delivery and taking money? Don't advertise your product and take customers money if you can't deliver.

From a 40min wait to a 2 hour wait. Food was cold to say the least. Wouldn't recommend

Pretty much boring food to be honest Food taste great when drunk and taste buds are slightly numbed. There was a time around 11years ago when the old guys owned it and easily beat kfc chicken but now food bland dry fries it open quite late so ok for a last resort

Orders always late - unable to read simple instructions- order is usually wrong - when ring to correct they say “will take 30 minutes for them to deliver what they got wrong”

Delivery driver couldn't be arsed to close the gate properly despite the signs. Now the dog has escaped and may be missing, ok food but I will never order from here again

Diabolical! 2 hour wait. Stone cold. No pitta bread with the kebab or the extra we payed for. Although they did give us a garlic bread none of us eat. Would be 0 stars if the option. No need to send the free food like the last time we commented poorly but We'll learn this time for sure . Ordered online at 17:05 came at 19:10. Told at 18:30 it'd just been sent?

Ordered food on food hub, all good.... Until they cancelled it in the shop, so I called them to find out what the problem was. That was a big mistake, the staff are rude, save your money and go where your custom is appreciated.

Ordered food at 8 for it to be delivered at quarter to 9 didn’t turn up till 25 past 10 for the delivery driver to be rude and say we have other orders before yours you will have to wait and the food to be cold gone proper downhill

Do not order, cold food, or food doesn't turn up, waited over a hour, rang up and got told they do not deliver to my area, but did the week before

Do not order from Zilan, not helpful, massive bad attitude when order is wrong. Definitely need to order from millennium instead

ordeded online to deliver to hinstock had acknowledgement within minutes saying 40 mins after 1 hour and 20 i call to be told we not delivering to hinstock were busy can you collect... my response no thats why selected delivery ... the man was rude and said we will be another hour we busy bye and hung up ! RUDE and unprofessional and food took 2 hours and 30 mins DISGUSTING!!

why are you charging £2.00 delivery to norton in hales?? it’s been free over £20 !!!!

Just passing through as a delivery driver from Birmingham... I usually eat this kind of food in Birmingham City Centre, and the standards are high there due to level of competition. This place however hands down served me today the best chicken burger I've had from a takeaway of this kind. Fresh tasty meat, freshly cooked, not oily and the bun was heated too. Fantastic! Wish I could say I'd come back, but I live 2 hours away. If I'm ever here again, I'll definitely be back.

Yes we have read the negative feedback left by others on here. However this is our opion.. we stumbled across this very clean takeaway on a very wet sunday! afternoon (18.00hrs) we found staff to be polite and friendly and the food was excellent no complaints here guys very well done and thankyou for being open much appreciated...

Ordered online and it didnt ask if we wanted salad..... no salad was sent....who buys a kebab without salad? I phoned to ask what had happend and I was told too busy dont care ...cant do anything and didnt even get an apologise.... I have been a good customer for years but wont be ordered again

Disgusting custoner service.... delivered to us 5 times in the cw3 area and because we didnt give ghem a "bigger" tip even though we gave £5 will not deliver aain.. food was good hence why re order but when we called again were told we were a "disgrace of humans" and they did not want tl serve people who didnt appreciate their distance.... im sorry i run a pub if i had that attitude.... i wouldnt have a business!!! Never again! To say the least.... their customer service is diabolical!!!

Absolutely shocking ordered food at 22:18 got an email saying it was accepted and one saying it was ready and will be delivered. I phoned an hour and a half later to be told they wouldn't deliver. Joke of a business

Really good clean food we got kabab and pizza's so good, friendly staff, a nice clean place.

Service was prompt, inexpensive and polite. Payment online was easy. However the lamb was fatty and chewy. It is basically an end od the night kebab shop. Donr think it is some middle to high end Turkish or Lebanese place. I am not angry but I wont eat from there again.

Got to be the worst kebab I've ever had, chips were like rubber. Will never go there again

Absolutley horrific, never ever order from this takeaway, placed order online and paid with paypal, to then ring them and be told nothing has come through but you have take not 1 not 2 but 3 payments from my card, and won't even have the common decency to come and have a look, just said not my fault call doggy box tomorrow, then laughed and hung up, Horrible service
