Absolutely loved the food. Delivery was quick. Will definitely be ordering again. Well, we did order again and we were not disappointed. I couldn't find what we usually order so chose something different and we were so glad we did, it was absolutely delicious.

Ordered online, came fast and really hot. Great portion sizes. They accidentally forgot a naan bread, we were going to leave it and didn't call but they realised and came back to give us it. Fab service

Zia was great until it decided to water down the last meal I ordered. I was very disappointed to be given runny slop instead of the previously high quality food I'd enjoyed during the six-or-so takeaways I'd had. There's no going back for me now. Having this happen just once is once too often Zia and I have parted company now.

It’s taken an hour and a half for our takeaway after they said 50 minutes and it’s still not here, rang and they still haven’t set off with the food, so another 15 minutes delivery journey. Ridiculous Had to ring twice, no communication

Bordering on a 2. The sundries were very nice, the flavour on my main dish was pleasant but the lamb was inedible, plenty of it but as tough as anything. I've had lamb at various takeaways, sadly a waste of my money, sorry but you pay alot but it's not quantity it's quality, slow delivery but is expected to some degree in a Friday but not 1 hour 30.

Average can't pay by card had to use the app and the guy serving was not very nice. My usual is Selby balti house and I think it will continue to be also curry was very bland poppadoms where over cooked my cheese nan didn't have cheese in it. Very disappointed with it overall

Without doubt, the best takeaway we've ordered from in a long time. The online ordering is spot on, the starters are delicious, the King Prawn Madras has just the right amount of heat, and the Lamb Rogan Josh and Lamb Bhuna are always cooked to perfection.

Great attentive staff. The food was outstanding, with lots of flavours and a decent quantity. We had the following. Lamb Chops (Starter) --- A little tough but full of flavour Lamb Tikka Shatkora Salom --- Outstanding! Lots of layers of flavours. It was described as Medium spice, but I'd describe it as Med to Hot Worri Chicken --- Amazing taste, lots of flavours to delight, a definite go-to again. Chicken Tikka Korma & Chicken Korma --- A go-to favourite for the kids, Chicken cooked well, juicy and tender. A bit sweeter compared to others we've had. Egg Pilau Rice & Pilau Rice --- Skillfully cooked, great flavours. The egg seemed to have herbs/spices; while it tasted good, it wasn't attractive.

We don't normally order takeaways as they are never what was promised by their vendors. But. Zia is different. Our food was excellent, it arrived hot and our delivery driver was the most polite and engaging guy I'd ever met. We will definitely be ordering from them again. I would have given 5 stars had we been able to pay over the phone when we ordered.

We have just moved to the area so was unsure what to expect. But very pleasantly surprised, lovely curries, tasty sauce and enough meat! Will definitely be ordering again and delivery was reasonable 45mins, but we live in Heminbrough so thought that was fine

Place is a joke. The bloke that runs the orders doesn’t have a clue what he’s doing. Order took 1hr 30min although he said it would take 30min. Got the order home and it was incorrect. This has happened 3 times now which is a shame as the foods good.

Moved into the area 3 months ago and have had a few takeaways from Zia. The food has always been first class and whether delivered or collected I could not find fault with the meals. Just had one delivered tonight and it was by far the best we've had. Would certainly recommend.

Very disappointed, we ordered chicken Tandoori and a mixed grill. All the meat was extremely dry making it difficult to swallow. We gave up half way through and binned it. Won't be rushing back ☹️

Pre-ordered and booked a time slot of 7pm for delivery. Food didn't arrive until 7.45pm, the orders were completely wrong and forgot the wife's curry! Phoned back to complain and was told the 2 kebabs and curry would be with us in no more than 15 minutes! 1 hour later food arrives, so the rice was now stone cold! The kebabs for me and my son were literally swimming in grease! Picked up the foil to open the kebabs and it was running out everywhere! Also when we asked for no salad or vegetables on the kebabs they put salad on but the driver told us the chef only put onions on because they're not salad or a vegetable!! Honestly, the worst excuse I've ever heard. Won't be using them again which is a shame because they do their kebabs on Naan and not pitta!

First time visited Selby and popped into Zia’s for a meal. Was impressed by the 5 star food hygiene rating and the just eat ratings 5.2 out of 6. Was intrigued by the famous curry cooked by award winning MBE Nadia Hussain (winner of the great British bake off 2015) it was scrumptious and I had to agree with the judges ‘the most amazing unique dish they ever tasted’. I also had seek kebab and masala donner, which was equally delicious. Thanks to the manager (Hasan) and all staff will be back again.

Lovely food!! Ordered a Chicken Bhuna and naan with chicken pakoras for a starter. Food was piping hot and tasted beautiful, will defo be ordering again! Family loved their food too

What a find! We've recently moved back to the area, and we've tried a few take aways from Selby, but Zia wins the crown! Gorgeous food, beautiful flavours, delivered piping hot. Great service and will be using again soon!

Beats any other takeaway in town. The keema masala is my favourite but the pathia is very very tasty

The food was on time and was hot but the aftermath the next day was horrible two days off work I took to recover from sickness won't go again.

The best Indian food I've had for years. I often find most takeaway Indian food is substandard compared to what you would find in a restaurant. But this place doesn't disappoint, its a must try.

Oh my god can a man find a half decent curry in Selby? No luck so far. Zia offers chewy overcooked lamb, overcooked chewy king prawns (how could you?!) The sauces and naan was ok, but the meat ruined the whole experience. The mushroom rice had what it seemed like raw mushroom mixed into hot rice. They were not cooked through. We were waiting for an hour and forty five minutes, so we were expecting something at least good. Shocking it's the second curry place in Selby we tried and so far it's just awful. How can you sell that to people. If I got that in a restaurant I'd return it straight away and leave the place. If you like chewing shoes Zia is a place for you. All in all a horrible experience. Do not eat there. Who did you pay off to get all these positive reviews?

I don’t like to do this and it’s prob my first time but I’m so disappointed … ordered and half the delivery did not arrive … waited 30 mins for the rest after a phone call to them . A good celebratory and rare family night ruined. I have to say that the delivery driver who came with our missing items was so apologetic and lovely ! The food was gorgeous but let down by the missing items .

Tried for the first time last night and it was delicious! Really nice side dishes too. Saag aloo and the okra which I haven’t tried before. The menu is different and the food is good quality. Will definitely be ordering again.

Ordered on website, half of meal missing when delivered, been trying to ring for the last hour and constantly engaged, meal in the bin. Just want to add that the delivery guy is lovely, absolutely no problems with him at all.

Don’t usually leave comments but had a takeaway tonight that was excellent. The curries were a bit different from what I have had in the past and tasted great. Would definitely recommend this takeaway.
