Beer and a burger 🍔 10/10 £10!! Now that is impressive! My favourite pub in eggborough

Wonderful place, fantastic atmosphere, Food is absolutely fantastic, staff are amazing.

First time we have been in, only for a quick drink. Nice atmosphere and very friendly. Only Jim on behind the bar and a few locals. Nicely done out and plenty of place's to sit inside, also a decking area outside as well. Plenty of places to park and just off the roundabout, so you can not miss it in Eggborough. Got to go back again and find out more so will update you as and when.

Me and my family visited today for fathers day We all had a carvery it was absolutely delicious, piping hot, great service, lovely atmosphere, good price, will definitely visit again

Good village pub, catering for locals and passers by. Sunday Carvery is very good value and the pizza are a definite must try.

Sunday carvery, Pizzas and sides, Live sport, Pool table and dart board. Cask ales, a great selection of drinks especially cheap drinks and fizz on happy hour allday Thursday and also when Leeds United and Liverpool games are on TV. A family run pub with a great atmosphere and music. Staff are very efficient and friendly. What else could you ask for! 10/10!

Nice little pub in the middle of Whitley Bridge. 10 minute walk from the truck stop. No frills pub, great beer great service and great punters. Very welcoming.

Great pub, good food and nice environment

Stayed here a few times now while working away! Rooms are very comfy and allow you to relax. Jim & the bar staff are very welcoming, had a fair few good nights with the locals playing the pub quiz and decent turns on a Sunday!

Absolutely amazing place, after being let down by another local pub for a 2 night stay and being stranded in an area which we didn't know, Jim the landlord was Absolutely amazing, made us feel welcome. The whole staff team were fantastic along with all the locals. They were all so helpful and went out their way to make our stay enjoyable. Had an absolute amazing time and met some great people. Would 100% recommend.

Great atmosphere, the locals are very friendly, I was even invited to join a pub quiz team. Very clean and well kept pub with a friendly landlord. There could have been more choice on real ales but it didn't deter too much from the night. Overall a great night in a lovely pub, a second visit is much anticipated.

absolutely no atmosphere, they don't sell original strongbow of any kind just dark fruits on draft + amstells, no non-alcohol lager just a bottled beer not my cup of tea didn't like the taste ended adding lemonade to make into shandy still had that not so nice taste, hubby wanted pint of stella not available so got pint of? but it was drinkable he said & if we had of being staying he'd of got another, but we left,

Had dinner and breakfast which was very nice only one issue with food but sorted out soon. All staff lovely chatty smiley and helpful Thank you

Ate here prior to the pandemic. The food was tasty, well portioned and good value with excellent service. I would prefer a real ale option on the bar but they were waiting for a refit to install new beer lines. Post refit the pandemic hit which is hard them (like it is with others) and have done a sterling job providing takeaways and supporting those in most need within the community.

Great good and plenty of it. Highly recommend the apple pie and custard!!

What no beer! turned up for a nice pint as the pub advertises CASK ALES... to be greeted by 2 illuminated pumps clearly advertising Doonbar and Prava larger... brilliant 3 pints please.... to be told 'sorry we dont' sell them' and to be directed towards electric larger ...and beer .what????? not even pumps covered or turned off..... not good and certainly not what was advertised.. shame

Went for Bank Holiday Sunday, there for about three hours. The staff were lovely, the drinks were reasonably priced and the atmosphere was good, definitely would recommend as a local

It's a decent local pub, with a great landlady. Beer range is pretty limited though and check if they are serving food before you go
