Went with family for a pre Xmas lunch today. All I can say is it was first class. We will definitely be back soon. Each course was presented beautifully and tasted delicious. The students were very polite and efficient. Also value for money was second to none.

lunch time menu was amazing and the quality was exceptional.super value for money. Food, fresh, well presented, tasty and local. Service was first class. The students who work here are brilliant.

Excellent service from a group of students learning their trade. 3 course meal was a match for something in an established restaurant at a fraction of the cost. Front of house staff were very good as well. Will definitely be back....soon

103 Queensberry Street, Dumfries DG1 1BH ScotlandAnother great meal at the backstreet for my friends birthday , I had breaded brie followed by a flat iron steak, everything was really good again, great service and quality food, will be back soon

Annan RoadAmazing customer service. I can't speak for the hotel itself, however I couldn't make the original date booked, so the hotel went out of their way to contact me themselves when I was waiting to hear from Hotels.com, and were so accommodating. Very impressed with this level of communication and friendliness 👏

Goods Land,The Riverbank really is a little gem of a restaurant. We arrived cold from a days walking and the staff were lovely and helpful in our food choices. We'll definitely be back.
