Zest Restaurant at Hoopers Harrogate in Harrogate

Uncleared tables. Customers arguing over seats. Very Noisy atmosphere. Long wait for average food (my husband was finished before mine was served) Overpriced

We waited 40 minutes before I asked were our food was as I had just see 2 other tables get there's before us, and the table next to us had already cancelled there order after 30 minutes, the staff member I asked was nice enough and gave us another drink while we waited another 15 minutes, food arrived cheese and ham panini and hoopers club ie: bacon, salad and chicken toasted with Chunky chips, homemade chips lovely sandwiches nothing special and chicken looked awful, gentleman behind complained and said chef needs sacking, so not a one off complaint several people unhappy with the service and the staff very unpleasant, considering the menu is just sandwiches and jacket potatoes it absolutely awful service.
