AVOID- AVOID- AVOID AT ALL COSTS I visited the restaurant on a Sunday- 5 pm, for an early dinner as I have done many times before with lots of friends, however, today the owner with his actions, as I would explain further below, showed that we were unwelcome. Initially, we sat at a table for 2 next to the window, but as it was a sunny day (the sun was hitting directly on the table we were sitting at) we have requested politely to move to a different table next to ours (a table for four which the sun wasn’t hitting on), but the owner replied with a grumpy and almost rude attitude that this is a table for four. Basically, we couldn't sit there because we were two people, even though being 5pm on a Sunday, with no other customers at the restaurant at that point, plus 3 more tables of four people to sit at, in case according to the owner, a company of four was coming????????? Being puzzled by the owner's way talking to us, we sat at a different table for two, as we couldn't sit to a table were there wasn’t the sun directly hitting it, as it was a table for four, to have our dinner. Around 540pm we had finished our dinner and as we were still a bit hungry, we decided to order 2 more tapas while a family of 3, arrived a bit earlier and they had just ordered their drinks. The owner came to our table, and after we politely asked to order two more tapas, he replied to us that the other table has already ordered their food, and it will be a while until he prepares ours. He then proceeded to the family of 3 to take their food order while he told us that they have already ordered food????? Again, we were puzzled as to why he said they have ordered their food, when clearly, they didn't as we could hear them telling him what they wanted to order for food. As we were appalled by the owner's disgusting customer service, we decided to leave, so we waved to him (he hasn't been to the kitchen or prepared anything after he came to our table. He was still at the table with the family of 3) and requested not to prepare the 2 tapas and bring us the bill. When he came to bring the bill, we have asked politely as to why he told us that the other table ordered their food when obviously they didn't, but he immediately got into a defensive mode trying to excuse himself that they ordered drinks, and he would had delayed their order if he was doing our order first. Being now completely buzzled by the owner's continues rudeness, we asked him also as to why we couldn't sit at the table for 4 people ,when obviously no-one was in the restaurant but us, and it was still 5 pm and we would have left in an hour either way.He replied very rudely again that it's a table for 4, and when we tried to explain to him that there was no one in the restaurant, he replied MY RULES. Subsequently he brought up something that happened 3 months earlier, which due to a medical emergency I had to leave the restaurant (I sat at a table for 2 waiting for a friend to arrive and the owner asked me if I was alone or expecting company. I had replied that I'm expecting a friend to come over, but I would like to order in the meantime a jug of sangria. He then replied as its busy, I'll come back later when also the other person arrives to take your order, which I have agreed to. After 10 minutes I had a medical emergency call and I walked towards the owner and said to him, apologising that I have to leave due to an emergency- please note that he hold a jug of sangria in his hand when I told him I’m leaving, pointing that this was the sangria I ordered, despite of him telling me that would take the order when the other person arrives????) Fast forward to today's incident, he mentioned that jug of sangria, like I had drunk it and never paid for it. I have asked him if this is the reason he was treating us with this kind of behaviour and if it was, I would happily pay for the jug of sangria, despite of not even having a sip out of it. He ignored my request of paying and when we mentioned we would not be coming here again, he replied I DON'T CARE. Apparently, the owner lucks of understanding what a customer service means and above all how to talk to customers. So, if you would like to be treated rudely and with an attitude, go ahead and visit it. Otherwise, there are plenty of other restaurants in Kilburn with good food and great customer service, where they treat their customers with respect, to go to.

Lovely food on a Sunday lunchtime. Some had tapas, others had pizza. Everyone left full and happy. What else do you need?

Felt sorry for the owner as it was probably one of the hottest days of the year. We were visiting family again and staying on Oxford St. This restaurant is only a 15 minute ride from central london on 139 or 189 and you will save a fortune on West End prices with fab authentic tapas. We had 5 plates between 4 plenty enough. Lovely wine I had an Aperol for desert which was lovely. Really liked the blue cheese tapas with bread and the chicken wings.

I come here when I’m visiting my niece about 3x a year. The place never fails. Roman the owner is always friendly and it was nice that he remembered me even though I was sans niece! I brought a new customer along who loves tapas and she absolutely loved it. We had too many tapas though 5 between 2 was too many. Especially silly as you get complimentary loves and bread. We loved the garlic chicken and mushrooms. The chorizo and patatas great but too spicy for me. Baked feta was sublime. Really great value for money. Red wine nice too.

I remember on a Friday evening in November, waiting for the spring roll we saw a nice looking guy putting chairs back to the shop. The following week we went back to check what that shop was. Found out it was a very pleasant and cheerful coffee shop, the Terra Nera itself. Since than almost every week, almost at the same time we went back to have our coffees (sometimes teas). Try all the coffees but I have only one word for Marocchino: HEAVEN.

First time in a dog cafe with my friend and her pooch. We loved it. The food was great for both human and pooch. The menu online was small, but much bigger in the cafe. We had avo on sourdough and it was delicious, especially that cashew/coriander cream. Our pooch had bangers and mash, she definitely enjoyed it. They also have a really cute little area where you can take photos of your dog and there’s also a few props in there…love it! Overall we had a great time, with great service. We’ll be back.

El único lugar al que voy a tomar un café en la zona. Los he probado todos y este es el mejor capuchino en Kentish Town.

Visited their newly opened second branch. Excellent authentic Turkish food so fresh and delicious so happy to discover this new local restaurant no longer do I need to travel far to eat this type of food. Attentive staff all very friendly family run and they have another branch in North London that’s very well known and has been established for many years I’m so pleased they have opened in the area no doubt they are going to be very successful. I can’t wait to take family and friends there. I highly recommend if you love authentic Turkish food or if you have not tried Turkish before then you will not be disappointed.
