The burger is over cooked and dry plus they didn’t add the extra cheese I paid for , the burger sauce is not burger sauce it tastes like it’s been compromised… almost like a petrol disgusting

Top tier local fried chicken shop. I ordered on Uber Eats late at night and the food came beautifully fresh and hot, every single part of the meal was good which is a rarity - even the chips were great! Defs recommend the BBQ wings, legit the best I’ve ever tasted. And they hooked me up with a discount for next time just for leaving a review they 100% deserve. Keep doing what you’re doing 🙏

The delivery driver waa late delivering my food. There was no apology or accountability with my food. What I also found was that the times kept increasing on the map when my food was suppose to arrive earlier.

fried chicken and wings where dry and over done the meat was tough .

the chips were too oily and taste horrible an the fried oinen were oily the chicken popper's were dry I just couldn't eat anymore put it all in the bin

The food was bland, the chicken could have had more seasoning and it was a little undercooked for me. The times keep changing from the original delivery time stated although the food did arrive warm.

Ordered fried chicken,fries and chicken burger. Recieved order 15min late with no burger and cold fries and wings and soggy fries. Everything gone in bin. Absolutely disgusting food.

Their service is normally okay not great because they tend to forget items alot but the food isnt bad. however on this occasion they served me disgusting salty burnt grilled wings. They also looked and tasted old. please can you not do this next time. Thank you.

This is the second time they have forgotten to give me my whole order. The food at this place is genuinely good and would have recommended them. However the service isn't that great. when they missed items once again I called the restaurant several times but no answer. so here is my review. I am still waiting for my refund of the 3 missing apple pies from my last order!

You know what? Nothing beats a local fried chicken shop when you really need it. And the people who work here are hard working people, and they do the best at what they are given. I come here when I want a cheeky dirty chicken burger on the way home, and I honestly can say I've literally ran here from a train before they've closed. They make the difference.

My order didn’t arrive. I got a notification saying it had been delivered but it hadn’t. No know in the door and it wasn’t left outside either. Very disappointed. I wouldn’t mind but the restaurant is at the end of my road. They have delivered to me before, so it is not hard to find. Will not be using them again.

I just ordered and I’m missing a can of coke. Ordered 5 Coca Cola and 1 Pepsi. Very disappointed.

I just didn't like the food it was cooked but just not to my taste. The burger was nice but the chicken was too chrunky and oil seemed to be coming out alot when biting into it. The burger was soggy at the bottle of the bun aswell.

As it’s the closest chicken shop to my work I have gone there 4/5 times, and never again. The prices change every other day depending on which of the 3 is behind the counter and how they are feeling, I had caught the man out as 1 day I asked 3 wings cost 1.60, then suprisingly 3 days later it cost £2 Chips are soggy, Workers are rude, Lie about prices and worse so the hygiene isn’t great , I would do an assessment on this chicken shop as closing it down seems appropriate, not even exaggerating

My meal was 20mins late. I saw from the tracking map that the driver had gone to the road behind my house and stopped there for 20mins. I am not able to eat this meal because apart from the fact that it was stone cold, I do not know what was happening to the meal during the 20mins. I asked the driver but all he could say was sorry and left. As I am unable to east this meal, I would like to request a refund. Thank you. Deun

Excellent customer service and food is Always fresh

The wings were charred so much it was so burnt salty not edible, chips were so well done they had tints of brown and were crunchy sadly.

Best and cheap option in the town... Best deal £6 (2 wings, 1 piece chicken, 1 fillet burger, fries, coleslaw, beans and a drink... What else you want in nust 6 quids? Amazing

The wings are not spicy, the chips are mushy and the garlic mayo doesn’t taste like garlic at all.

First time ordering and I will definitely order again! Food was perfect - warm, tasty and cooked really well. Delivery arrived on time and the delivery driver was very polite, friendly and wished us a Merry Christmas! Great customer service! The only thing, I wish there were options for extra spicy chicken and extra spicy chicken wings, as I ordered 'Hot Wings' and '6pcs Chicken', but would've liked it to be not just tasty, but spicy. Other than that, was very good!

Food was warm not hot but tasty and good to eat. The major problem was that I ordered Diet Coke and received Sugar filled ordinary Coke. I am diabetic and therefore unable to drink that. Had to throw it away.

Arrived to early 30 minute my husband had eat cold meal after 12 hour shift in hospital

The food was as described - the wrap was hot a well as tasty. The Chocolate Fudge Cake was delicious. Diet Pepsi was cold.

All of the chicken ordered were under-cooked and this is my first time ordering. However, the taste is there, really nice, but disappointing as I don't think I can finish it due to it being under-cooked (it's evidently pinkish).

Missing some of my order, tried to call numerous times and no one picks up, last time I order.

Everything tasted like cardboard. Ordered a spicy chicken burger but it tasted unseasoned. The chicken also tasted unseasoned. The chips were soggy. 🤮

My request wasn’t for filled I asked for certain pieces of chicken and they gave me different pieces. Overall I was happy.

I was missing my child’s Capri Sun drink and I hadn’t ordered in a while but I remember the chicken poppers tasting like real chicken however this this round it tasted like processed chicken, which was disappointing.
