no point a delivery being on time when its a wrong order

Food items was missing burger had no sauce on it chicken strips was soggy not one bit happy

Food delivered before time and was fresh and accurate order.

I got 12 chips in my order, how can I spend £11 to get that little portion. The food was cold and they chose the small chicken pieces to give me. Am requesting for a refund

I didn’t get my ectra fillet so it’s basically all rice so meh

4 pieces of chicken were very overcooked and dark brown not edible

Very bad customer service. They keep people waiting while the staff does the survey themselves from the other customers phone in exchange of offering free fries/popcorn. They do not even acknowledge customers standing in front while there is absolutely no queue. I think this branch shoild have self ordering screens to save customers ftom unnecessary hassel.

The customer service was twice better than food itself. Both were great and the person at the till , Naveena was very friendly with the kids too. One the the best kfc I’ve visited

Ordered a Zinger Stack Burger and Zinger Burger today, the Zinger Burger they sent tasted like a plain fillet burger with not even a hint of spice, very plain bland white chicken inside and a pale brown bland coating, the chicken was extremely flat and dry like eating cardboard. They're obviously trying to cut corners, a complete downgrade in quality, tastes nothing like Zinger Burger in other KFC branches. Even worse, when I called to complain, the staff Sharoz and Afila were very dismissive and said they know they didn't make any mistakes. In this day and age I don't know anyone who doesn't know what KFC burgers are meant to taste like unless you're vegetarian, I can't believe they tried to justify themselves and say I'm wrong instead of simply apologising. In the end after I got angry at their lack of care, the lady who made it finally apologised. This was all late at night like 1:45am just before closing so if they were tired and made a mistake they should just admit that and i'd be more understanding. Accept my complaint and improve your quality and service for future customers! On that note, future customers, you're better off getting your KFC from a different branch.

Hello I'm here to inform about your Rubbish staff in Norbury today's monday morning on 7th april i went there for some food there was one delivery driver wait for food but the staff haven't started to make order he waited there 10 15 minutes and then we gonna out and came back after 2 4 minutes then also his order was not ready after 5 more minutes they came with his order and 2 ladies was working one was short glasses ladie and 2nd one was dull skin girl working inside the kitchen they started fighting with driver and said order was ready and you keep order on waiting for 20 minutes i have seen that driver was waiting for 20 minutes but food was not ready and that 2 ladies said him cancel order as you made long wait they force him to cancel and said we will give you dislike this was rude behavior from KFC STAFF even manager on duty was same only the girl working on till was polite staff behavior was unacceptable I'm also working as a chef in restaurant we also get late some time but we never behave so low class to driver because some day that driver might came as a customer .such a low class staff i see today and they made my day dull.
