Horrible experience!!! Was served cold chips ...twice & the chicken was not good either, very disappointing visit ... really a waste of £10 .. certainly wont be going there again!!!

I ordered wraps and fries, the wrap was not put together very well. Not enough chicken or salad. The fries was cold and burnt. I will never order KFC from the Norbury branch again.

Food was late because driver had another order to deliver on the way but that want mentioned on the app and when he was dropping off his first order there was a complication so my order was delayed even more leading to my food being cold when delivered.

Burger was dry, bun dry. Nasty. They put wings into the chip bag to volume it up. So barely had chips. The Pepsi was warm, obv they don't refrigerate it. You need a cold drink with burger and chips, that's basic. Never again.

When I ordered a mini fillet burger they sent me mini fillets

Norbury kfc always leave something out of my order and the quality of chicken gets from bad to worse

The food was poor. I didn't receive the pieces of chicken I expected. I wrote it clearly in my order notes and specified exactly what pieces I wanted. The chips were lukewarm. There were no sachets of tomato ketchup. There were no serviettes in our order. I will not be ordering from KFC Norbury again to be honest. I paid over thirty pounds and I am very disappointed. Absolutely shocking for what I paid for! 😲

The quality of the food was very poor. I didn't enjoy it at all. if I had purchased this food over the counter, I would have asked for a refund. This KFC should not be allowed to sell substandard food to the public like this.

delivery driver appeared to sit at the store for ten minutes before even moving. delivery was very slow then he turned up on a pushbike!! All food was stone cold

Abysmal most of my order was missing and what came was poor quality, I kindly requested some legs, side breast and breast in my order, I was sent 10 nasty little wings,in a 10 piece family feast. Never again, actually , I don't even see the point of these reviews? no one ever trys to rectify the issues very bad KFC. Don't order KFC from Just Eat , either eat in store or collect in person , this way one can see what one is getting rather having to put up with stale food the shop sends

I’m still waiting for two bottles of sparkling water as ordered. You sent two cans of undrinkable diet coke, which your driver took away after I made him read the purchase order. Not happy.

Driver took the longest route possible meaning our food was completely cold. The route to our house from KFC should have been a 7 minute delivery time journey, yet ended up being a over 30 minute delivery journey time. The driver was also delivering on a bicycle, meaning the food was freezing

Delivery driver was sat in a park completely out of the delivery route with my food whilst it got cold, its becoming increasingly clear that JustEat's drivers are using this "service" as a front.
