Had an order tonight, food was okay but a very very disappointing experience. Put my order in at 7 - food didn’t arrive until 8:45, probably could have lived with this but half of our food was missing and we had one incorrect side dish we hadn’t ordered and did not want! It took well over half an hour for them to get the rest of the food to us! I called and asked for a bit of a refund and the guy practically laughed at me and said we had already been given the extra side dish! Really disappointing service and I will not be coming again

Lovely food. Came really quick. Slight issue with missing item but dealt with and delivered in 10 mins. Very good service : will definitely be back

Went there with family coming from a trip. Loverly food, friendly staff. Mix grill was delicious as was everything else. My daughter lovesd the cheesy garlic nan.

Ordered a takeaway on Saturday night for wife’s arrival from holiday on Sunday evening. Ordered lamb biryani and chicken curry with Nan bread. Heated up all together on Sunday evening and dished out onto plates. When eating the lamb biryani we discovered that it was rancid and more than rotten! It has clearly gone off beyond anything we have ever experienced on our lives. The entire meal was ruined. Tried to call them Sunday evening but they were closed. Drove 20 mins to get back there Monday afternoon and when showing the lady the bag off food and explaining to what happened and to request a refund she was extremely abrupt and tried to force me to take another takeaway instead of refund which I declined as I had absolutely no faith that what they are serving is safe to eat. I had to literally argue for my refund and after 5 minutes of her bickering she slapped £10 onto the counter as if that was all she was prepared to give back from the £30 I had spent. I kept insisting for a full refund and what should have been a straight forwards apology and full refund became a big ordeal for her. She started accusing me of being rude and verbally abusive but finally gave my due refund. Then to my shock she carried on bickering stating that it’s customer like me that are bad for the business and I was shocked how she was behaving. She immediately went on accusing me of abusing a female and threaten to call the police. I said that I would be happy for her to call the police and if she would like me to wait that I shall. She then dialled 999 and started making ridiculous statements that there was an abusive man in the restaurant. After hearing her bicker with the police for 5 minutes on the phone, they asked her to pass the phone to me. When I have my side of the story to the police she www constantly interrupting the call in the background. It only took the policeman in the phone about 2 mins to conclude this phone call was unnecessary and I confirmed I had received my refund he politely asked me to leave and pass the phone back to her.

Enjoyed Indian food with my husband and his friends. What is good about this restaurant is that you can bring your own alcoholic drinks and if you thought that Thai food is spicy 🌶️ You haven’t tried the extremely hot Indian curry yet 🥵🔥But overall, the restaurant was friendly. Good atmosphere and everyone had a good time

Absolutely awful incredibly slow service. We'd booked for 5 on a Friday night and the way they had arranged the table meant one person was sitting on their own so we had to rearrange so we were all sitting together. It was then half an hour before they took our order and then 45 minutes for our food to arrive. There was only one other group in at the time. They were prioritising their take away. Food was okay but not really worth the wait. Wouldn't ever go again and would recommend avoiding.

Great restaurant, very helpful staff who are happy for you to sample dishes before you order them. My nephew and I have always been well-looked after here and enjoy our visits very much - I will always try to pop in if the area. So much better than any of the rip-off Indian restaurants you get in London. Good job Zeera.

Awful. Waited an hour for inedible starters that were returned to be served with awful mains. Managers excuse was an emergency chef was cooking due to regular chef being unwell. Horrible experience and we will not return

Ordered a takeaway tonight direct through the website, order accepted, monies taken from my account. 45 minutes later I get a call stating the order was accepted by mistake and the 13 minute drive to deliver would cost me £5. Obviously not my mistake so argued, even offered to go halves of the additional price but no. Out of interest I tried to order again from my address to check if it was an error but accepted again! Needless to say second order cancelled! Con artists

Went for dinner with family, king prawns was succulent and juicy. Highly recommend, had some lamb chops again was juicy and tasty. Mains were delicious ordered a few variety. Left with a full stomach, smile and a great evening spent. Great service from all the staff, the restaurant was packed but still accommodate us even though we didn’t have a booking. Hassan the manager was very professional, very welcoming and provided great service. Thanks for a great night. Will deffo come back again.

Found a little gem when travelling through, amazing service, food was impeccable, big shout out to Wilson who served us. Nothing was too much for him. Service with a smile.

After walking past regularly and seeing this place busy thought we would try a takeaway due to a young baby. Really impressed with all the food which arrived hot and in good time. Look forward to dining in soon.

Generally pretty good. Can bring your own drinks in for dining in. Takeaways a little disappointing - prices are up recently and £5 for 2 small pakora is very steep. Worth a try then make up your own mind.

If I could give less than 1 star I would. I have ordered from this establishment a few times, each time they have got something wrong, provided terrible service or provided food that was not fit for purpose. On this occasion I ordered chicken wings as a starter for £6 and as seen in the photo this is what I received,. I can't believe if you ordered this in the restaurant they would have the audacity to serve this, with only 2 tiny chicken wings. Unbelievable!!!

Best Indian Restaurant in Reigate, potentially all of Surrey in my opinion. The manager is very hospitable and also takes in personal recommendations and adjusts the food to the customers pallet. Something I found to be very outstanding. So it’s my first time to Reigate and visited this restaurant and completely loved the experience at Zeera! Amazing food, Welcoming Staff, Nice ambient vibe. If your in Reigate check this place out. Definitely a regular for me. Nice cosy family friendly restaurant.

Absolutely delighted to find this hidden gem of a restaurant exist. Best authentic Bangladeshi / Indian food I've been fortunate to eat, food was 10/10 and service was outstanding.

Me and my family went to Zeera this evening after hearing that a Bangladeshi restaurant opening up in Reigate. It was our first time experiencing the menu and all I can say it was the best meal me and my family had. Literally there are a lot of Indian restaurants and takeaway but Zeera with its authentic Bangladeshi menu set a new standard in quality and excellence with their food. Their mocktails were amazing, the food and also the staff was amazing. You have a loyal customer for life

i love the food here, its super authentic and a great addition to reigate! even though we visited on a friday night where it was super packed they managed to seat us. however it is BYOB ( with no charge though!!) so make sure you bring your alcohol. however they did inform that any other drinks cannot be bought in and are served in house

Amazing experience, went on a Thursday night with a couple good friends for a birthday event , service was impeccable, we were greeted with friendly smiles and fully accommodating staff, Mocktails were brilliantly made with care and class- happy hour also helped, We opted to only get a range of starters, naans and poppadoms but all the food was such good quality and flavourful, we were treated at the end with a mocktail on the house to try which just topped the night off. Food10/10 Staff10/10 Mocktails10/10 Will definitely be coming back

Menu is well cultivated, with its vast amount of varieties it still maintains a great standard throughout. Went with family and had a great experience. Atmosphere was lively but not too loud, cocktails were fun and tasty, and service was really good. Cleanliness and parking was not an issue! Hope it opens branches closer to home but all in all would come again!

new restaurant in reigate, gave it a shot as its byob. super friendly staff and food came hot and fresh! gets super busy during weekends so i try to go during weekdays where its quieter. i love the desserts too mmmm

One of the best curry's I've had

Disappointing Food arrived 20 minutes late. Masala sauce was grainy and sticky. Food lacked flavour and grease was all over every container. We had a nice curry when we picked it up for the first time. Put off after this experience

Came on time and hot which is nice. Sadly however it did not meet expectations. The prawn Puri super oily, the lamb chops tasted very very mutton like and under seasoned. I like the garlic rice and the tarka dhal but that's as far as it goes. My partner also didn't rate the food too highly which is a shame as I like the order online feature. Sadly we won't be ordering again.

Went on a Sunday evening and had a wonderful meal. We asked for a recommendation and had a loverly chicken dish. The staff were very helpful and plesent. Overall a very good experience and reasonably priced.

Zeera they got the best Bangladeshi cuisine dishes what you can found around. Always on time with the delivery and always ready even for collection.The prices are really affordable. The food is just delicious and the portions are impressively big.the new owners are really friendly and when is about customer service they are very keen to help you with your order.

Had a delicious takeaway last night from Zeera Restaurant... large portions, excellent value for money! Was still piping hot when we got it home and we are a 20 min drive away! Definitely recommend and can’t wait for restaurant to open so we can dine in.
