I have been going to Zarmeenz for around 5 years now & they never fail to deliver spot on food, friendly & professional. One Complaint , they aren't open often enough !!, so you miss out on the best !!

Terrible. The food is always so tasty but this is the second time our order was over an hour late and there were items missing but I never Received a refund. Whilst we like the food, we will not be ordering again.

Great food but both times we've ordered, the expected time to delivery has been over an hour and then the food has been late on top of that. Last time we ordered it was 2 hours from ordering to delivery, and it was 40 minutes later than the estimated delivery time. Would put us off ordering again to be honest as we were absolutely starving by the time it came.

My husband gets a special all the time and this was the first time we are trying this place and he felt it was really dry and bland. I had biryani and a chapli kebab and felt it over burnt and the rice was standard. For the price paid even with 20% off on a Tuesday I think it was far too overpriced for quality, portion and taste.

The chicken kebab and peri peri chicken is flame grilled and so so tasty! The lamb was soft, tender, tasty and amazing. when i recieved my order the food didnt taste good as i chose the flavour mild n it tasted like lemon and herb which i did not enjoy and ruined my meal and the dessert was very poor and was very disappointing as the brownies where not fresh and not warm the ice cream was a very cheap unflavourful vanilla ice cream.

Food delivered late. Restaurant did not seem that bothered when I contacted them to find out about the delay. By the time the food came I was way past hungry and my daughter had to go to bed on an empty stomach

As far as late-night chicken takeaways go, this was ok. Delivery was only a couple of minutes later than stated. They forgot the drinks as part of the meals, which I didn't bother complaining about. Saved me some calories. Food-wise it was kind of on a par with expectations - somewhere between poor and alright. Arrived hot and chicken was fine, nicely cooked. Chips a bit chewy but well flavoured - perhaps a bit too much salt for my tastes. Corn cob was disappointing, kinda rubbery but ok once butter and black pepper added. Chicken burger was ok, cheese was not-really-melted grated cheddar which didn't really go particularly well with the rest of the burger, probably it was thrown on last minute straight out of the fridge. Jalapeno cheese deep fried things were nice. As far as chilli levels go the "hot" chicken strips were actually pretty hot; I found the "very hot" burger kinda hot but less so than the strips, which mirrors my experience with Nandos hot sauces so maybe it's a peri peri thing. Are there better places to go for your late night chicken needs? Highly likely, but I wasn't too disappointed because I didn't expect much.

I've ordered their food many times and their taste is really superb, they've got a huge variety of sauces whereas i love their extra hot that is fab. Also delivery time is less than mentioned so you can enjoy your food warm n fresh. Must try it

Delivery came early, not an issue as I was home. Got a grilled kebab and chips. Chicken was juicy and succulent, chips were tasty, meal was nice and hot. Delivery driver nice and polite, would order again.

It was my first time ordering from this restaurant and it was a great experience. I had ordered the biryani and Doner kebab and they both were delicious and fresh. The quality of the food was also great. They were slightly late with the order but when I called, they were very polite and explained nicely that they were very busy which was understandable. 6 Star Experience

He estado con mis compañeros de fútbol (de varias nacionalidades) y todos lo aprueban también. Hasta ahora tan bueno ? dando 4/5 simplemente basado en el hecho de que los tiempos de apertura no están muertos en los mismos que los estados del menú y todavía soy escéptico acerca de que se cierren cuando probablemente menos lo esperaré. ¡Espero eso ayude! # 7?

Tried first time biryani is irresistibly delicious and its mango shake was exceptionally good would recommend others to try thier mouth watering food and excellent delivery service Absolutely worth a try, best in town probably the best in area.

Due delivery at 9:20 so called the takeaway at 9:40 to see how long the order would be. The lady on the phone was very dismissive, didn’t even ask for my address just rudely said 20 minutes we are busy or you can cancel. 1. I had paid by card so not cancelling as I wouldn’t be reimbursed for days 2. We’ve not eaten anything, so no I don’t want to cancel. Her response, ‘right 20 minutes then’ and put the phone down. The food then arrived 35 minutes later - missing a can of pop and the pieces of chicken were very small in comparison to usual size of strips. The taste was good but generally always is very tasty food, all the rest on this occasion was disappointing.

Tasty food Tower burger was superb! Need to start giving proper nan breads with seekh kebab sandwich instead of tortilas.

Wow! That was delicious. The chicken was succulent and tender and the lemon and herb sauce was just amazing. Excellent value for money. I felt bad about not tipping the friendly delivery guy but when things get back to normal I'll give him double as I sure will be ordering again. Great food, thank you

It’s just always perfect from here! Spicy, great flavour always hot on delivery and beats every other take away in the city hands down on taste and value for money! I just wished they delivered to S20 so I could have it more often not just on rare occasions when I’m at my friends! If you are reading the reviews trying to decide wether to try Zarmeenz for the first time, just do it! You’ll never go anywhere else again

The food came in very small portions the naan bread was small and cold . The chips where cold also . The food came late .

First time trying here, food was lovely. However, it was let down by the delivery time. We ordered at 7.20, was told a delivery time of 8.40 and it actually arrived at 9.20!

We got a 50% discount code... saying it’s valid from 12th of November. AFTER we’ve payed £15 for this. It wasn’t worth £15 to be honest with you, I’ve wasted my money, the naan bread wasn’t naan bread it was not home made. The wedges were McCain’s wedges from frozen. The cheese on the wedges and the burger was from a block of cheddar cheese. How can a takeaway not have cheese slices? The nicest thing from this food was the lamb donner and the 3 onion rings on the burger. And even the donner was dry. So that says a lot. Don’t think I’ll be ordering again....

Zarmeenz Peri Peri do amazing chicken. Hard to find succulent chicken cooked to perfection. Tasty spices, peri peri chips are great too. Always crispy. Would recommend strips platter if you like boneless meals. Always deliver on time, great place to eat.

LEFT WITH NO FOOD TO FEED 1 OF 2 CHILDREN. I orderd Food as a late supper. £17.50. My order was missing 5 peri chicken strips. And a tub of chilli sauce. I recived peri mayo instead. I tried to phone the restaurant straight away. No answer 5 6 7 times. I tried to say I had a item missing on just eats app for it to say they can not deal with missing items at this time . It was 10.50pm it did not close in till 12pm. I tried to call again and still no answer. I was left with 1 child sat with no food as the other 3 of us ate. I had to go out of my way and buy more food to feed him after already paying for his meal. Absolutely shocking service and will never order again from this place. But will pay a visit tomorrow for a refund what I am owed.

You either need to get better containers for the Hummus or tell the driver that there is hummus in one of the bags. There is hummus all over the other food and the coleslaw was forgotten too. This is very hit and miss, sometimes excellent, sometimes baffling.

Love this takeaway! Food is beaut and delivery is always speedy. Meat is super good quality and salads are great, not wet or tasteless like they can be from other takeaways. Keep it up 😃
