The food was piping hot and very nice. Also the portions were the right size. The biriyanis and curries are very tasty. The only criticism is the veg kofta starter turned out to be very oily and soggy.

food arrived over 1 hour late which is totally unacceptable. The total delivery time was almost 2 hours. The phone line went to an answering machine so i couldn't even cancel my order. Very disappointed.

Not Good today. Usually good but chicken was tough, bombay potato lacked flavour and Samosa was soggy . This is the first time we have had an issue with our food from here, but no one enjoyed this and left overs were thrown away rather than having for lunch the next day. rather disappointing

The extremely lazy delivery drive just dumped the bag of food on the doorstep in the cold and thr dark, pressed the well and got in his car to drive off as I opened the door. Good food but appalling attitude from the delivery person.

The food came 15 minutes early so that was a bonus, however the food quality wasn’t great. The jalfrezi and saag weren’t bad, but the starters were terrible. The mixed starter and tikka duck were ridiculously dry!

Very happy with the food tonight! The meal turned up 20 minutes earlier than expected, by a very polite, pleasant courier, thank you! Also received a side salad and sauce in 2 little pots, and poppadoms! Totally unexpected! The chicken Korma and Mushroom rice were delicious! Will definitely order from you again! Thank you!

Been coming here for years, and was my first choice of take away for my Birthday. Never again will I risk wasting my money, everything except the popadoms was vile. The shami kebab was full of gristle, I couldn’t eat it, my butter chicken was tough and I left it and my partner’s rezala was vile, the chicken was like boot leather and the mince in the sauce was obviously the same mince they made the shami kebab with, full of gristle! To top it off the peshwari naan was burnt!

I was really impressed. I used to order from the vindaloo in collier row but they don’t deliver to my new address in Dagenham so I ordered here and I was pleasantly surprised. The chicken korma and chicken tikka masala were the best I’ve ever had. The popadoms were really lovely. The only thing I weren’t too keen on is the onion bajis as I think the vindaloo ones were better. These ones were a bit hard instead of crispy. I would have liked more dips with the popadoms. Overall very happy <3

Food was not good the curry was too oily the tandoori chicken was very dry portion size was small considering the high prices you’d think it would be more there’s better places out there

Food was just as good as in the restaurant. Lamb was soft fell apart! Chicken tikka cooked perfectly. Decent portion size as well. 10/10.

Never a bad experience with this restaurant. My favourite Indian restaurant by far. For eat in or take away. Good quality, decent portions. Very nice.

The food arrived an hour after the expected time given on the app. The food was cold and below average. I tried chasing the order over the phone but the person was quite rude and unapologetic and moaning that they have hundreds of orders. The food didn’t taste fresh. The starters ( chicken tikka and lamb tikka) were not tender or soft and probably cooked much earlier during the day or even before that. Overall it was a very bad experience. I won’t be ordering from this place again!

Lamb kebabs smelled like they were off Lamb curry, meat was tough, really tough. Chicken shaslik tasted ok but there was more onion that chicken in the box. Rice and naan was ok.

We had the set meal deal for two, with a special request for different naan breads(we paid the difference). The lamb buhna and chicken tikka masala was especially good, very well cooked. And the king prawn puri was so tasty! Highly recommend this restaurant and will definitely be ordering from here again 👌👌

Great night in zarana on Friday . Food was excellent . Perfect spice . Owner took time to come and talk to us which was very nice . Big portions and jalfrazi was made to our order of not too spicy . Definitely recommend as a great place for an Indian in hir church

My daughter booked through an app which gave us 20% off. When paying was told not through December, showed them the app still wouldn’t honour it. Also noticed on here to book a table it’s showing 20% off in December. Good luck with that. Service was extremely slow & restaurant wasn’t busy. Food medioca. Won’t be going back.

Have used Aroma since moving here over 30 years ago. Always had a good meal. This time the chicken tikka masala was bit overcooked and possibly reheated. Would also be nice if they did more options for set meals.
