AVOID!!!! placed an order and when eating the jollof rice / rice and peas including chicken had gone off but seasoned to mask this is not good. The owner appeared to be a generally nice person and yes we got free drinks and sweets but this is a shop owner advertising his business too. The food sold in the shop is clearly used in take-aways so nothing goes to waste. This is not to say that on some days food maybe alright as it may have been freshly cooked however as the food has been stored for more than required other orders will experience stale food.

DO NOT ORDER. Was really looking forward to the food as have had Caribbean at functions before and this was nothing like as this is Africans attempting with an epic fail also Jollof rice was off (gone off). food had clearly been cooked in advance and stored giving time for food to go off over time and been masked with seasoning. having tatsed the rice and one of the Chicken dishes were questionable even the saltfish was wierd tasting all food I decided to bin due to food safety.

Amazing food!!! We will be ordering from here again! And we got a free drink, fruit and sweets ☺️ Recommend: curried mutton, sweet chicken, stewed veg, jallof rice, and the snapper! Everything was perfectly cooked 👌👌 Thanks so much!

Worst moi moi. Just dry and colorless. I've ever seen in my life. The yam in the pepper soup not properly cooked and not big enough. The buns were too hard and there is not enough sugar in it. The pepper soup was managable. I liked the plantain but my husband said it was too ripe for him

The egwusi wasn’t properly cooked. Little or no red oil was added. Really poor meal preparation.

Customer service here is on a minus. Never seen a shop owner that doesn’t know how to communicate with customers. Unable to handle criticism and very disrespectful.

Was my first time visiting this place and I was not disappointed - I ordered the curries chicken , sweet dumplings , beef patty , and rice . All the food was all freshly made and tasted amazing . I was even given a free drink and some plantain to try which was very tasty . The owner was a love me kind man . I will definitely be back to try some more dishes thank you very much for your fantastic hospitality and excellent food .

Food is always very nice, decent portions for the price, and kind owners. However make sure you allow plenty of time when you order as it does take a while to arrive

Food went out for delivery 10 minutes after latest delivery slot time then took another 40 minutes to arrive. When it did finally arrive it was still hot and tasted/quality/portion size was fantastic! Would order again but leave 2 hours from time of order!

Can’t thank the owner enough, so kind and helpful. Helped us get back home safe to Mansfield woodhouse. Great selection of food and drink.

Best takeaway in Sheffield, maybe full stop. I couldn't recommend it more for veggies!

Great food, owner is a top guy and sends fruit and sweets free of charge for my son. The jollof rice and curried mutton is delicious. The friendly service makes it feel like eating at home, you don't often get this anymore due to bigger food chains. Great guy, great food.

If I could rate this restaurant zero stars, I would absolutely do that . first and foremost I eat Nigerian food quite often. I know the differences between certain dishes and what they contain. However, this is the first time I’ve ordered a Egusi soup and have not been given an option of the meat I’d like inside . So I assumed that the Egusi soup would have just been original (No meats inside) nowhere on the description does it state that the Egusi soup contains I meat nor are you given an option to put in the description you’d like no meat. This evening, my dinner came with a runny Egusi soup that contained a meat that myself and family do not eat. Our entire evening dinner has gone to waste. I respectfully contacted the restaurant and asked if there was anything that they could do . instead of giving me great customer service and understanding how this was inconvenient to myself and family. The associate was very argumentative and rude. I am very disappointed and quite frankly, I will never ever refer anyone or return back to this restaurant.

Amazing food and service. Ordered from here 2x in one weekend when I came to visit Sheffield summer 2022. Today I came back 15 miles to Sheffield just for the food here. Just as good as the last time!

Horrible horrible pepper soup! I’ve ordered from here twice before and the pepper soup was so good, disgusting what I had today, the soup had chicken skins floating in it and pieces of carrots and peas no pepper at all, tasteless and a few small pieces of meat and shredded chicken, basically like drinking soup out of a packet is better!! I’m really appalled and let down, don’t offer the food it you cannot provide it!!!

They must be paying people for the good reviews be or writing them themselves. Food is watery, the rice is very questionable. Definitely wouldn’t waste money here, save the disappointment because that’s all you’ll receive. Zero taste and sloppy food. Plantain was hard… only thing with any texture other than sloppy

The food was fresh and hot but personally I just wasn’t a massive fan of the taste of the jollof or peanut chicken. The pepper soup and the fruit salad were yummy though.

Really love it here, the amount of food you get is such great value for money compared to any other Carribbean food places. Jollof rice is beaut, curry goat falls off the bone. Dumplings been a bit hard before but last night was lovely. My go to Carribbean/African.

My partner went into this restaurant as it had been recommended by a colleague (my partner is Cameroonian so really misses African food). When he went to pay for his food the server made up different prices compared to what was on the menu and then even added more on the calculation of the bill. The menu would’ve had the total £9.00 but his hand calculations made it £12.50 and then he said £13.00. When my partner questioned the server he said you Nigerians come in here and think you can argue about the price. He was so rude and racist! My partner is never one to argue and he was really hungry so just paid the bill. I am appalled at this behaviour, especially from an African restaurant. It’s disgusting and I will be taking further action.

ordered the egusi soup, curry goat , steamed spinach, fufu and a lamb Patty. The curry goat was good and full of flavor. The egusi soup’s flavor was on point the only thing there was not a lot of meat in it. The delivery guy was nice and our food arrived still piping hot. I will definitely order again and I do recommend this place.

I once called in to the All Nations Minimarket as I was walking past in November 201 and I was craving fried plantain and jollof rice The owner was so nice and so helpful. he cooked it while I waited. I really enjoyed my visit to his shop and the food was exactly as I wanted and expected. Today July 19th I ordered food on Just Eat with my 2 daughters 20yrs and 13yrs. oh my gosh it was delicious. Just what I wanted. There was enough food on our order for us to share and have a bit of everything and I have a box with some to take to work tomorrow. Sad to see the negative reviews left on this page. I think it is because if you are expecting Jamaican food, this is not Jamaican BUT ... if you know what food it is, and what it should be like then you will not be disappointed OR if you want to try something new with an open mind then I would say 100% to try here. Its 100% real food, and you feel good after you ate it because its all home cooked like if you went to your friend or family for dinner. This was the best idea I had all day to order food. Thank you

So me and my boyfriend wanted to try African food and this is the only place in Sheffield seen a few mixed reviews but our experience was amazing the food was piping hot even though was thirty minutes late the spices was on point and it filled us really quick, I did ring up with the lateness and the gentleman that was on the other side was amazing and was extremely helpful in finding out where my food was he was cool clam and collected and easily got to the bottom of it! Over all it was amazing I would definitely coming back again. 10/10

Love the food from here, I've ordered here before so I was looking forward to it. However, my order came very late. Apparently there was a problem from JustEat which is fair. I was then blamed for giving the wrong address and the wrong number. I did not. I know cause I can see I gave the right information on my receipt. I was told "Next time to get it right" and was promised complimentary drink and food for the delay, they gave me 2 pieces of fruit and a drumstick. Thanks I guess.

1st time ordering from here and it won’t be the last, absolutely stunning food, the sweet dumplings are addictive, the soup, the coconut rice and peanut chicken was amazing .. huge portions going to have to try rest of my order later

I honestly don't mind waiting for food, and almost 3 hours of food is reasonable for some things, but to mark something as "on the way and with the driver" 1 hour after ordering, and then one hour after that confirming with me over the phone it is with the driver, and then it is almost another hour before it arrives is just baffling to me. If it is not made yet, don't mark it as "out for delivery". The food quality is very bad, I can allow some things for personal taste, but there is no flavour, all I can taste is salt, both the goat and the lamb taste the exact same, just the goat is chewier. Bioth of the STRAWBERRY cheesecakes we orders aren't strawberry despite someone writing strawberry on the packaging lids, they are both vanilla cheesecakes submerged almost to the op in mango juice, and then have half a chopped mango on the tip of it, no strawberry to be found. Despite the restaurant outright lying to me both through the app and over the phone, the food arrived hot, but the ONLY thing I can say that was any good about this entire order, is how friendly the delivery driver was, but he couldn't save this entire ordeal.

Delivery was late and driver didn't want to come to our street - said he got a ticket there (it's a dead end), but we've received plenty of delivery drivers there before...? What really was the problem was that I ordered a drink (apple tango) and this was never delivered. Pretty annoyed.

One of the best African food in Sheffield! Never disappointed every time we order. Portion is always large. Current favourite is the peppered soup and the curried goat.

All the food we ordered had a horrid taste to it and even the free watermelon carried the same taste, rice and peas was unpleasant dumplings was dead and the chicken was disgusting they even put mango over my vanilla cheesecake when I never asked for mango. All in all and expensive waste now just hope the dog doesn’t turn his nose up against it. Won’t be ordering again and we who is having a party? A free One drumstick and one bottled water? The curry was really watery, the chicken had an unpleasant smell and the rice was over cooked. Very disappointed as I hadn’t eaten all day so was looking forward to some good food.

Ordered the jerk chicken for my wife. The food was alright but there was a sour aftertaste to it. Didn’t think too much about it at first. Thought it was like mixture of their spices. We are now, on the second day, of food poisoning. Had to go to see doctor about it. It’s hard to recommend this place to anyone else.

The delivery was about an hour late. Tried calling to get it cancel because I had to leave to go else where. The staff did not like at all. No matter how much I tried to tell him my situation, he cut me off saying that I’m a foreigner who doesn’t how restaurants work in the UK. The staff proceeded to raise his voice to which I returned. Probably wasn’t the right thing to do on my part as well. Overall, I’d suggest ordering from somewhere else if you want your food to arrive on time, and especially if you don’t want put up with the staff behavior. Can’t comment much about the food. Didn’t get to tried it. The restaurant had the audacity to marked it as delivered as well. If you are reading this comment as you are wondering why the food is taking so long. Try to cancel it as soon as you can.

Food was over an hour late, when it arrived the delivery driver was rude on the phone about how I put my address into the just eat app. The food was leaking everywhere and the food that we did plate up was inedible and extremely cheap ingredients (meat). Extremely disappointed after placing an order at around 4pm and it arriving close to 7pm and being that bad
