Had food delivered wasn't disappointed. Everything in the box was delicious

Nice tasting - yes. The portions however are an absolute joke. Ordered shrimp and fries and there were 4 small shrimps and Childs handful of fries. The chicken burger was minuscule with again just a handful fries. Plantain side consisted of 6 small pieces. For the price it is most certainly not worth it. If you are looking to go away full - look elsewhere.

The portion sizes were small, mainly rice in the Jollof Jerk box not much chicken. Ordered the Buss down box which didn't have the chops so was substituted with lower value items. This has happened on a number of occasions so I think this is a deliberate ploy by the business. When complaining to the owner his response was don't order if you don't like so very poor customer service, will not be ordering again.

Appalling customer service. Placed an order for collection, drove from the other side of Sheffield and then they cancelled the order when we walked through the door 35 minutes later. No apology or care. Could’ve rang beforehand to let us know. This has happened on a couple or occasions and friends have reported the same thing. If you don’t have the ingredients in stock then the logical thing to do is not accept the order. Really disappointed.

Worst place I have ever ordered from. Placed an order on the website which was accepted by them, I was then given a collection time. I turned up to collect my order to be told that they cancelled it because they don’t offer the boxes of food on a weekend. The estimated collection time was 40 minutes so why not cancel the order rather than accept? The staff were unapologetic and didn’t seem bothered about the poor service they offer. Would recommend you order from anywhere but here if you actually want decent food.

Very rude service. Food wasn’t worth the price. Not worth it at all. Don’t bother. Asked to speak to manager and never experience someone so rude was shocked.

absolutely vile customer service. food never arrived and was delivered to a different address. called the restaurant and spoke to an awful manager, who was so rude and unhelpful. he ended the phone multiple times and refused to help, claiming that the driver had said it was delivered even though it never was! AVOID THIS PLACE the customer service is absolutely disgraceful and can’t even comment on the food because it never got here and a refund was refused.

They gave our food to the wrong address and when i called up to speak to them got a response from a very rude man. He offered no resolution and ended the phone on me. Trying to get in contact as now have payed for something to not arrive and they will not answer. Never experienced such horrible service. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE

On two previous occasions we had the Buss down box which had a little bit of everything. That was a real treat 🤤🤤🤤 People are saying it’s overpriced but I think it’s worth it….I’m not really sure what they are comparing it to cause there is nothing like it in the area. Today they had Burger Munch offer on Uber so we ordered that. I love they unique burger sauce, it came with lightly spiced chips which which my daughter is really enjoying.

Absolutely terrible mac and cheese. Would rather eat toothpaste

Got a box meal on 2 for 1 and still feel like it was a bit steep. Definitely wouldn't pay £17 for it. Very edgy but the foods nowt special.

i order some food with homemade coleslaw. Guys i cant belive u charge 3£ for one and half full spoons of coleslaw such a shame. I used to work in michelin star restaurants even the tasting menu’s are bigger size please fix this. Contact me so i can send u picture of my order thanks!

Ordered off ubereats and without fail the best takeaway I've had in sheffield. Will definitely be coming back!

The food overall was very tasty however the only reason I scored a 3 was because of the dumpling mix. It was saturated in too much oil, it was crumbling to bits and tasted more like a festival (sugary) as opposed to dumpling. There was nothing to it but the outside part. Dumplings are my absolute favourite and I was so excited to try these but sadly was disappointed. The filling was delicious though, it just needed a good dumpling recipe so that dumpling lovers aren’t disappointed. I’ll definitely try again as the rest of the food was nice. Hoping to give a 5 next time I order the dumplings. 🙌🏽

The food was great! I love the taste of the chicken here and the vegetables were fresh as well. My parents really enjoyed the food here too, the dinner set was just nice for the both of them. It was our first time eating Yorkshire Pudding and it tasted alright. Love the vibes of the restaurant. Would definitely come again with my family and friends!

Lamp mandi meat was stiff and the whole dish was saltless.. so dissatisfied because it’s used to be delicious and full of flavors.

This place does a lamb mandi special on Fridays, and I have tried it a couple of times before writing this review. The dish come with a soup and salad. My experience with this dish has been awful. Regardless of the good presentation and good portion size, the dish was absolutely salt-less (as in zero amount of salt has been added to it). Typically, with these kind of food, you would expect it to be full of flavour but it was nothing like that. It is a shame really as this dish has the potential to be good. Overall, I was not happy with this dish and don't think I'll be coming back for it.

Very disappointed was excited to go try this and it came dry with no sauce on the lamb loaded fries

Loaded fries with pulled chicken and lamb were absolutely delicious.great food and great service. One thing to consider...switch on the heatings please 😉
