Ordered first time last night ad the set meal for 1 best curry iv ad in years everything was beaut esp the pilau rice will deffo be ordering again

Food is really nice from here only issue is delivery take absolutely forever you phone up & ask how long cause it’s been over an hour they tell you 10 mins bit still half hour later your foods not turned up and when it finally turns up after an hour n 45 mins it’s freezing cold

Order often and always get them to repeat order so how is it something is always missing 🤬 i make sure i tell them sething was missomg on last order but what a suprise again something missing after waiting long enough terrible place

I ordered two 16’ pizzas, and pepperoni was great the chicken and sweet corn not as good, but, it really surprised me, because I always get disappointed from pizza orders overnight and this one was delivered 2am, usually what comes is a burnt pizza, which is so disappointing.. you know sometimes you just want to have a nice slice of pizza at 2am, and everything is closed except this places, and this one didn’t disappoint at all, it was Saturday, probably busy, and yet it was delivered for 40min, I also ordered a bottle of coke, so they called me back before delivery setting off to ask me if it was diet or regular coke.. rather than just throw in one randomly. I definitely recommend ordering a pepperoni in an emergency case as mine 🤷🏼‍♂️😅 late night food delivery is always an adventure full of surprises 🤣 if you know what I mean.. So far, one good out of dozen I payed 35£ by the way. I gave my best explaining my experience, hopefully one day it will be useful for someone 🤷🏼‍♂️

Horrendous customer service. Ordered and took over 2 hours to come, food was horrendous, blocked the phone so I couldn’t get through.

Food terrible used to be amazing delivery driver short changed us when I was really polite and said this he was very confrontational and called me a liar! Will not order from here again phoned pizza city they said they would have a word. Not good enough try hiring nice friendly people not arrogant nasty people customer is always right!! Poor food with poor service avoid!!!!!!

Delivered my food the chips and sauce all smashed in bag tryed to call them but closed so just in a rush to go home and slung my food abowt will be calling back tomorrow!

Tried ordering on just eat - didn’t pay but went for collection, only order 12inch garlic donner @ 6.00 and a portion of onion bhaji @£2.20 went to collect as only live 2 min walk away tried to charge us £11.00 !!!! Needless to say questioned the price only to be told was wrong on just eat and had gone up!!! Only live around the corner will not be going back

Ordered at 5 45 they texted at 6 30 to say on it's way rang them at 7 10 and they said it had been delivered which it hadn't they said would send again?finally after ringing and ringing it arrived at 8 45

First time I ordered a kabab the chichen tikka was off. Smelled terrible. Complained and sent another one. The second time I ordered. I ordered a large kabab. When it came it was so small not enough to fill a mouse. Complained again. But didn't seem to care. Please stay away.

If I could give no stars I would. I would not be ordering from here again the man on phone said 45 minutes so I called 1st call to see what was going on he said on the way now as just set off from shop then went on for an hour still no oder so I called a second time to cancel I said if not here in 3 mins I'm calling to cancel oder so he said to me he was doing the local deliveries first the driver but he's told the driver to make mine next so he said give it 5 to 8 mins I give my 3 minutes had past so now we was going on on five minutes there time so waited 8 mins I dint bother calling back after that the driver turned up at nearly 9.10pm going on and take this in mind I ordered at 7.30pm so I told my house holders waiting not to answer door now they was knocking for 3 to 5 mins so if you think of ordering from here think again I think they putting profit before customers satisfaction and first come first serve basis may be they do things like this in packistan or Bangladesh but I expected better service and respect on how they treated there consumers not right at all putting profit over customers I won't be bothering to oder again😡😠

I went here today, because i had no food at home. I explained this, and they sorted me out with a meal. Food is amazing too, thankyou!

This is the best takeaway in Sheffield, we will not order from anywhere else been using this for over 2 years & not had a bad one yet. There is something for everyone on the menu. Keep up the great work

Complete and utter trash I wouldn't eat from here if it was free cold old vile uncooked and took 2.20.minutes to come by this time both my children was asleep and after seeing the food it ended up in the bin ...please don't waste your money on this trash ..it needs health Warning slaping on it

Bar none the very worst takeaway I've ever orderd from.. Said 50 minutes come in 2.15 Pitza was uncooked No salad on my cold kebab with its old chewy meat and cold nan.. And no cheese sauce because they don't actually do it after taking my order Place wants seriously shutting down

Well when you ring up for your order they are really rude,doesn't matter if you have been ordering food from the establishment for 3yrs or 2 days its the same,they give you a time when your order is going to be delivered which I get is a round about time coz they could be busy but if they say after 1hr 35 mins they have just left and still not here my god lol we won't be ordering from this place again,shame because the food and service used to be good and we were long time customers,I would recommend going local for your takeaway!! 1 star is being generous tbh............

Ordered 1 donner kebab, 1 lamb tikka, 3 pizza a d 1 burger, all lovely, came hot also. Definitely order again

Lied & said they had what i wanted wen it came & i paid for it got inside opened it wrong stuff i rang back they then said not sending money bak or swapping as i clearly stated wen i rang i could not eat anything else then what I ordered bare in mind wen i asked he lied just to get my money Food was sofgytn wet chicken funny colour & stinked horrid

Been for 1st time tonight and what a gem of a place!! Had chicken and wedges and was hot and spicy and the chicken was succulent. Cheap but food didn't taste cheap. Be 110% returning.

Just rang up to order the family kebab which I asked for them to have chips separate sauce separate and salad as our kids have some too and the sauce is hot for them also when you have delivery and it comes everythink is soggy when it's all together so it states 14.70 on the web site that fine so I rang up explained that we have kids so want it separate for them to say that fine I asked the price and he said 21 pound I asked him what that was for and he said because I want the things separate I am sorry I am all up for paying a lit extra but 6 pound that's another meal!!!! This place has changed so much since it's changed hands enough to say we didn't order and won't be going bk!

Food ok ish. Delivery time disgusting. Nearly two hours for delivery within half a mile.

Asked for a lamb Sheesh kebab in Naan and got 2 lamb kofte in naan with no salad and just chilli sauce. Disgraceful!!. If I ask for lamb , I expect it regardless of price. Thought salad would have come as standard... Thought wrong and naan bread not fresh. Wish I could post the photo. We won't be returning customer's..!!

Ordered curry and naan bread via Just eat. Extremely disappointed with the food. It arrived in time which was the only positive. Both the curries we ordered were extremely spicy. It was tasteless. It felt like we were eating a bag of chilli powder. We couldn’t finish the food and had to throw most of it away. Won’t be ordering again for sure. Waste of money.

Well I've been ordering from here for a good while. Food as always been good but they have decided to charge for delivery won't mind if they told me over the phone when I ordered but never mentioned anything and never paid delivery before.so they decided to remove 1 potion of chicken from the order to pay the 1 pound delivery charge. I phoned and told them about the piece of chicken been removed and they said about delivery charge so I said i have never been charged delivery so he said it a new thing over 3 miles it's a pound delivery i would of willingly paid for delivery if it was mentioned on phone . So I Google how far my home is from there and it's 3 miles exactly. So not a happy chappy. And always give them a tip.

Food is good quality and they're very keen to give you a great customer experience when you visit the store. Not tried the delivery service as I live down the road but they said they're even willing to deliver down the road for under the usual minimum delivery charge since it's so close.

Friday I ordered a pizza n chips n cheese for my children from pizza city took about a hour n half to come when food came the first pizza was stuck to the lid of the box so when I tried to peel the pizza from the lid of the box all the cheese came off the pizza so I rang up to complain n told them it was for my children that it's took to long then when it comes I receive a mess of a pizza said I wasn't happy so they apologised said they would send another pizza out that took another 2 hour to come n this is what I received when I got the second pizza it was covered in mould absolutely descusting pizza city should be ashamed of them self's n I will not be ordering there again n I strongly recommend no one else does either !!!
