Suchhh a lovely experience. The staff are so friendly and accommodating, couldn’t do more for you. The food is delicious and fresh and nothing is over oily or heavy. Very very good veggie and fish options. I can’t wait to go back again.

Popped in after watching the Cardiff Devils beat Sheffield Steelers (Ice hockey). It was late ( they opened until 11pm on a Sunday) and we couldn't decide what to have so I ordered a platter. Have to say we were impressed! The food was really tasty, well cooked and loads of it. Great value and tasty. Sorry the picture was taken after we had started eating so add more food, salad and dips.

Never again. The tandoori chicken didn’t even smell like tandoori chicken so as expected the taste was horrible and Golgappe wasn’t eatable at all.

Very delicious food. Good portion size. Must try Bhature, Amritsar Kulcha and starters. Mango lassi the best. Masala tea was very good too. Highly recommend this restaurant.

I regret to inform you that the food was not clean

I have just been to pick up a collection and I think it’s absolutely disgusting what Iv been served. Iv come home and rang them and all they could offer was 10% off the next time. The chicken pakoras were so dry, 4 pieces of chicken in the biryani and the curry sauce wasn’t enough for 1 person. This place used to be so nice I really looked forward to eating here, never again

Arrived to the resteraunt ordered starters and main course starters came they were half cooked then mains arrived was also undercooked the meat was rubbery and hard to bite told the gentle man that the food is not upto standard and to eat it himself disgusting food

We should’ve walked away after first walking into an empty restaurant. They don’t sell alcohol which was why I thought it was empty (which is still a possibility). However the food and service was shocking. I like to taste salt in my food but the amount of salt in my tikka masala was ridiculous I’ve eaten Indian Cuisine all over the uk and abroad and have never experienced anything so awful. Avoid at all costs!

Food: We were the first family there as they opened as we had just arrived in Cardiff and needed feeding and this restaurant was on my list to visit. Service was good, they returned a couple of times to ask if we needed anything else. Price for the food was decent too which we even had left overs we took back with us. A nice calm place for families. I suspect it gets much busier in the evening and started to slowly fill up as we left. Nice place and still recommended.

Great food, great atmosphere, great hospitality

We came here for a birthday meal. 15 of. Us. The staff went above and beyond for us to ensure we had a lovely meal. They even gave us candles to put on our cake. The food was absolutely amazing and really tasty. We ordered a few platters, I couldn’t fault anything.

Welcoming owners and the waitress was attentive to customers. The curry was delicious and the starters I had were packed full of flavour. It’s a great place to eat with family. Don’t forget to validate parking upon arrival

I hardly post reviews. But this one is a must. Ordered a manchurian which was hard as rock. All the currys were similar for chicken and paneer. I wish they could pay more attention to their quality of food. For sure not visiting again as i spend around 90£ and the quality was worse ever. I hope the owner sees this and take some action.

Been there the second time and were disappointed again. First time we were seated for 30 min and no one attended us to take our order, so we left being dejected. Even today had to wait for almost 30 min just for the starters and even when they arrived our veg manchurian was extremely chewy and tasteless. Rest of the order was good but not the great. Won’t be visiting again for sure.

Food is awful I ordered lamb karahi in which is in cocked and the gravy is just raw onions pretty pathetic I complain about that to manager he wants to serve it again but we don't have time to wait another half an hour.

Amazing food, service and atmosphere

Had to wait for more than an hour for food to be served. When it arrived the rice was cold. We ordered mild chicken curry, which was overly spicy. Lamb curry was prepared wrongly we had ordered Achari karahi when it arrived it was a completely different dish. Qeema naan had no qeema in it. Overall a very disappointing and horrible experience. This place should be avoided at all cost.

Been there last night went to cardiff for cricket match ended up in Zaika Asian cuisine if you want proper pakistani food this is the place for you food 5/5. Enjoy our meal food was delicious and flavoursome lahori murgh karahi is highly recommended very polite and helpful staff quite and peaceful atmosphere and plenty parking just across the road and dont forget to put your car reg into the pad inside the restaurants. It was a really great experience.

We ordered 2 dishes with keema naan and butter naan. We waited for 1 hour and still didn't have our food. We also wanted to add 2 different spices to our dishes, and they mixed up the spiciness. In the keema naan, there wasn't even keema inside. When we first went in, we were given a table that didn't have any light, so we had to ask to either turn on the light or move tables. We also asked them a few times to tell us how long, but they were saying they they would check and never came back to our table Terrible experience would never come here ever again

Rubbish. Don’t waste ur money. Food was awful, luke warm. Didn’t understand me talking Essex. Had much better takeaway food from elsewhere in Cardiff. Think they need to train the chef much better and stop giving false reviews

Ordered lamb karahi but was served only bones. Curry was too spicy 🌶️ and was not eatable. It was lamb paste not curry. Need to make improvements in curry dishes.

A Very Bad experience, We order Lahori Lamb Karahi Which was worst taste i ever experience Of Karahi i think They should At least not use Name Of lahore. We order Mango Lassi which Was loaded with Sugar. If someone Three day Mango lassi from this restaurant he will definitely diagnosed With diabetes. We Worst Experience.

No atmosphere, naan bread was flat and looked more like a cheap pizza, Chicken Dhansak was bland , rice was also bland.

Not the best execution of veggie dishes. We ordered Butter Paneer and Mutter Paner and were asked if we wanted medium or hot, choosing medium. On tasting the dishes, both were rather too hot, the spices had not been balanced well or cooked off sufficiently. The actual paneer was nice enough. Service was sluggish and didnt fel particularly well looked after. Nice enough premises.

Good restaurants and supportive stuff. Clear and highgin properly. Punjabi owner of this restaurants who's good person. Food quality and quantity are also very good compare to price. Because most of sabji food are under 10 pound so i recommended to students also.

Two days ago, we went, I think we went to the iftar Time, I think They will not let us sit Because of too much busy, but the way they treated us is not difference at all on top of that, they offer us the buffet all love the buffet, specially the butter, chicken, chicken wings, lamb, chicken, curry, lamb chops, specially in the desert, I love the desert, absolutely mouth. One of the best Indian restaurant in Cardiff, Very friendly and professional staff. Service and presentation of the food was great. After a warm welcome our order was served with no delays. Starters were very tasty specially the lamb chops and fish tikka were delicious. From the mains we had lamb karahi which was amazing too. Mango lassi to go along and end the dinner was perfect. Would definitely recommend and visit again…

I haven't tried the food at this place I live across the road from the restaurant and there extraction is loud and a constant hum very annoying.

Just visited the place for iftari buffet absolutely amazing and delicious so many variety. Specially, that fish I had worth every penny. I will definitely go again Thank you zaika management for a friendly service 🥰

Last year in Ramadan it was so good and with reasonable price. I had buffet today to be honest I wasted my £72.. the food was so bad not even worth £10 per person… 21.99 per person is a joke for the for and service they provided lassi was like water had to ask to change it yet the same thing was provided… they had green bell pepper(capsicum) in Pakistani biryani lol!!! Same curry base for all curries only meat and chicken was differing NEVER going back..

Amazing place and amazing people. This restaurant is under new management and the owner is a very down to earth person. The staff were really active and always on the look-out to see if anyone needs anything. We left on an amazing note when we went to the owner and asked if he was the owner and he replied "there's only one owner of this world" and that is Allah. Subhanallah Thank you for an amazing time at your restaurant

Fantastic! We chose this place quickly from Google Maps based on the reviews and it did not disappoint! Service was friendly but not over the top, and the food was absolutely spot on - highly recommend.

One of the worst place for food. Honestly we order food and after long time they bring totally different order, when i ask them to change it what they did they wash the lamb and put some spice on it and serve us.. I took pictures and made a video which I’m going to send health and safety.

Best food I've had out in ages!!! Ok.. so wow. The staff were lovely and so helpful since I'm not the most experienced when it comes to spicy food. The starters were big enough to be mains, the meat was so juicy and flavourful. The main was massive and the rice was enough for 2 people. I could have been rolled out to the carpark LOL. Good was good specially naan breads. Place was freezing cold looks like heating issues.

We wanted to try the food at this restaurant for sometimes but OMG, it very disappointing. we ordered delivery of Chicken tikka masala which was salty, and no flavour, look like thick red gravy, nothing like any chicken tikka masalah that we had for many years. Too hot for liking, my husband couldn't eat it. This is his favourite dish, it spoiled his dinner. Chicken Biriyani was dry and lack of flavour and didn't come with any sauce. All in all never order again.
