Jollibee Cardiff in Cardiff

Food is good, albeit a bit overpriced, but everything is these days. However, 9 times out of 10, the service is so slow whether its busy or not. One time I paid at the counter and ordered the spicy chicken but received the regular instead, and when I asked, they simply said they were out of the spicy but never told me. The place also never really seems clean, whenever I've gone the toilets are always in a state, and the worst was when I walked into a stall to find used children's underwear covered in faeces, as was the rim of the toilet and the floor surrounding it.

Food was delicious really enjoyed

Nearly put off by some not great reviews but so glad I decided to try it. Service prompt and welcoming touch screen availability was good. Very clean we sat up stairs very modern style fast food restaurant felt fresh. Cost of food slightly more than KFC but it was so worth it I can honestly say that it was the nicest chicken I've ever tasted moist but not greasy and a lovely crispy coating. The loaded fries are absolutely amazing. Portion size was generous and it was very filling left full up and happy. For non vegetarian perhaps the veggie option could be extended, this is my only slight negative thought but otherwise definitely a must visit in Cardiff. If you like chicken dripping in fatty grease then this is not for you go to KFC instead.

Four visits to Jollibee. I ordered different meal deals on each visit. The first deal was the Jolliburger, fries, drink, I asked for the gravy as an extra. The burger was not as advertised. The manager resolved the issue. The second deal was the Chickenjoy, spaghetti and a drink. The spaghetti and chicken needs some improvement on portion size. The third deal was the Jollibee solo meal deal. Chicken burger, chicken leg, mango pie and drink. This was the best out of all meal deals. The fourth deal was Sriracha chicken, loaded fries and a drink. Portion size could be improved. All meals were served warm and with a time delay. This could be improved over time.

Nice & clean place. Loaded fries was okay. Liked the fried chicken as it was well seasoned.

Have been here at least 10 times! Their fried chicken is the best I’ve had from a chain in the U.K. juicy and the battery is crispy and doesn’t fall off the chicken and so flavourful. The spicy chicken sandwich also beats back KFC, McD and BK by a mile. Fries aren’t the best but you don’t go here for the fries. Try the peach mango pie!

Great tasting alternative to common US fast food staples such as KFC and Popeyes, with a significantly varied menu compared to what you're used to. If you've never been, I'd highly recommend trying Jollibee out at least once.

I ordered here last week and this week bucket of 6 mixed rice and spaghetti. I usually check my order because last year i order and they give me incomplete and all spicy. Last week no gravy incomplete rice no peach mango pie. Today they give me all spicy without gravy. The all rectified after i complaint.. so im worrying what other doing, so I recommend every time you leave the counter faithfully check your order!

We opted for takeout and placed our food order using the ordering machine. The food was tasty.

Delicious Food and respectful staff

Really quick service of food from Jollibee's but the food isn't poor but it's not great either, good portion sizes, cooked well but if you're on a budget it's alright if you're looking for plain and easy eats. The downstairs seating area also stank of weed.

Long time customer of Jollibee, food is decent but service and portion sizes need improvement, as the peach mango pie and spaghetti portions have shrunk significantly while prices have gone up and I have to wait about 20 minutes for food even when there are no customers around.

Ordered chicken joy bucket with 6 gravy online but got 0. For Whoever worked in Jollibee, you should know that there is absolutely nobody will order your chicken if you don’t serve gravy with it. When you packed the order you should place the gravy first inside then the chicken. Because gravy is the main and chicken is just topping. I swear to god if this is gonna happen again I will tell anyone I know do not go to this Jollibee ever again. But the way the chicken is really really good.

The food was cold. They forgot my gravy which I paid extra for. The spaghetti was good flavor, but very sweet. My pie was banging! Hot and crispy and fresh… it washed back nice with a warm Fanta 😅 slightly better then American KFC. (Which quite literally comes out rancid and inedible sometimes.) If you know you know.

Jollibee is one of my favourite fast food places. The one in Cardiff if good, staff are friendly and the food is always fresh and tasty.

Waited ages despite not a big queue. Fries were cold and like bullets. Chicken was cold and tasteless. If I hadn’t been in a hurry I would have demanded a refund. Will never go back

Came in at half 9pm on 24/01/2024 and the filipino manager(?) accommodated us very well. Great service. Thank you!

Really enjoyed the food here. Access to the toilets was weird. A code on your receipt for entry that was not clear at all!

Very friendly staff but not the cleanest of places

We stumbled across this place before a show we were going to. Service was fast. Food was tasty. The place was nice and clean. Another burger place we stopped at on the way didn’t have a nice atmosphere and felt unclean. This place was a world apart. The female staff member who came To the table to ask if she could help us was very friendly and was kind to our daughter.

Nice place to eat with family, have enough table and seats.

Visited today and regardless if I was disappointed that there was no Yum burger the service has improved. Christina who was working in the lobby area was really helpful and thoughtful.

The burger patty was cold and the coating was hard.

Not impressed at all. I found it a bit of a bazaar mix of food. Gravy with spaghetti Bolognese was odd to me. Definitely will not be going here again. Staff were lovely though! So if odd fusion fast food is your thing, this is the place for you!

Very very disappointed. Ordered food for a party with bucket chicken and cokes, amount of 40 pounds, received in time. But inside my pack was a burger and French fries worth 10 pounds probably. Very dissapointed, received wrong items with correct labels I ordered. Tried calling back for an hour, to get it changed if it was a mistake , but they never responded back. Did they cheat me?anyhow not going to order again. Not recommending as well. My party was spoiled.

The chicken was old mixed with new ones, ordered 3 mango pies it’s not in the bag, I’m not going back there again it’s horrible and trying to cheat people with their orders, went there because it’s my son’s birthday and he wanted Jollibee for his birthday and this is what happened,should be ashamed the staff you have in that shop. They’re disgraceful and cheats. No need for it,I paid a lot of money for this I’m disgusted.Won’t recommend anyone or my friends to go there.

Writing up to review staff member Cristina. From the first second we sat down this staff member was non stop at her job. She went about her tasks of clearing up tables and mess from customers (even though bins are provided) very professionally and with pride. Not once did I see her stood around not nothing - when all the tables were clear, she was then hard working at checking napkins and straws etc are filled up. At one point a loud and abrupt customers (not sure of reason, as soon as she answered they left) asked her something, she stayed calmed and answered very professionally with no stalling. This young lady deserves some recognition from colleagues higher up.

Ordering through the self-service kiosks is a smooth experience, although their limited number may lead to waits during peak hours. The food was promptly prepared for pickup, and there's ample seating on both floors. The standout items were the spicy chicken sandwich with gravy fries, closely followed by the spaghetti. While the store wasn't overly crowded during my visit, cleanliness in the restaurant and restrooms is satisfactory.
