Jollibee Cardiff in Cardiff

Siempre disfrutamos de nuestras visitas a Jollibee y esta visita no fue una anomalía. Tuvimos algunos pollos tiernos y la comida era excelente. Estaba muy ocupado cuando vinimos, pero el servicio todavía era muy rápido y el servicio era muy amable!

EVERY time I order from Jollibee there is something missing. Their delivery service is absolutely shocking. I'm not blaming the people delivering the food, but whoever packs it needs to focus and do their jobs properly. How can you miss an item or two on EVERY order? Is it done on purpose or is it rank incompetence?

Mon The chicken is so juicy and crispy, and the service is so good!

We had the chicken pieces and a chicken burger , omg ! Absolutely stunning ! The chips are crispy and just divine .Better chicken than kfc . The peach pie is to die for ! I had garlic mayo with my chicken..stunning !. The pineapple juice is lovely as well. This will be our new favourite place to eat when in Cardiff now 😋

Rahat is one of my best staff(s)..very disciplined and good.

Customer service was terrible. There was no space for my children and I to sit, and the staff refused to open the upstairs seating area for us. My daughter needed the bathroom but didn't want to ask staff for fear of being denied access. The food was not that great and overall was a waste of time, effort and money.

Brilliant service and fast food

Finally tried jollibee but was disappointed. Fried chicken was dry and chewy. Also had the mango pie, which was nice but would have been nicer if hot as it was luke warm. The best thing was the fries. Overall substandard and over priced. Hands down KFC is the gold standard for fried chicken

I've tried Jollibeei n the Philippines, where they serve rice with your meal. I had the loaded fries and a chicken burger which was very good

First time trying Jollibee, just another junk food place, I knew what to expect and it was exactly what I expected. It's not good for us but unfortunately, sometimes we crave for stuff like this.

This is such a deseptive place. What you see on the picturea is not what you get. The servings are so small and the loaded fries are a joke. And the rice box has litrelly no salad. Never coming back here again, portion size for price was a rip off.

Love Jollibee y siendo una marca filipina era triste que ahora no hubiera filipinos sirviendo en la sucursal de Cardiff. Todos eran ahora indios, es una pena que la marca filipina se haya hecho cargo ahora. Dos de nuestra fiesta tenían mal estómago después de comer, así que los estándares de calidad filipinos habituales se han ido. No iré de nuevo

Second floor is close already at 7pm. The service is good Rahat was very polite, excellent customer service. The gravy is runny and the spaghetti is a bit blunt. Otherwise everything is good.

I visited here with my frnd's, tried double cheeseburger, fries and mango pie. Food was very delicious hot and tenders. Rahat help us to select the menu and suggest their delicious food. See you soon.

Food was really good, loads of flavour, the spicy is actually spicy. Sauces are great. Weird that we got asked in the middle of our meal to leave a review.

no spaghetti no ginger sauce 😕 over £5 of food missing.

Bike rider was in his 60’s just plodding along on an electric bike with zero sense of urgency. Took the wrong route twice resulting in late delivery and cold food. Food that I can’t re-heat. £22 down the drain.

The food was class, the service was impeccable, and it was incredibly moving to be eating at a quality clean establishment as this Jollibee. Mon, you are a legend.

Terrible service. We ordered delivery and even waited for an extra hour from the intended delivery time then hold and behold it arrived with only 1 bag out of 3 bags. Worst experience, had my family starving from this service. I don’t know where the other 2 bags of food has gone as I asked the delivery driver and said he clearly confirmed with them and that was all they gave. Bear in mind this isn’t the first time Jollibee Cardiff has done this as they always serve you with an incomplete order.

Pedimos la entrega e incluso esperamos durante una hora extra a partir de la hora de entrega prevista, entonces espere y contemple que llegó con solo 1 bolsa de 3 bolsas. La peor experiencia, tenía a mi familia hambrienta de este servicio. No sé adónde han ido las otras 2 bolsas de comida para llevar ya que le pregunté al repartidor dijo que claramente confirmó con ellos y eso fue todo lo que dieron. No es la primera vez que Jollibee Cardiff hace esto.
