Food was impeccable. incredible crunchy and perfect taste of such a juicy chicken. The sriracha loaded fries were a flavour explosion in my mouth, almost blew my brains out x recommend for children under 5 the spice will shut them up xxx

Second floor is close already at 7pm. The service is good Rahat was very polite, excellent customer service. The gravy is runny and the spaghetti is a bit blunt. Otherwise everything is good.

Best chicken better than KFC on my opinion. There's rice as an option rather than just chips for sides which is quite unique

Food was really good, loads of flavour, the spicy is actually spicy. Sauces are great. Weird that we got asked in the middle of our meal to leave a review.

no spaghetti no ginger sauce 😕 over £5 of food missing.

Bike rider was in his 60’s just plodding along on an electric bike with zero sense of urgency. Took the wrong route twice resulting in late delivery and cold food. Food that I can’t re-heat. £22 down the drain.

Terrible service. We ordered delivery and even waited for an extra hour from the intended delivery time then hold and behold it arrived with only 1 bag out of 3 bags. Worst experience, had my family starving from this service. I don’t know where the other 2 bags of food has gone as I asked the delivery driver and said he clearly confirmed with them and that was all they gave. Bear in mind this isn’t the first time Jollibee Cardiff has done this as they always serve you with an incomplete order.

Pedimos la entrega e incluso esperamos durante una hora extra a partir de la hora de entrega prevista, entonces espere y contemple que llegó con solo 1 bolsa de 3 bolsas. La peor experiencia, tenía a mi familia hambrienta de este servicio. No sé adónde han ido las otras 2 bolsas de comida para llevar ya que le pregunté al repartidor dijo que claramente confirmó con ellos y eso fue todo lo que dieron. No es la primera vez que Jollibee Cardiff hace esto.

This beats all the fried chicken. Places I have tried so far. The loaded fries are superb and value for money. My go to place for fast food when I'm in Cardiff.

Claims to sell pies. It’s sells 1. And it’s alike a McDonald’s apple pie. Only with hot mango in.

Nothing and I mean NOTHING is worth waiting 30 minutes for. Especially not mediocre US trash ood. I had hoped it could redeem the wait with the hyped "gravy" ... which was curry sauce but that was trash too. This was the the most expensive average chicken I've ever had. I don't know why anyone would come twice. I wouldn't.

Tbh I wasn't that impressed, another chicken shop, where you order it yourself, collect and eat it... No real service to talk and food was just OK not alot else to say about it

I was very disappointed with the service at Jollibee cardiff, and we had to wait a long time for our food about 20 minutes. This really spoiled our evening. I hope they can address this issue. Also when compared to other restaurants the quantity of their food is very low, Not worth the money!

One of my chickens were not cooked and it was hard.the burger itself was all full of sauce and the bread was smaller than the huge chicken.

great quality food and very kind staff, i recommend checking to see when it's less busy and going then as when it gets busy it may take a while to receive your food or may be a bit too overwhelming for some people! i tend to get the sriracha loaded fries and definitely recommend them, theyve always been really good when I've ordered.

I ate here 3 times during last week. I have to say that there's a big difference if you get your chicken hot, freshly made, or if it's been sitting there for a while. Hot, it's probably the best chicken i've had in 20 years. Not-freshly-made, it's .. okay chicken. It's a bit more expensive than other chicken shops, but the chicken is not greasy and actually tastes nice, which is worth the maybe-£2 difference. The beef burgers are waaay too small for £5.50. And the bucket seems to be priced more expensive than the 3-piece meals, per-piece, but i'm still very happy about this place. KFC doesn't even come close. Spicy chicken >> normal chicken. Also, the rice is actually really good, and probably a better choice than chips as a side.
