Chicken tasted stale. Food was not fresh at all. Barely any flavour in the food tasted bland didn't get what I paid for

They forgot my prawn crackers :(

Delivery driver was so so rude, knocking on my neighbours door although my contact number was given when I placed the order and the door number is in clear view at the front of the house. Shouting outside and just being genuinely rude which I’ve never had before lol. The food ???? Horrible, wouldn’t feed it to my dog :) review could have been nicer if the service had been nicer.

Horrible experience!food arrived very late, very poor quality and tasteless.curry sauce was watering and super greasy, fried rice no fried and without taste,I requested for money back and Still waiting a response :( never ever order again 👎🏼

Ordered from here as our usual was closed and disappointed is an understatement, missing item from order , chips tasted like they was from 3 days ago bbq sauce tasted like runny tomato ketchup . Veg chow mien was tasteless with poor quality vegetables, the mushroom Surprise was sloppy poor quality meat. Never again!

Food was put for delivery for 30 mins, call the shop and they tried to convince me that the food would be fine!, shock horror it was stone cold! Called them back and they couldn’t of cared any less!! Definitely a call to eho as they must not have a clue about food hygiene

the salt and pepper wings and chips was too salty in my opinion. the samosas had a little fillings and it tastes like nothing except from the shell. the sesame prawn toast was ok but it could do better. lastly the curry sauce didnt have any spice into it even though its a curry.

Very early delivery, food was satisfactory

Wrong item delivered mutton ribs full of fat and kid could not eat as the food was over powered with pepper I called spoke with the manager who advised they can not take it back due to covid so we had to throw away the mutton ribs

Absolutely the worst chinese food I have ever experienced!! Crispy Duck looked like chunks of some other creature. Salt and pepper chips were just sprinkled with paprika. Chowmein was full of oil. Horrible.

Plum duck very nice but rice was a bit cold and heavy on the salt some individuals have high blood pressure

So fresh, beautiful! Ordered the crispy chilli beef, chicken curry and chicken balls - really tasty. Very impressed and a cheerful delivery driver.

If you are the oriental food lovers, don't go anywhere, quality of food is here, well packed and burning hot food will be delivered at your doorstep. I ordered twice and not regret. Spice and quality was awesome. Super fast delivery. Highly recommended and trust me you will not regret

Food was delivery within the time they gave us but that was a longer wait than I would’ve anticipated. Food tasted very stale and average. Too much MSG, additives and salt. Would never order again

Next time when you will ignore my request to not to add onions I will request for a refund. It is not a first time when this happens in last months and that is not acceptable. If you can't cook without onions just reject the order.

Food is nice but would of been better if you gave a portion of prawn crackers considering we spent £35

Drink didn't come even when restaurant was called

We called before placing the order to query if the mock chicken chow mein contained any vegetables in it. We were told it did. The only trace of any vegetable was a few bean sprouts. It arrived barely warm. The so called large chips and curry sauce were actually soggy fries and definitely not a large portion and cold. The spring rolls were also cold and soggy. The delivery was also late. Won't be ordering again.

Didn't taste like Chinese, the indonesian satay chicken was in a what tasted like beef gravy with broccoli, mushrooms, the nasi goreng was not nasi goreng at all, chips were fries, curry sauce was chippy curry sauce with no flavour. I've ordered the same things from here before and they looked and tasted completely different, has the chef changed?

I ordered 1st time and enjoyed it throughout. All the food items were great except chicken soup. Overall no regrets. Thank you guys

This is the worst chinese I have ever been too, the curry was cold and chicken balls was not cooked properly. Also what chinese gives you fries? Avoid Avoid Avoid. Terrible! Had to report it to environmental health.

The first time I ordered, the food was really good. However the second time they made the surprise mushroom too watery and too much onions. Couldn’t taste anything else other than onions. Was really disappointed. Giving them 4 starts because the food from the first time was way too good, hope they don’t send messed up food again.

We ordered Chinese after 2 years as my son really wanted to have his Duck Chow Mein. But have to say it was sub-standard and very bland. Also we went for squid in the starters and we got like 6 ‘onion ring’ style pieces (hardly worth the £5 paid!) - so sorry to say we are very disappointed and gone off ordering Chinese.

Ordered a couple of starters prawn balls and crispy squid which should have been in a nice crispy batter but instead more like a soggy dough and the lamb ribs were just basically pure fat on a whole not a nice meal wouldn't order again

Horrible service called twice and did not receive my food. The man on the phone was not really bothered to sort it out and did not refund me.

Delivery driver didn't check receipt before knocking and insisted I needed to pay when it clearly said paid. Hard rice, soggy dim sum, chewy ribs, tasteless chow mein with hard duck. Duck in black been sauce tasted lovely but the meat was tough, same thing with the ribs. Flavours good execution very poor. Wouldn't order again.

DO NOT ORDER - mock chicken was completely rancid and off had to throw in the outside bin as soon as I opened it. Curry was watery and bland. Chow mein was dry (no soy sauce) with over cooked rubbery noodles. Fried rice was burnt. The worst Chinese I’ve ever eaten

I usually order from Yuyi dragon and I usually don't have any problems with them. Unfortunately this one time I ordered from them I found what seemed to be a nail clipping in my food. I asked for a refund of the money as I didn't find it professional/hygienic to have a nail clipping in my food. I am still waiting for that refund unfortunately and the restaurant didn't really seem like they were apologetic about it either. Very disappointed.

Sauce leaked all over the bag and dumplings came with an empty sauce pot.

Food was not what I expected for a Chiennse’s it didn’t taste fresh neither was it hot 🥵 cheap quality food spring rolls looked like they come out of a freezer bag of them they did not taste fresh at all . Duck was rock hard . Totally ruined my night for one I had throw away due to Being pregnant and food being massive concern . Will never order off here again

I love food from here normally but today was a let down the Thai stir fry wasn’t even spicy and saucy as normal the curry sauce was runny and the sweet sour sauce smelt and tasted so off and divulging disappointed

I ordered the mei goreng which says it had chicken and prawns,but mine came with beef and it tasted completely different to what I ordered last time so I'm assuming it wasn't just the mistake of meats it was a complete different dish. Didn't like the beef tasted off. Would buy from here again if they actually get the order right

Food came super undercooked, rice was dry, noodles had a horrible aftertaste and the curry sauce wasn't even flavoured and would really like a refund after that. Never had food that bad from a chinese ever and I've also never left a review, to top it off, my girlfriend also threw up after for a few hours the food was that bad. Never ordering again.

The egg fried rice was cold The vegetable noodles were undercooked. The beef in black bean sauce was so watery, the beef was hard and chewy and one portion had about 5pieces of beef. The chilli chips were nice and that was the only thing we could eat.

Not one of our main meals was satisfactory. Everything tasted nothing like it’s meant to. The aromatic duck pancakes were terrible !! The duck was unlike any duck I have had before. The chow meins that were ordered actually had oil pouring out of them. Disgusting meal sorry to say it and wouldn’t usually be so harsh but can’t believe I paid £40 for this order and also didn’t receive any free crackers!! Terrible.

Awful- tasteless! I have been ordering from this place for last 10 years- loyal customer. This is the second time I’ve ordered where the curry had absolutely no flavour! The chow Mein was the same- does the chef not taste any of the food!? No seasoning or any flavour of any kind!! I ordered mushroom curry which had 2 chicken peices in it! No free spring rolls or prawn crackers. Thank goodness I ordered chips cos that’s what we ended up eating! Will not be ordering from here again. Waste of money! Uber driver was great though.

Food was not good quality. Haven't ordered from this restaurant in a while and things have definitely changed. Everything was really salty and there were only 5 little pieces of chicken in the chicken curry! I won't be ordering from here again.

Watery curry sauce not nice at all Carrots in the Singapore fried rice and partner has an allergy to them. Who puts carrots in that anyway.! Also salt and pepper chips were frozen chips with LOTS of salt and no onion or peppers. Will not be using again

First time ordering from them. Food was late after waiting 20 mins after food was meant to be delivered tried to ring to it was constantly busy. Food came 30 minutes late and tasted horrible, undercooked. So upset and still hungry.

Ordered the stir fry vegetables they were really soggy drenched in a mix of water and soy I think. I had to tip the liquid out but even then could not manage to eat the vegetables. The chicken wings and prawn dishes were just covered in too much sauce it was sickly. The spring rolls and momos were good. Overall the food was ok, but not sure I would these same dishes again.

My mushroom surprise did not have beef and king prawns as advertised, only chicken. Egg fried rice was also missing from the 1 person crane, although this was corrected and delivered afterwards however was still inconvenient as I had to wait longer... squid seemed a bit undercooked too, the rest was tasty however

Service and order time great Rice was very very oily ended up throwing in the bun The duck and plum container was half full And for £25 order and over we was expecting at least a free portion of prawn crackers or dry. Chicken wings

Good food and great meal sizes

Unfortunately the container with the sweet and sour sauce had been tipped up in transit and the lid loosened so all the sauce was in the bag and over the other containers, luckily as usual the food was great if a little messy to dish out.

First time experience. Awesome taste, nice staff, nice delivery driver, affordable large portions. Fantastic experience!

the quality of food here is beyond belief first time ordering and definatley the last the Cantonese style sweet and sour chicken wasnt edible it was very salty and tasted off the salt and pepper chips tasted like they had been cooked previously and warmed up.
