"Yuwies Good Food"; more like Yuwies Wrong Food. They sent a partially incorrect order and when we very politely asked them to help us resolve it they just rudely declined to do anything. Initially the guy denied it happened, then he acknowledged it but was like oh well. If you want a reliable takeaway, avoid these guys. Happy Summer.

Sadly awful. We ordered a burger without cheese due to allergies. They sent a burger with cheese. We called to politely ask for either a refund or a new burger sent as originally ordered. The guy refused.

Bought the Jerk chicken coco bread and whilst it was quite tasty there was very minimal chicken in it, I left half the bread to take home and put some more chicken in, for the price I paid at £8.50 I was expecting it to be loaded with chicken filling.

This place doesn't pretend to be something it's not! It is a nice, simple, clean place with good food that tastes "really yummy" (so my sons keep telling me) at a reasonable price. I've become a bit of a regular here now, almost every Friday lunchtime. This is the spot for me and my sons. They do everything from all-day breakfast to burgers, jackets, jerk chicken, and pulled meats!

Cold bread Cold beans Told the guy to warm them up and he said they just come the toaster out not sure how. Tea was not nice.

I love this place. Forget genocide supporting McDonald’s. Yuwies do the best Egg cheese muffins and bagels and other breakfast options. Their orange juice is freshly squeezed and quality of food is top notch. All halal. Friendly staff and nicely presented. I just wish they could deliver to me but I live too far away.

Food is beautiful but unfortunately the have poor communication skills and and appauling customer service food orders always come incorrect. And when trying to resolve the issue staff was very disrespect and and very verbal abusive and for this reason I wouldn't recommend you order with them .

Yuwies has good tasty food. Nice staff and good atmosphère. Jamaican jerk chicken cocobread is the one to go for. Never tasted anything like it. 10 out of 10

I must give gratitude to them for they no tht I'm far and still deliver to me. plus meet the boss he nice and polite too. food is always still warm I have frm them most days . value for money and fresh. I went to the restaurant during the morning, it was open well before many others and serving items such as chips/ meals at that time - for that reason I was willing to pay what i felt was a rather high price for the food, each meal was roughly £8-9. The food itself was actually rather nice, it was clearly not filled with preservatives, it was wholesome and made from basic ingredients, which honestly, was a welcome change, it did not have has much flavour as a cheap burger, but it was not a cheap burger, it tasted healthy, it tasted like what the body should expect when the mind thinks of chicken. The atmosphere of the restaurant was excellent, the customer service was top notch and I liked how humble the staff were. Is it the kind of place I would go to often? No, but I do not often spend this much on food although I made an exception for this, it was nice as an experience.

they make grt food, nice and hot still on delivery, polite drivers tht deliver too. I eat here most days. value fr money too. I wi continue to order fr ur standards are grt and quality food. think u.

Thank you very much for an awesome halal breakfast! The muffin in my opinion was better than a McDonald's muffin it was just awesome. Keep going and serving good food and I hope your business goes well brother. Next time I come to Birmingham I will definitely be coming again! 10/10

This shop is a joke missing my drinks and today things are so expensive when you paying 1 pound something for the can you expect the drink . Then when I phoned the shop and told him he’s saying to me what you expect me to do . Don’t run a shop if you don’t know how

Delicious food just the driver put my food in the wrong place and didn’t contact me. Also put it on the floor

Every single time I order from them there is an issue. When ordering online, the delivery is missing my drink (I am not even joking it always happens). When ordering on site, the service is extremely long and quite bad. They need to be reminded of items we ordered. As a muslim owned business, they need to learn fiqh of running a business and not only thinking about taking money from people.

I am from India and wanted to have halal English breakfast for a long time . And this wonderful restaurant served the purpose very well. The people at the restaurant are really friendly, kind and understanding. May Allah bless them .

Nice and clean, tasty English brek.

Owner is polite and good mannered. Allahumma barik lahu. We ordered the pulled lamb in coco bread and the same with jerk chicken. The bread was light and puffy but a tad too sweet for our liking. The sweetness was further enhanced by the steamed onions (a bit too much) in the filling. The sweetness isn’t a fault per se - everyone has their own preference. It just wasn’t for us. A bit more meat however would’ve been appreciated as was a bit sparse around the edges. So although it was nice, it could’ve been amazing if the bread wasn’t sweet and there was more meat in the filling (hence the four stars). We’ll definitely be going back though in sha Allah. We’re not done with this place yet. There’s the hoagie to try. So if like us you aren’t a fan of sweet bread, go for the hoagie. Oh and the fries were scrumptious. I have already recommend this place to family and friends. Masha Allah tabarak Allah.

This place is excellent but there is one negative. Firstly, the food is tasty and value for money. There is another big American chain that sells similar breakfast items - Yuwies is a millions times bettee than them. You will not regret getting your food from Yuwies. My only gripe is they charge £2.35 for a Coke can via UberEats. There is no way you can justify charging that for a 330ml can. Everything else about the place is on point.

This is the first time i have been to Yuwies, and definitely won't be my last. The food on point 😋

I would give 5* for food, but the prices are weird. £2.50 for an Egg/Cheese muffin, add 1 xtra filling -it’s £3.50, BUT!! It’s £1.50 more for a 2nd filling it’s £5.00. 20 p for a tiny tub of Ketchup, Cafe should always have bottles ready on the table.

The food wasn't amazing, and there were some issues with the order; they missed an item from our order and also we ordered hot chocolate, of which half had leaked out before it arrived.

The food is excellent & if you like American food, they have it and it’s super delicious. My kids and I went to breakfast, we all really enjoyed it with the chilled atmosphere and good customer service

Nice small place, friendly staff. Food is nice especially their coffee! Price is reasonable. I recommend. Could do with a revamp of the decor and seating tho.

I have been coming to this yuwies since they opened but the other day i come this other guy who suposed to be the owners brother was very rude on the phone when i phoned in he didnt wanna listen to my complaint and was just over talking over me and he cut me off he was quick to take my money but didnt wanna listen to my complain i for one wont be going back to this place and i used to spend minimum £7-8 pound every other week his boss or brother need to kick his brother out as he is the one not treating customers with respect and losing good loyal customers.

My Local Restaurant whenever I’m in the area. The Breakfast menu here is Quality and they serve it here all day!!! Which is amazing for night workers (like myself) or people who have constant rotating shifts. The Burgers are very tasty and top value for money. Also the Staff are very professional and Polite & the environment is just very very friendly, always has been 1 of my go 2s. Would highly recommend trying it out…. You won’t be disappointed!!!

Absolutely amazing menu with so much variety to top it off with an all day breakfast choice, piece your own breakfast together, everything on the menu is halal, definitely return with family and friends as the atmosphere was lovely and warm.

One of my Favourite places to eat breakfast, brunch and lunch. The food was so yummy and the coffee was also great. Wonderful service, the staff are polite and consistent. This time round I had the Jerk Chicken Sandwich wish was so yummy 😋... will be back again soon.

Great burger menu with 100% beef & Chicken Patties, the lamb coco bread was a game changer, freshly pulled lamb shoulder with an amazing stewed onion recipe, definitely coming back here to try the American Breakfast meal, so much variety.

Shredded Lamb and Coco bread is Beautiful

This is a lovely spot, the food was absolutely fantastic, fabulous flavours. I ordered the Jerk Chicken in Cocobread and it was a very generous portion.

Asked for a jerk chicken panini and did not regret it, it was banging! I’ll definitely be back to try out the other options. This is the new spot for me to go with my family and friends 100%! The breakfast all day option is the best thing for me. I recommend everyone coming here and giving it a try.

Service was brilliant. The brother offered some of the menu stuff and the jerk chicken and pulled beef was delicious. Definitely a spot I’ll be coming down to on a regular when I’m around in Birmingham

Very nice food at decent prices. Selection of breakfasts, burgers, and hot drinks is varied and good quality. Could easily give 5 stars but waiting times can be quite significant. Pulled lamb hoagie is a must.

Had a egg cheese sausage muffin very nice. As I came to order quite a big order was put in so I was a bit worried but they were able to accommodate me and prepare my food in a timely manner. Customer service polite and friendly. Was a bit skeptical about the hoggie (may be slowly wrong) because I heard so many good things about it but when my wife ordered it I was able to try some and it lived up to the hype very nice.

I love the food from here. I’d definitely come back. After reading the other reviews I want to try the breakfast! During my visit we got lunch, chicken and fries with a drink and it was delicious. I will definitely come back to have the same and try something new.

The food was spilt on the egg muffin the beans an potato was cold and the cheese ws not melted prply didnt even taste like a jacket potatoe. The salad was old you could tell from the colour

Shocking , I ordered a toastie and it came as a soft bread sandwich there’s nothing toasted about it , the bread is falling apart and it’s soggy , disgusting and their descriptions are not accurate , go and research what a pattie is you gave me a plain beef burger on its own for 2.50 absolute jokers never again

I purchased two beef patties excluding the burger bun due to allergies along with salad. (Not encouraging allergy sufferers to eat there however). The grilled patties were very nice cuts of meat. Fresh tasty & very good quality. Can definitely tell eating them solely...Salad was fresh & crisp too. Thanks Yuwies👍🏾
