Yummy's Kebabland in Dudley

Just popped in here to order a takeaway chicken kebab. The guy serving looked like he needed to wash his hair. Half the menu wasn't available. The food took forever to arrive- in fact so long i almost asked for my money back. When I got home and opened it there was no salad in it- just meat. I rang up to complain and he said "sorry, I forgot". I was the only customer in there (for good reason obviously), so its not like he was busy. £5.20 for a few bits of rubbery chicken in a cold pitta bread. The worse takeaway I've ever had. I'll never go here again,. Avoid!!

Stopped here on Friday night for two doner and two chicken kebabs and honestly they were the worst we've ever had hardly any meat on either and what was on there seemed to have been cooked days ago, the salad was off and the pita bread was doughy, there are so many nice kebab shops around the area so please steer clear of this one all of ours went straight in the bin

Absolutamente repugnante. La comida estaba fría, dura y pollo estaba recocida. La pizza era muy poco hecha. La entrega era una hora y media. Llame para quejarme y me dijeron que su comida era estupenda y no les importó. Inútil.

Food was dank don't get me wrong but I paid to have onions extra and they didn't put any on. Called up and as it was late no one answered

Delivery was on time and driver pleasant. Food was awful. Naan bread was burnt and rock hard. Chicken was dry. Large chips were cold, tasted like cardboard and the portion size was tiny. Rang restaurant and complained but were told tough. Ended up complaining to just eat who refunded us. We should of read the reviews before ordering. Avoid at all cost.

Ordered chicken donna kebab. Hardly had any donna meat. Had to much tikka or chicken. Mouth on fire as shudnt have spicy food. Chips were like cardboard. Rest of meal was ok.

Some of kebab was nice but lots of weird burnt bits. Chips so soggy they were not even edible. 4/10. Disappointing, wouldn't order again.

Ordering process was easy and quick but the food arrived 20 minutes after stayed delivery time (over an hour in total) and wasn't very warm. Food was edible but certainly not worth the wait!

My order was correct down to the fact I like salad but no tomatoes which most places get wrong, it came in like 30 mins and was hot and tasted delicious definitely a takeaway place to keep ordering from :)

I love the food here and am not usually let down however tonight I left a specific message with my order and it was ignored. In addition I asked for a mixed kebab and instead just received chicken. Disappointed on this occasion!

Yummys used to be the best but ever since the new managers took over its gone way down hill, the kebab was undercooked and tasted off, i then spent the next 2 days after eating only a small amount of the food throwing up because of food poisioning. Will NEVER be ordering from yummys again

I didn't ask for chilli on my shish kofte kebab I asked for garlic sauce. Chilli was put on my kofte and then garlic sauce to try cover up the taste. My meal was ruined as I have crohns I avoid chilli and if I had known my 1st bite would burn my mouth out and my insides I would not of ordered.

Sent to wrong address. Wen I phoned back they blamed me. Wouldn't recook food. So had to have it cold. Then they phoned back cancelled order and kept my money

Not good if you want hot food, maybe order salads so your not disappointed when it arrives cold. Food was ok but not great.

The Chicken was inedible due to how unbelievably salty it was, although the pizza and chips were quite nice I was highly disappointed in how utterly horrible the chicken was, my cat wouldn't even eat it.

Would not recommend as gave wrong drink and 1 item was missed off the order. Tried to contact to resolve but goes straight to voicemail. Wouldn't recommend. Have taken up a case with Just Eat due to bad customer service

Called the take away 20 mins after my food was supposed to arrive and they hadn't even finished cooking it. This was over an hour after I placed the order. I'd had no warning, and the staff were not apologetic at all and just said they were busy. I cancelled the order as it was very late already and had to go without. This was the first time I had ordered from them and certainly will not be again!

Never turned up after an hour and fifteen minutes. Wouldn't answer phone. Disapointment at its best.

Food poor compared to usual. Naans with kebabs were dry crumbly and burnt.

Ordered two chicken donner kebabs in naan bread which were both disgusting and inedible. The meat was dry and didn't taste like chicken. After two bites they were thrown in the bin. Spent £12 to only be able to eat a small tray of cheesy chips, which weren't anything special. Never again.

Delivery driver was ignorant and rude, special chicken kebab was cold and greasy.

Yummy's service and kebab's and there chicken are fantastic, I have used Yummy's Kebabland and there delivery service for sometime it's first class. 5 Star rating

Fries were o.k. Pizza though, had the bbq chicken with lamb stuffed crust...all I can say is wow. Absolutely lovely. Best pizza I've had in months. Covered nice and evenly with topping, and the base had a nice taste. BBQ sauce was plentiful, and good quality. Overall, 5/6 as the fries weren't the best around.

Great food although the menu States 'free chicken wings' with orders over £15 which I spent and requested however they never came. I know they are free but I feel duped!

We waited an hour and 35 mins for the meal when telling us it would only be 50 mins. The burgers we're decent but not worth the hour and 35 minute wait at all, also the chips were cold,hard and tasted like rubber. Very poor service and food, we will not be using this takeaway again.

Seriously the best kebab I have ever had real chunks of charcoal cooked meat that was tender, cooked to perfection and wasn't greasy at all the salad that came with it was crisp and blatantly fresh. The delivery took a while but was well worth the wait I will never order a kebab from anywhere else again, yummys kebabland is just that good.

We made a mistake in our order, and when we realized and apologized we were greeted with disgusting customer service and hiked prices. Mediocre food, an underwhelming reputation and unprofessional management as well as often late. Absolutely do not recommend.

We ordered on New Years so we expected a long wait of about an hour or so. 3 HOURS after ordering the food finally turned up without an apology or anything free to make up for it. If I hadn't paid on card I'd have rang after 2 hours and said forget it. As I say, I can understand a delay because of it being New Years, but the way it was handled wasn't very sympathetic or polite at all. Food however was good as always (so it should be after 3 hours)

Never going to use again, used the same chain in burhnam on sea and it was fantastic so thought I would use again one home.. BIG mistake food took 1 1/2 hrs to come I called shop who said driver had left 20 mins ago bit half hr and still no driver called again and was told the ane thing.. Asked to speak with owner and phone out down me!!! Food arrived cold asked for plain chicken kebab and got spicy tika !! Asked for large kebab for husband and got small , asked for small kebab for myself and got large and chips must have been left out for ages as cold and soggy .... Never again rude service not the best quality food and delivery time well disgraceful ... Not a recommended take away at all needs removing from this site !!!!

Ok not bad ... It is what it is .. burger an chips from a kebab shop .. nothing special. .

Pizza had mould on base, however yummys were great about it and delivered us a free pizza.
