Ordered 1030... increased its estimated delivery to over an hour then added another 20 minutes. Didn't answer the phone. After 2 hours, I asked for money off via justeat app. They phoned me and said 20 minutes... they said I could cancel then offered 3 pound off. They asked me to give them a good review over the phone and said they would then give me the 3 pounds off. After another 35 minutes I called back. He said two more drops! Finally arrived well after 0130. Cold.

Excellent! Eco friendly with carton boxes and wooden fork and knife. Very clean and nicely wrapped and the food was delicious! Would highly recommend!

Don't waste your money! Booking.com clearly don't check the hotels they advertise! Had recently changed owners. Absolute rubbish. Cold, dirty, no WiFi, no tea or coffee facilities, no restaurant facilties. Basically what was advertised, was missing. Nothing like it was advertised at all on booking.com. Wouldn't recommend this place. Unfortunately made me feel unclean. Would need a lot doing to it to improve it. Shouldn't be advertised as a 3 star, 1star at best currently.

Food absolutely terrible, ordered a large order for the family, the food made us all so ill just after eating it. We won't be going again..!!

Would rate no stars if that was an option. Food was cold bun was like it was from the fridge. Terrible McDonald's. Previous visits have resulted in incorrect orders incomplete orders. Lack of receipts being provided makes it difficult to complain and use of the drivethrough means you don't discover the error until you are at home. Update 26.9.24 Service still terrible Cold rubbery chips Ice in all drinks when ordered online and specified no ice 20+ mins from the order point to food coming Update 18.01.25 Food was slightly better Service sooo slow. What's the point of ordering ahead on the app and checking in when you arrive for it to still take nearly 30 mins for 'fast' food. Also can't follow typed instructions ice in drinks when no ice selected in app. No sauces. Parked opposite door and dosey staff still walk your order around the carpark
