Outn of all the mcdonalds I've visited, this one has the best staff, polite, even to the point that one bought my lads food as card reader was down and had no cash, not many people or places would do that.

50 High St, Brierley Hill, DY5 3AW, United KingdomOrdered 1030... increased its estimated delivery to over an hour then added another 20 minutes. Didn't answer the phone. After 2 hours, I asked for money off via justeat app. They phoned me and said 20 minutes... they said I could cancel then offered 3 pound off. They asked me to give them a good review over the phone and said they would then give me the 3 pounds off. After another 35 minutes I called back. He said two more drops! Finally arrived well after 0130. Cold.
