We have used yum yum for a couple of years and never had any issues until tonight, we waited 2 hours 15 mins for delivery, apparently the driver took 40mins to do a 9min drive, Sweet and sour sauce was as thin as water, not sure what happened to the sweet either, chicken balls we're soggy, all the food was only just warm, salt and chilli chips had no salt nor chilli, Not impressed at all and far from the standard I have previously experienced with these.

I don’t understand all the bad reviews cos every time I’ve had food from here it’s been good. It’s always hot and crispy and you can see them cooking it all infront of you, everything’s done fresh. The salt n pepper chips are the best I’ve had aswell, everywhere else is soggy and uncooked but they’re perfect here

The first time I ordered food from here it was really delicious but god knows what happened after that. I tried ordering several times to get the same quality and taste but it was just so bland. No salt, no sauces and on complaining the owner/manager doesn’t listen to what the other person has to say. So rude. I was in love with the noodles they made but ended up ordering 6-7 time to try and get the same taste and it was just not worth the money. Noodles came in soo dry and flavourless. Each time I called specifically about the details and mentioned what I needed but nothing. They made it however they wanted and sent it.

Bland disgusting food. I wish i can give zero . They have drop down their quality of food . Last time it took one hour for delivery and now they are giving Bland food and not taking feedback’s positively. I called restaurant and owner was arguing, instead of listening she was being rude

I should of read the reviews before ordering from here food came with in 20 minutes of me ordering got food out ribs looked burnt, rice looked and smelt horrible and eat a few pieces and it's tasted nasty and the sweet and sour sauce and bbq omg the a horrible £30 just gone down the drain ordering this giving this yummy yum 1 star review

I ordered from this takeaway yesterday and the food was absolutely amazing, the kitchen is open so I was able to see all of the food being made and the hygiene inside looks to a high standard. The staff provided a good service and were very welcoming and helpful. I definitely would recommend this food it was honestly delicious.

DO NOT order from here , takes hours for the food to arrive , i ordered a meal earlier and it arrived over 2 hours later , it was cold , and disgusting , it had some sort of human hair in it , absolutely vile , these need reporting

Get a new chef, bland disgusting food, waited near enough 2 hours for delivery! Last ordered in 2021, to say it’s gone downhill is an understatement. Will not be wasting my money there again. Now looking at other reviews clearly don’t care to try and make their business better.

Normally the sweet and sour chicken is actually sweet and sour chicken. I don’t know if it’s a new chef or what but this is literally just sour the camera does the colour justice it’s just a pale orange in person. Spent £6.80 on it just for it to be wasted. Very disappointed as I’ve ordered many times before and it’s been fine. Never ordering this again.

Yummy yum is the best Chinese I've ever had. We have tried others but I haven't found one that tastes as good definitely 10 out of 10.

40 minutes late cold, chicken balls tough and Singapore chow main was bland all in all very poor over £40 my order and offered me a meesley 20% off next order well that won’t be happening.

If I could give zero stars I would for the take away meal I collected this evening. A beef satay it definitely was not! Full of raw onions, uncooked green peppers, pineapple, runny sauce, chewy beef and no chilli! I knew it was incorrect, as I had ordered the same dish a month ago and it was lovely. Perhaps it was the chef's night off!! Always check your food before leaving the premises, to make sure you been given the correct meal.

The food was to dry to eat will not eat there again I will go to red hat

Drove all the way there to find it’s not open Sunday despite them listing it as open on a Sunday, hours need editing.

First time I’ve used the Chinese never again chicken uncovered in fridge pancake roll ingredients on the side with prawns inI picked it up home in 2 minutes it was cold and tasteless staff not even welcoming awful place

Utterly disgusting it's not even sweet & sour sauce it's sugar, vinegar and tomatoe ketchup mixed it's like water the king prawns are tiny shrimps the chips are half frozen they microwaved someones fish they chicken in the fridge dont have lids on don't ever eat from this takeaway if environmental health went here they would be shut down!!

Food was absolutely disgusting was my first time using this takeaway and it will certainly be the last I was pyshically sick in my mouth theses need reporting

Well where do I start. Yum yum, more like yuk yuk. The food was vile, I literally had 1 mouthful and was done. The chow main was like rubber, rice dry and the sweet n sour sauce.. what was that!!. Disgusting (and brown?). £50 waisted on food my dog wouldn't even eat, imagine that... so bad, never again

best Chinese takeaway I've had, fresh quality food, love their food

Had family round that needed to leave at a certain time, picked this place as the delivery time said 1hr, spent £70 with them. The food was delivered nearly 2hrs later, in that time I rang up asking where the food was to be lied to telling me that the delivery driver lefts 10 minutes ago. 25 minutes pass by before the sub par food turned up. Throughout all this no compensation was offered. I asked to speak to a manager but was told they are too busy, I asked for a call back but nobody has rang. A poorly ran business, if you order, make sure you pick it up yourself.

Our order came wrong we paid for delivery and they would not rectify the full order only part of it We then had to take the food back ourselves as they put the phone down on us Avoid at all cost the customer service is disgusting

So disappointed, crispy beef was inedible, prawn crackers tasted like plastic and chow mein seemed like it was days old. Korean chicken good Prawn curry ok but only 6 prawns First and last time we eat here

Ordered mushroom chow mein, the lady got the order wrong, so I ended up with mushroom rice for free and mushroom chow mein... Beautiful food ~ I'd definately recommend

Very nice takeaway, friendly staff, and clean open kitchen. The roast pork with brocolli and chicken sweetcorn soup are the stars of the show.

Just had a meal from here as its always so nice but must have let the standards drop as we ended up with boiled rice instead of egg fried rice the curry was flavoured water sweet and sour sauce was disgusting chips were nice tho. After always using this takeaway I feel let down would never use them again

Fabulous meal, first time we have tried here and it didnt disappoint. Everthing was cooked to perfection, and was delived on a Sunday evening within 30 minutes. Will be back very soon :)

Omg...the food was late but amazinly worth it the best food ive ever tasted in chinnnise....hmmmmm.and the cheesecake...we had a munchie box..was lush ...gotta sayyy ..the best food ever and the chips...😜5 starrrr.

Great open kitchen, clean and really friendly staff. I have not used this Chinese before and I was very impressed with the quality, taste and flavours. Roast pork was fresh and tender. Recommended! Looking forward to my next visit.

Food was pink in middle of chicken balls rice was burnt curry sauce was like water will not use terrible food

The chicken was wet and strangely chewy the pork meat had very little flavour possibly the worst house chow mien I have ever tasted on the plus side the noodles was great but the whole dish was let down by portion size and price pity
