A favourite of ours especially when you fancey an all day Breakfast or the gorgeous Halloumi flat bread Highly recommend and deffo advise booking a table xx

Met with a friend for breakfast had expectations that it would be yummy. Did not measure up. Breakfast was average portion size poor flavour poor sausage undercooked did not enjoy and it was overpriced massively.

Went for lunch with a friend for her birthday. Really lovely meal and staff. Would highly recommend. Bought a tub of lemon and strawberry meringue ice cream to take away. Delicious. Thank you. Never dissappoints.

It was alright. The service was alright, the drinks were alright and the place was busy.

Lovely place to visit for ice cream. Went at the weekend and there was a small market on. Had a roast pork sandwich and a pint in the barn. It was lovely

Disappointed on this occasion (my bday) had fish and chips ..I'm sure all of it was taken from the freezer! Tasted ok but wasnt expecting frozen for the money. Husband had a bland cheeseburger. We will just stick to our usual breakfast in future.

We are local to Tummy Yorkshire and always look forward to going. We visited again on a wet Mothering Sunday unfortunately yet again we experienced terrible customer service. The young lady that served us had no personal skills, never smiled and just about muttered a "please". The Ice-cream is just ok, but as stated in previous reviews, as the prices have increased the portions have reduced so we wont be back for a long time when hopefully the customer service and value has improved.

Called for hot drinks, nice coffee and hot chocolate. Really attractive building and loads of parking.

Stopped in for a bite as we were taking a drive and we were seriously impressed! The loaded fries were awesome and the portions generous. The atmosphere was warm and the staff were very friendly. My little one was especially happy with the outside play area. We can't wait to come back when the indoor market is open and to try the yummy looking ice cream, too!

Great food. Fab scenery. Only feedback is service was quite slow. Took us a whilst yo get our butties, we'd finished our drinks by the time it came then was another 30mins for dessert and we had to remind them. Food was absolutely lovely just chaotic service but they were busy.

Sunday afternoon family visit - we all enjoyed some fresh waffles with ice cream! Highly recommend the rhubarb crumble ice cream.

Wonderful food, excellent service from friendly staff and a very good atmosphere. The attractive lights on the outside enticed us in and so glad they did!

Clean looking place, quite busy, called to the ice cream parlour, there was a small queue but with 3 serving it kept moving. I found staff knowledge lacking, I asked if all ice cream was vegetarian & was told, “I believe so”. One girl was all smiles but the other two looked less happy to be there. The shake was milky not thick but nice & £4 ish each, not very big cups. We will call again, maybe to try the food, not sure how I feel about the place yet.

Fabulous place, went for lunch yesterday, I had the fish which was fab, the husband had piri piri burger, it was massive and he said it was lovely

Ridiculously expensive and tiny portions of food, hidden extras such as 70 pence extra for oat milk instead of cows milk when they are basically the same price to buy.

A very popular place, very busy with a constant stream of customers. Staff very pleasant, efficient and friendly. Food yummy, definitely worth a re-visit.

Went today for the first time for breakfast and not the last. Food was first class, service with a smile, and the whole restaurant (including toilets) were spotless. My grand daughter even talked me into getting an ice cream on the way out.

We had a lovely breakfast with my grandsons in outside area with heater and blankets. First visit will go again

Great place for a coffee abd ice cream although the ice creams were much better when they had nuts in, the snickers one was amazing but they removed them all.

Excellent breakfasts - we had a full English and Fungi Feast. Delicious! Genuinely tasty, liked every bit of it. Good value for what you get, and all nicely presented. Highly recommended. The only reason for 4 instead of 5 stars is that it was very noisy in the restaurant. Next time shall ask ask be seated in a quieter part 🙂

Went to visit the Christmas Market in the barn. Good variation of items made by local traders all at reasonable prices. Parking Good, didn't visit the cafe or restaurant so can't comment on food or service.

We had our dinner there the food is great the fish butty was delicious and they did a pear cheese and potato soup and the other dishes that other people had looked very nice. And there is a Christmas market on until the end of December. If you go for a meal it’s best to book as it’s very popular.

The food was amazing, a couple of cheeky beers and a sweet went down lovely on a sunday afternoon.

Decided to call into Yummy Yorkshire after a wet cold dog walk for a quick coffee and cake Dogs not allowed inside so we sat out ordered cake and coffee It was cold outside we ate the cake but was still waiting for the coffee to arrive, after 10 mins I enquired to were the coffee was I was told it was being done in the restaurant a couple of mins later she appeared with the coffee I told her that we was cold and it was too late and asked for a refund She returned a few minutes later and said the manager would come and give me a refund I had to wait almost another 5 minutes for him to turn when he did he asked what the problem was I informed him of how long we had to wait not only for the coffee but also for him to turn up, after explaining to him he then said so you want a refund! He disappeared returned another couple of minutes later with the refund not happy with the customer service and the managers excuse

Excellent food and a real treat

Really nice place good food but terrible portions. Wouldn't recommend if you hungry only go if you want to feel the taste but don't expect to be satisfied.

I popped in on Saturday for a bit of lunch and it was lovely. Great staff and beautiful food , a real treat. The Ice Cream is my favourite. Always take some home.

Great family venue, wholesome ice cream, fantastic flavours and ambience. The scenery is outstanding too. Update: Visited for burger and pud night last night and the Hoof & Hide delivered beyond my expectation. Interesting delicious flavours, excellent quality meat and ingredients. This is a new favourite venue.

Just popped in for a coffee and sat outside in the heated seats as we had our dog. Would have liked to have a meal but was too cold outside to sit for long.

I visited here based on its reviews and I must have gotten a bad day when visiting. Slow and unorganized is how I saw it unfortunately. Ordered drinks and food, wrong drinks order came twice then eventually the correct one came. Food however ended up being just shy of an hour after ordering. This wouldn't ever be an issue if you tell customers there's a delay on food. But 58 minutes for two sandwhiches is just too long. There's an abundance of staff who all look fed up so it looks more like a management issue from a customer's perspective. Very high prices that unfortunately do not reflect quality of ingredients used throughout and just all in all disappointing so I can't imagine I'll go back. I tried to save the visit by having an ice cream after which they're apparently known for but again, coffees and ice creams taking about 8 minutes each person in a queue.. it's just so so slow. This is all a shame as the environment is nice and done out well, it just seems like nobody wants to be there working and for that reason they just go at their own speed.

We dropped in for a early brunch and ended up with 3 "fish butties" Now these were freshly fried cod and a massive sandwich, this came with a side of crisps, absolutely delicious. Would definitely come back and try some other dishes. To top it off we had a ice cream which was amazing, the only problem was there is so many flavours to choose from and they all sound wonderful. 5*

Only stopped off for an ice cream cones! Vanilla and cherry with white chocolate. And dairy free chocolate cone, both were divine

This may just be me but I feel that the current menu was a bit lacking in imagination in comparison with previous editions but the food was well prepared as usual. The place was very busy and service was a little slow and it is a big space full of hard surfaces so noise can become an issue.

Yummy Yorkshire is by far the best place to get a breakfast around the area. I regularly travel 20 minutes to dine at Yummy Yorkshire because of the consistent good service and good food. Yummy Yorkshire staff are such an amazing bunch of people. They are all friendly, polite, and professional. Service is quick and attentive. Staff pick up on regular customers little quirks such as the way they like things served and the staff are more than happy to oblige. The food is always excellent. The specials menu is updated weekly. Thank you to all the staff at Yummy Yorkshire. We thoroughly enjoy dining at the restaurant. I highly recommend Yummy Yorkshire.

Very busy. Went for ice-cream on a very hot day, so be prepared for a long queue for the ice creams. Beautiful views.

My son and his family took me to Hide and Hoof for lunch, and we called in the ice-cream parlour for take out tubs , as we left. The food was beautiful. I am coeliac and the menu clearly stated which items could be offered gluten free. The waitress serving did ask about any allergies which was great. I had a BLT upgraded to chips instead of crisps. Not one of us managed a clean plate ad the portions were a good size . Will definitely be going again. I would advise booking to avoid a long wait . Brilliant.

Either there's a staff issue or an organisation issue. Drove over this morning, 4/5 tables free in a busy restaurant. Could we get a table for 2? No, fully booked. I get we might be taking someone else's potential table, so as a maitre d' it's fun to see if you can add more covers, help out the odd walk-in. Could have offered us somethung quick, know, ASKED us. Instead just shoo'd us out the door. So once it gets it's head out its arse it might be OK, but it's a shame because right now the front of house is a bit up itself and nowhere near as affable as one of Yummy Yorkshires head chefs, Chris, who we met the other day, and came by because of. Disappointing experience. Not worth walking across the street for right now, never mind driving to. I'd rather go somewhere dependable, like Bills. Can't wait for the inevitable counter-reply about busy times and waiting, and blah blah.. It was two people turning up and the car park was half empty. Poor.

Ice cream is amazing, the staff are slow at processing orders, No speed or urgency to clear the Q of 10 people waiting to be served in a very small Qing area.

Yummy Yorkshire, what a great little place to take the family. I did book online, and glad I did as it was quite busy when we arrived and there was 5 of us! All staff appear very friendly and service was very prompt. I highly recommend the Smokey Robinson Burger and Mango and Passionfruit milkshake!! We all left feeling very full but we couldn't leave without trying the icecream.

Lovely food. Had fish and chips and a veggie burger. Had cakes but charged extra for a scoop of ice cream. Usually get cream/ice cream/ custard with a pudding - not charged extra. Coffee nice but only warm and not hot. Mentioned coffee to waitress but no response.

Visited on Sunday and sat outside, even though it was raining, an outdoor heater was handy. We spent £55 on 3 single tubs, 3 double tubs, a waffle cone, a scone, 3 ribenas, a can of sprite and 4 hot drinks. Service was amazing with out big order. Ice cream choice was amazing. Area was clean and welcoming. We will definitely be back!

First of all the Ice creams are amazing. I recommend the Jaffa cake and the orange marmalade cheesecake ice creams. However this place does not just offer food, drinks and Ice creams.... They have 3 massive barns, two are a market style selling all sorts of foods and clothing and jewellery and artists items. (Not sure if this is every week/month)

Great place for an ice cream, and the waffles are delicious! Even better in the sun 🌞 We've been for breakfast a couple of times, and I'd highly recommend the BETA. I only wish there was more of it. I am looking forward to attending the hoof and hound special events when they appear.

I had to wait 45 minutes for my food and when it FINALLY arrived my poached egg was just vile, all I could taste was VINEGAR so I asked for some more and they were exactly the same. May i also include the eggs were RAW and honesly, I am absolutely appalled with this. I ordered a single orange juice which took 15 minutes to come. The staff were unprofessional about the other customers, having a good rant about a couple near me because they sent there food back with good reason. I will NOT be returning again!!!
