Yummy Pizza Plus in Birmingham

Yummy yuck 🤢🤢🤢.. disgusting pizza and fries. Worst I've eaten. Avoid this place like a plague. Will be reporting to food standards agency. Plus the driver has no sense of direction, was waiting and waiting. I've got all the details of the delivery from Just eat Just in case you state fake review. More than happy to post it.

The ambience of the shop might not attractive but their food is fresh and authentic 😋

literally ordered at 11, food wasn't here by 2. When calling the delivery driver to politely help him and direct him to where we were after giving a sufficient address he became quickly aggressive and made violent threats against me and said 'he would stab my family' . I was never rude and remained patient but he was obviously so frustrated that he could not deliver his pizza and actually flipped out, I've honestly never ever had service like this before, it is absolutely disgusting! As for the owner carrying on saying every bad review is fake, it is absolutely not! Drivers a psycho get him off the roads. Yummy pizza MINUS!

Margherita and Chicken Special. Delivery was quick but the pizza was very average.

Pizza came more than an hour and 20 minutes to arrive at a house full of guests, when once coming, they spilt the sauce and then came back getting change but instead of handing it like a civilised man, he threw it on the floor, poor service, mid food, and wasnt even the size I ordered, utter shambles Edit: No this isn't fake, has been reviewed as well from guests and family from the incident, isn't dodgy, fake, deliberate or anything else, just as honest as what I seen from that evening

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE. Im not one to complain but im telling you this was the worst experience i ever got from a fast food joint. My uncle ordered pizza for my family which ended up taking 1hr 20m which was way after desired time and when the delivery finally arrived, the delivery driver ended up delivering the food completely smushed with the sauce. And to make matters worse, the delivery man came back with change from my uncle and chucked and it wasnt in like a joking kind of way, it was like "hello scum take ur change" completely disrespecting my uncle who went out of his way to order pizza for me and my family . Also the pizzas we got were much smaller than what we ordered. It's sad to give such a harsh review but from this monstrosity I have to. Wouldn't recommend from this horrible experience. (Edit: it wasnt fake man I've eaten here before and it was great but u need to understand that the delivery man was extremely rude and also the order was messed up too. I don't want to be condescending or anything but this was unacceptable. From looking at some reviews I can tell ur a respectable business BUT I am a customer and if out of the few times I've eaten at ur business and treated badly, what am I supposed to do other than leave a bad review? This is the 2nd time I've eaten here and I can't just leave a good review from a very bad experience FROM EATING HERE FOR ONLY THE 2ND TIME, ITS NUTS. So please at least fire the guy or other customers will also experience the same thing.)

Second time ordering from here, got 4 large pizzas. Pizzas were really good and delivered within an hour 👏 both times the delivery men was so lovely. Definitely our new local goto pizza place.

Ordered 4 large pizza and the food was delivered 1 and half hour later. The delivery guy was one of the most rudest person I have ever met who wanted to start a fight. He threw the change on our porch. I will never ever order from these guys. Pizza is over priced at 8.99 for what is supposed to a large pizza (12 "), in reality it's medium sized. I paid a total £48 which included 4 fries. The suaces were all over the bag. This spoilt our evening , we had quest who witnessed the rude behaviour from the delivery guy.

Told 30 mins came 1 hour 30 mins later. Large pizza is only 12". Ordered a few times from these guys, pizzas getting smaller, prices increasing and poor service. Will look for alternative pizza venue.

We tried pizza from here for the first time and we were pleasantly surprised. Their pizza was well topped with the right amount of cheese and the pizza base was really tasty also. The kids meal of nuggets and fries was very tasty also, nice and fresh chips and nuggets. The kids ate everything up!

Ordered 1.30pm delivery. 3 large for office guests. Food came on time, piping hot and high quality. Could actually taste the toppings as opposed to being overpowered by cheese. Def will be back!

I ordered 2 extra large pizzas and one kabuli palu , The food came on time. The pizzas tested delicious with ample toppings on it , and the kabuli palu even tested better than the pizza , worth trying this place is.

Not sure if it's a new scam or genuine... ordered my pizzas for collection. As soon as i hung up received a text asking to pay online. Thought nothing of it and paid. The restaurant then called up and said payment didn't go through as that account is blocked. I said it looked like it had gone through on my side, but they were adament that it hadn't. So i paid by cash upon delivery. Transaction showed as pending for a day, the next day it was taken out. Called the restaurant numerously but only went through to voicemail. Got refunded through the bank but wondering whether it's a new scam... be cautious!

So I ordered via uber eats but they deliver the order privately, I had to call them three times as it took so long. I live in the 1mile radius, so no reason fot it to take so long. I ordered Large Tandori Chicken, green peppers, sweetcorn, green chillies and onions pizza. First it had red peppers and red onion, which makes the pizza sweet and there was no chillies on pizza. It was burnt and the chicken was plain chicken (I think they thought I wouldn't notice the difference). No pull on string at all as the cheese was so burnt. I ordered because it had good reviews, I don't know why as I wouldn't order there again. Was so disappointed, I had such a craving for special pizza and it really didn't even touch that craving. Also, why would you add special mayo dip inside the pizza making it hot dip! The annoyance of not even calling me or telling me that they didn't have most of ingredients, give me opportunity to cancel or change my order. I gave it 2, as the pizza was edible and it taste OK just not what I ordered or had anything to do with the specification. I wouldn't recommend to anyone to be honest.

For food lovers, look elsewhere. We ordered the polo and the pepperoni olives and mushroom pizza on the basis of the reviews below. Tangy aftertaste with a stale and.. i think bitter - might be the word - taste. As if the sauce had pickle juice from jalapenos mixed inside it. Not for us. Jalapeno/pickle lovers you may enjoy it.

Do not be deceived by the looks small place a bit shabby but absolutely delicious pizza one of the best I had, very honest staff helped me with my order even helped me to get a few quid off with a good meal deal, sauces fries delicious as well, will be coming back for sure, well done.

Second update: Just an update to say why there was a problem with our order last time. Apparently the shop was closed for gas repairs, but the website cart hadn’t been disabled which led to our order being automatically accepted when that shouldn’t have happened. I found out the shop was closed by finding the shop nearest to them Google street maps and rang them. They told me R&S are closed but there are people working there. They kindly took their phone over, so I could speak to R&S. It was then they told me the order should never have gone through because they are closed for a gas repair. Ideally the website should’ve been disabled. We also had to contact the payment company to refund our money. Whilst all this caused inconvenience, it was a relief to know what had happened and we’ll be happy to order from R&S again. - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - Update: second time ordered and having very bad experience Firstly why is no answering from the phone. Been calling since 14:34. Where is our delivery? We ordered online at 3:48. It’s now 16:43 It should’ve been here 7 minutes ago. This second experience is turning out to be really bad. This is totally unprofessional and unacceptable. - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - This was first review - what a difference since 😞 The five stars are for the pizza alone. We ordered spicy chicken tandoori pizza. Was impressed. Well balanced toppings and flavourful. I would have liked a bit more tomato sauce on the base. But all in all it was a very tasty pizza. We also had southern fried chicken. It was fine but could’ve been better. Didn’t quite taste like SF chicken. It was also served with fries. I don’t know why. That was a big let down. But the portion of fries were generous. Too much for one piece of chicken in fact. Also was pleased they put grease proof paper in the polystyrene boxes which are absolutely horrible. They are toxic and I would rather get my food in a chip wrapper. But at least they put paper in it when a lot of companies don’t. So well done for that. Will definitely be ordering pizza from here again. The gentleman who delivered our food was very polite too. And they gave us one food item for free. Allahumma barik. May Allah put barakah in their earnings. Ameen

I have had a very good experience with R&S Pizza. They have the most excellent pizzas in all of Coventry RD, I highly recommend them. They have also added milkshakes which taste very mouth watering.

R&S has a good amount of topping portion on the pizza and the ingredients are high quality. There are numerous of nice combination choice and plenty of varitey on the menu. R&S is one of the best pizza shop youu would find. I have been coming and ordering from R&S pizza and it does not leave much of a imprression. The crust on the pizza is always touch, dough consistency its really all bouut the sauce and the crust. Everything is a secondary in importance andd R&S they try to cover up the lack of remarkable pizza taste under layers and layers of topping.

First time we ordered from R&S so was a bit apprehensive. We ordered two Mexican burgers and two chicken. Food was AMAZING. Mexican burgers were large enough to feed a whole family, YUM, YUM. Every last pieces was demolished when usually food is left over from other places. I would definitely recommend these guys and will be ordering again, also the sauces were yum...
