Best Chinese takeaway in Medway , the staff are so polite, the food is always delicious and they are very generous with the portions. I would highly recommend

Been ordering here for 6 years plus, average 1 order a week, just received my order after waiting 45mins no complaints on delivery time, 1 of my dishes was missing, when I rang up to address the situation they took accountability for their error, you can tell the person was new as it wasn't the usual woman taking orders, anyways she remembers having the conversation about that specific dish, but turns out they didn't charge for it, they said they can get it delivered to me asap but it would be an additional £4 delivery charge on top of paying for the dish, no issues paying for the dish if I wasn't charged but given the fact i have already paid the delivery fee and that they have took accountability for their mistake, and being a long lasting customer who consistantly orders, i would expect them to deliver off there own back! I gave them the option to correct there wrong doing or I wouldn't use them again, they chose to not cooperate so I won't be going back, terrible customer service!

Best Chinese food, only one I will use ,people are great, there oyster sauce and Hong Kong spring rolls are the best ,well worth trying here

We dined at Yummy House and got a takeway. The food was really pleasant and to a good standard. They only accept cash here so bare this in mind when placing an order, however, there are cash points locally at the Tesco Express (Victory Pier) or at the Sainsburys Local on Gillingham Road. The food was good and the staff were very friendly. There are good deals to be had and the staff dealt with allergen requests well.

Food was delivered cold.Looked very unappealing.It didn't look freshly cooked. We didn't enjoy it and won't be ordering again.

There is a great choice of food on offer including egg foo young, chop suey, pork, beef, lamb and chicken dishes, spare ribs, steak and so on. We ordered two set meals (sweet and sour chicken with egg fried rice and sweet and sour prawns with egg fried rice), chips and prawn crackers for just under £16. The food tasted great and was value for money.

We’ve never had a bad meal from Yummy house. They are polite. Delivery is prompt. Food hot and always really tasty. For us it was the perfect replacement for when our old favourite closed down. In fact they exceed our previous favourite.

Ordered takeaway from here tonight - easily the best Chinese in Medway, blows the competition out of the water. Had to pay a surcharge as we are not local to the post code but more than worth it! Would not hesitate to recommend; we'll be ordering again for sure 10/10

Visited on a Sunday teatime. Lady behind the counter was friendly and professional and answered a query I had with total confidence. I ordered the smoked shredded chicken, dumplings, onion rings and sweet and sour chicken balls. When it came it was quick and piping hot. I can honestly say without a doubt it was the best Chinese I’ve ever had and was even more impressed by the fact the lovely lady behind the counter came running down the street after me because they had forgotten to put a pot of sweet chilli sauce in my bag. Will DEFINITELY be returning

We have been ordering from yummy house for years now and it’s by far the best. Food is always great always hot and a good price. Delivery is super fast! Never really wait more than half an hour for it.

Just move into the area and spent sometime looking on TA for good recommendations. So please we choose this takeaway. Phoned in and 15 minutes later it was ready and waiting for us. Smoked chicken is well recommended and prices were quite a bit cheaper than others I looked at also didn't wake up in the night with the MSG dry mouth. Note this is only a takeaway not eat in and is a cash only.

Ordered via phone. Friendly & helpful the other side of the phone. Food arrived earlier than stated delivery time. Food itself was lovely, no complaints whatsoever. Portion sizes are good.

We had the food delivered and it arrived in good time and was hot. The food was really good and tasty.

We wasn’t happy with our food - we ordered from Yummy House. The chicken fried rice had very fatty and pink looking chicken. The Sweet and Sour Chicken Hong Kong style tasted awful (inedible). It had a funny taste and didn’t trust eating it. My husband and I binned the whole lot. I did Phone and was offered a replacement dish! By this point we were put off. Maybe unlucky, but wasted £20 on food we couldn’t eat ☹️.

WE always go to Yummy House the food is delivered quickly always piping hot and always very tasty, the ordering is faultless and they always throw in the crackers and a couple of tins of coke.

We live on the other side of the green near Yummy House, and we've been ordering from this chinese ever since we moved here three years ago. We love the food and the service. Even though we only have chinese every few months, they always remember our order and our names and go out of their way to make us feel like valued customers. The food is delicious, seriously wonderful - their chow mein is one of the best I have ever tasted, and their king prawn dishes (my favourite!) are always cooked with the meatiest, tastiest prawns. I cannot recommend this place enough, every time we have visitors who have takeaway with us from here always say how good it is compared to their own local chinese. Thank you Yummy House for keeping our tummies happy and being so friendly!

They always know who you are and your favourite orders when you phone in. thier food is alwasy hot and very tasty . seet and sour chicken hong kong style is as title or take away - yummy - other half has chicken in Black bean - says very good. alwasy good amount of meat and veg in both meals. other items we have tried have also been excellent. Thank you for a good local take away.

This place has the best chicken balls I have ever tasted. Soft and not too much batter. I have used this place regularly and there is nothing I have disliked.
