We've been buying from here for years, but today was officially my last order. The quality has been going downhill for a while, but tonight was especially poor. Burned & hard tasteless chips, wet and undercooked looking lamb that tasted really odd. The chicken gyro looked like your dad bbq'd it for 4 hours over a disposable grill. It was £30 for a tiktok box and an extra chips and honestly, I should have just cooked and saved myself the money and nearly 2 hours of my life waiting on the delivery.

Yummies provided an amazing service for our wedding last week. With such a large order they were perfectly timed and the food was just what everyone needed. Thoroughly enjoyed. Thank you yummies for keeping us going.

A 2hr wait for cold food from 10 minutes away. Asked for an update on delivery at 1hr 40mins as have kids needing to go to bed so looking for a timeframe and was given the answer, “we still have 20 minutes”. Food arrived on the two hour mark and cold. Terrible delivery times. Terrible customer service. Great food. It’s a bit of a waste offering a great product in such a bad way. The two hours stated seems to be the aim rather than a possible scenario dependant on how busy they are given their answer to me and the exact time for delivery. If you want to eat soon or receive hot food, best going elsewhere.

Stay away from this business, don't believe what they say when they tell you it will be 1 hour, 2 hours later still waiting. I was told I would have a refund and food would still be delivered. When the delivery came he actually said we can't have it and took it back.

Probably the best kebab and pizza take away I've ever been too. It's not fine dining, but for what it is, it's outstanding!

Ordered food, decided to eat an hour and half later and discovered mould on pitta bread, rang to tell them and had the response of I'd left it in the bag too long?????

Only ordered a burger said it be with me in hour 15 mins, had to ring them ten minutes over the delivery time to ask for my food only to be told they were only now cooking it. Canceled in the end, waiting over hour for a burger lol. I ordered else where now.

Wouldn't give a star unless had to, live locally, ordered an ystalyfera kebab a week before, it come within 15 minutes.... Thought we'd try a yummies for a change, turns out we got to wait well over an hour for our food. 100% ystalyfera kebab for the foreseeable. When my burger eventually arrived, it had no cheese on it, I specified a cheese chicken burger as I cannot eat a burger without cheese.

Apparently if you don’t specifically request salad with your XL chicken shish you won’t get anything at all. It’s comes plain as standard 💁

Thought we would try something new within the area. Bad move. Ordered directly via the phone. Ordered an extra large shish kebab and a medium shish kebab. Was asked what sauces I would like, and to my preference I asked for garlic and chilli but on the side.. Normally kebabs come with a salad otherwise the option of 'just meat' would have been the selection. However when our extra large and medium kebab arrived. The 1st thing I said to the driver was 'that's small, I ordered at least 1x extra large' to his response, he shrugged his shoulders. When we opened the bag, 4 sauces were delivered, great start... however when we opened our long awaited kebabs, we were greeted with a tray of chicken mini fillets and a floating pitta bread loose. How is this worth £25!!!!! When asked about the salad that normally comes with a kebab, the telephonist said I didn't want one... at no point did she even mention a salad or the options of the salad. When requesting for the missed salad, she said there will be a wait for the salad as they are really busy. Surely, if a missed item is not delivered, that would be the priority delivery. Not an excuse given of having to wait for a cold option to be delivered. Absolutely and totally disappointed about the whole ordeal for our mid week treat. Unfortunately never again. Should have looked at the reviews before ordering!

Shocking food greasy cookies milkshake is a sham nothing compared to what it looked like on the menu absolute waist of money I wouldn’t order from here again

Worse food I have ever tried but the bin liked it everything was covered in grease and don't mention the chips I didn't attempt to eat one

Order a chicken burger near and large kebab with chips got chicken burger meal and kebab but no regular chips. Phone them up and told I had not ordered extra chips. Was told that if chip to come out would have to pay for chips didn't mind that but would have to pay for delivery atmoee than the chips evan though it was the girls fault on the phone will not be using them again they need to own upto their MISTAKES

Over a two hour wait - driver couldn't find us?!? Went to wrong address?!?! Food was poor service dire - such a shame as used to be really good

We placed a large order of £120 and one order was missing and took nearly an hour to re deliver it! Then had an argument with the delivery driver over an agreed refund on the cookies which were a burnt mess!! The food was ok nothing to rave about. Would I order again? No

We made over £120 order worth of food Which we paid over the phone But the driver was adamant we hadn’t paid We were missing quite a bit of our orders And the ones that did come where wrong The cookies we ordered were burnt so complained when we called up about the missing orders and got told the driver would give us a cash refund When the driver did turn back up again he said that he knew nothing and to call the shop Wouldn’t order from them again didn’t know how you can screw up cookies and three orders of mixed kebabs and get a cheese burger that’s chicken and a egg

The chicken strips and chips that I ordered are delicious and come with a big portion. And they do delivery till pretty late in the night so it's really convenient

Terrible service lady was rude on the phone didn’t manage to give home address before she put the phone down, have tried to ring back several times either no answer and just ringing or kept putting the phone down

Way too much sauce and over everything instead of in tubs. I didn't like that. Good portion size for the price. Will probably order again.

Had to phone yummies dew to them yet again not putting drinks in with order we places women was understanding on the phone to me but the members of staff was shouting in background that drinks was their women said she get somone to bring one up to me few minutes later my mum has a phone call from yummies driver who one called us liars and told my mum to explain to little girl who has autism one if he was in the area he will drop of the drink if not he wouldent he was really rude do not recommend yummies at all . Drink was brought up by different driver who was polite to me

Pasta bake a bit dry but the garlic baguette with chilli and cheese was lovely, the chocolate fudge cake was nice also. Will order again

disgusting customer service. so rude and gave the complete wrong order to me and my mum, when i went in to complain he told me that’s what my mum had ordered when she would never have ordered that. never going back there. small black hair was also found in the food, me being a blonde and my mum being a light brunette

I don't eat Pizza but my friends do do we had pizza and chips and I enjoyed the piece of pizza I had

Ordered vegetarian pizza for collection, was ready in 10mins, pizza was really really nice, even put in free sauces and when I asked for chilli and Mayo didn’t even charge. Pizza was nice and cheesy soft and tastey

The worst pizzas iv ever had the dough base is stale and heavy the Toppings were disgusting hard and under cooked this place is a joke cheap ingredients cooked badly stay away

Portion size was big but way too much sauce and had to build my own kebab from ingredients placed in to a takeaway container. Overall good value for money, would go again but would ask for a smaller amount of sauce. Nobody needs that much mayo!

So i ordered from here at around 9pm and my food didn’t arrive till around about 10:40pm. The meat feast pizza was like a sponge of grease and the chicken was rock hard. Highly do not recommend ordering from here.

Sent the order wrong after an hour and 40 minutes of waiting for the delivery and then refused to send the right order saying we needed to collect if we wanted the right food. We phoned and were willing to wait longer for the right food but had awful customer service from the cooks, the woman answering was nice enough in trying to sort the problem but the cooks were having none of it. Wouldn't recommend

Disappointed clear instructions given when ordering, but still got it wrong, replacement pizza sent out but still too much cheese.probably will not use again.

Delivery was pretty good and the food was great They forgot the toppings on one of the pizzas but quickly offered a refund or a replacement pizza (we took replacement pizza as the food was too good to turn down!)

Hot yummy food, fast service, online ordering makes things easier and they deliver to the nearby Heronstone lodges where we were staying. Really enjoyed the garlic base pizza.

Ordered from here tonight ..all i can say what a disappointment in customer service and food . We waited 2 hrs for food and when it arrived it was stone cold.when i rung the shop i requested for a refund which i had a very abusive women shout and be very rude to me down the phone .she then questioned and told me that the food was not cold i therefore probed the food myself and it was only hot holding to 15c which food safety law states that hot holding minimum is 63c ..we did not eat the food nor have a refund as that isnt policy .i will be contacting the local food hygiene enforcer and food standards agency!

Really not happy with tonight's food order! Very Greasy, plus the delivery driver had a really bad attitude to. Safe to say I'm not ordering from there again

Disgusting customer service that make up their own orders different from what the customers asked for in an effort to upsell and make more money. When called and confronted about it they resort to shouting at you on the phone. Taking advantage of people. I will never set foot in this establishment and for their dishonesty and mallice, I will make it my mission to put this review on every sute and save people from being robbed and disrespected by greedy folk.

Handy to have on a Sunday, especially with a hangover. Staff are polite enough and the food is what you'd expect tbh. Wouldn't recommend for fine dining but if your starving then it'll do. Disappointing that they are no longer on just eat though

I thought that I actually understood why people used yummies delivery service, such reasons may include that you are to drunk to drive there or to ashamed to be seen near the premises, but like my mother always said to me the only delivery driver you should trust is the milk man.... Any way back to my one star review. At exactly 8:13 pm ( I checked in my call history) and made a order to be delivered to an address I'm not willing to share for data protection reasons. And was told it would take 40-50 minutes. Which would have been perfect as my little daughters bed time is 9:30 pm, so would have given me time to steam clean the grease off her beautiful little chops. Well it's now 18 minutes past midnight and my food arrived at 11:54 pm. I got a F In G.C.S.E MATHS but I know that is not even close to the estimated time of delivery. And when I confronted the delivery driver ( in a polite manner.) his reply was the other driver was delivering in ynysmeduy. Which doesn't make sense as he obviously wasn't the guy that was delivering to me...... My daughter fell asleep waiting for her food and there was bo chance I was waking her up when she was looking so peacefully innocent. So yeah one star rating and that's only because they actually had the decency to turn up with the food. They should have felt as ashamed as I would walking in their premises. I hope this helps you make your mind up on weather to phone them

just ordered food at 10:20 they said the food will be at my house by quater to 12 (11:40) and its 12:16 now and i still havent had my food, im not sure if they are trying to take the piss or not??!!?!?!?!?
