Very disappointed when I ordered chicken Cantonese style sweet and sour they had used some Aldi chicken poppers instead of prepping it themselves!! Seriously lazy and won’t be using them again.

chicken satey skewers are banging

I use this restaurant once a month. Normally no issues but have never ordered a duck dish before. You expect the skin on the meat but this was more skin than anything else. Big strips of meatless skin. Very disappointed

Chicken leg seems like chicken is going to wake up. Worst of the worst food i have ever tasted. Fried rice is low quality. Curry sauce is sweet. If there was a minus review then i would give it.

we rang up and placed an order at 7:40 and never received our food, we have tried calling the restaurant multiple times and received no answer, we won’t be ordering from here again

delivery time was absolutly shocking, ordered food at 17:50 food arrived at 20:00 disgraceful. wont be using again. what a joke...

Order placed with expected delivery time of 8.20-8.45, later changed to 9.15. Its now 9.45 and no delivery, and no answer when I call the restaurant to ask where the food I paid for is!!

took 40+ minutes to deliver 1.5miles distance, food was barely edible being just above cold temp.

Delivery fine. We have ordered from Here numerous times but last night the city sauce was way too hot. So hot in fact we couldn't eat it. It even near brought on an asthma attack with myself.

The food standard has declined enormously. The food we ordered was of poor quality and did not taste anything like it should

Though later than originally ordered time kept informed about running late which is good. Driver phoned as unable to find our house which was appreciated but though she was unable to see the only yellow houses on the estate. Food was good.

Very poor quality food. Chewy beef, watery sauce with little flavour and it appeared to be packet microwave rice. Long wait times despite ordering for a specific collection time. Friendly front of house service to be fair.

Not entirely happy today feel like I had a technical error tonight with my order, I ordered 2 cans of 7up with my meal and one portion of chips I ended up with 2 portions of chips and one can of 7 up and ordered the wrong spring rolls but the spring rolls wrongly chosen was my bad. Delivery was good and the food was nice. Although if the 2nd chips was a good Will gesture thank you. I appreciate it.

“Crispy” beef wasn’t crispy. It was soggy, soft & limp. “Cantonese chicken” the chicken was awful, it was popcorn chicken in sweet & sour sauce. £49 order - no free spring rolls or prawn crackers. Disappointed with our order, it was a treat whilst on holiday.

Smallest duck I've ever been served in my life. Over half pancakes and salad left over as a result. Just not good enough.

Food came earlier than expected but wasn't an issue,chips was boiling hot,the chicken foo yung was cooked to perfection.

Ribs delicious; foo young was tasty but no juice. Sweet & sour cantonese chicken was frozen popcorn chicken with spices similar to KFC, covered in sweet & sour sauce. Disappointing. Strangely, quite nice but certainly not hat asked for and certainly not Cantonese!

Batter on prawn balls raw inside. Informed them and got a new delivery. Batter still raw inside. Spoke to them again about it and extremely rude lady on the phone started ranting at me

If I could give it a minus I would. King prawn ball batter was completely raw inside. I was told the prawns were pre cooked (big no no). Also asked what experience I had in the food industry. Very rude and put the phone down on me. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. Haha great response! Let's see what the food standard agency has to say....

Very disappointed with this take away ordered for at 5:30pm for delivery at 7:30pm and didn't get a delivery at all having rung them constantly for an hour trying to get through to them.

Best chinese I've had in a while

Food was delivered and was warm. It tasted disgusting as the fish was fouls smelling and tasted foul. Called the shop as was told that was how it came from the supplier by the woman who answered the phone (I'm sure she was the owner) disgusting and refused to let me son eat it. WILL NEVER ORDER AGAIN FROM THERE. THEY HAVE GONE DOWNHILL.

Good food, was craving chines so first time ordering from here, it was delivered under 45 mins and was nice and hot and went down a treat.

My chow main was bland and thin watery sauce couldn’t eat it. Had a funny smell to it as well. All very strange. Also sweet crispy beef was a very small portion so we would not order again.

Chicken balls were lovely. Rest of the food was awful tasteless. Sauces were watery. Such a lot of money to spend when there was only one item that was enjoyable. Rest of food ended in the bin. Such shame as delivery was fast and ordering food was simple.

It’s the best Chinese I’ve had in a long time, a bit expensive but they all are in this local area.

Unfortunately rice was not cooked therefore unable to eat.

The chicken balls were under cooked and the Szechuan chicken was very salty - disappointing after our previous meal
