Really lovely food, great vegan options and very knowledgeable when ordering vegan options from the menu to check I wanted the vegan version and if I had any allergens. Such a lovely team and real tasty food at an affordable price. I really enjoy the veg fan tuan! 😊

I had chicken bento and taro red bean milk. It’s fantastic and the atmosphere is great. Chicken is tender inside and crispy outside. Drink is also very tasty. Will be back and strongly recommend to everyone.

Good food at a reasonable price ,, worth visiting

You know the food is gonna be good when it's a family run joint and this place didn't disappoint. Food was made quickly and was warm and fresh. Staff were so helpful and friendly.Only downside was I didn't realise you had to pay in cash, but there's a cash machine right outside so wasn't an issue.

Halal Taiwanese food in Sheffield! 🤤 Mind you, this restaurant also serves pork dishes. Normally I don't eat in a place which serves pork as I'm always afraid of cross-contamination. But I spoke to the lady behind the counter who was very nice and politely explained to me that they have separate kitchen utensils for Halal dishes 👍 Spicy beef noodles and crispy eggs were so delicious! Highly recommend this place if you are looking for (Halal) authentic Taiwanese food ❤️

Lovely little place to jump in for a spot of dinner. Our girls love it. Very much loved the rice roll. Also cater to our dietary needs as my husband is gluten-free they came out of their way to explain what they could and couldn't have a fantastic.

We had a lovely meal here. Food was delicious, served hot and fresh. Bubble milk tea was lovely too. We will definitely be back when we're next in Sheffield.

I had a wonderful experience at this restaurant! I had pork bento 滷肉飯便當, handmade fish tempura 炸甜不辣and Mantou 煉乳炸饅頭. The dishes were delicious and really authentic, reminding me of home in Taiwan. The staff were also very friendly and welcoming, making the visit even more enjoyable. Highly recommended for those who are craving authentic Taiwanese cuisine and also for those who have never tried it before!

This Taiwanese restaurant is an absolute gem! The fish tempura (甜不辣）is incredibly authentic and takes me right back to Taiwan. The fried Man Tou （炸饅頭）is another standout—golden, fluffy, and just the right balance of crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside. Dipping it into condensed milk adds a delightful touch of sweetness. The overall experience was fantastic, with warm and attentive service. Cosy little place with food packed full of flavour, cute, attentive staff and reasonably priced. We had the Yum Yum box & spring onion pancakes (Which were the highlight of the night and we ordered more to take home with us!), spicy beef brisket noodles and chicken curry. All of it was banging, definitely one to visit again

Taiwanese food as it should be, stunning flavours and very generous portions sizes. Staff are lovely and very welcoming. Feels very quaint and authentic on the interior and invokes a feeling of nostalgia for a place where I have never actually been. I had the Spicy Braised Beef Noodles and my partner had the Japanese Crispy Chicken with a side of Popcorn Chicken to share and it was true to the claim in the window. Wonderful Taiwanese Food!!! Very much enjoyed my visit here having been a long time visitor to the area and will be back as I've not been this happy with food and service for a long time. 10/10 establishment would recommend in a heartbeat.

A small but friendly kitchen. Limited menu, limited seating, and a limited drinks menu. However, none of that detracts from the visit. Food was freshly cooked, delicious, delivered quickly, and very authentic. A real find!

The chicken steak is really delicious, and it’s great to be able to eat Taiwanese food in the UK!

The owners are very sensitive about their food. They know that it is always better to put the curry sauce of the chicken katsu don on the side so that their clients can dip and mix according to their own taste. Also, their homemade sauce in the spring onion pancake is truly unique. The taste brings us all the wonderful memory of Taiwan. Our dessert was the fried rice ball with sesame filling and condensed milk dressing. The owner explained that was a special dish for weddings in Taiwan. An eye-opener for us. That concluded our light dinner with absolutely pleasant surprise.

The 11.4 pounds of spicy beef brisket noodles are made from instant noodles, which is unacceptable, and the amount of beef brisket is also very small. Hot Thai milk tea is served in the most common, thinnest and transparent plastic cups. Hot water will release the plasticizer inside, which is harmful to the body.

I cannot fault this lovely family run place, the service was fast and the lady behind the counter was really lovely and made my tween smile which is rare these days.. The food was great and really good portion size. Thanks! Will be back

Thank you for warm welcoming and hospitality!! Although being a big fan of Taiwanese food, it’s my first time trying Taiwanese rice roll (Fan Tuan), it’s a surprise for me!! And I had taro bubble milk, I love it!! There are a few vegan options on the menu too!! Worth to try if you pass by!

Really enjoyed the curry chicken with rice. It’s different from what I taste before in Sheffield. And also the Taiwanese fried tofu, it really surprised me because it is exactly same as I tasted in Taiwan. 10/10!

I’ve never tried Taiwanese food before. I also require halal and was drawn to this place for these reasons. I got one of the members of staff to help me out as I wanted the most popular items. I got the Taiwanese Rice Roll with Chicken, Tea braised egg and Red Bean and Bubble milk to eat in. It cost £12.60 in total. The rice roll was tasty but it wasn’t very flavourful, it was a little bland. It contained fried chicken, egg, pickles, cucumber, vegan mayo, and corn flakes! This was interesting and actually gave the roll a nice crunch. Perhaps an additional sauce would have added more flavour to the roll, such as BBQ or sweet chilli. The tea braised egg intrigued me as I always see this on the socials. It tasted salty, probably marinaded in soya sauce but not dripping, and it was cold. Wouldn’t recommend it. The bubble milk was the best! Red bean is naturally sweet. I don’t know if they added extra sugar to the milk tea but I did ask them not to. It had bits of red bean which were sweet, and chewy tapioca which weren’t sweetened. A tasty combo indeed. The service was fantastic. Really lovely people. I came around 4pm and it wasn’t busy at all. I would recommend this place if you want to try Taiwanese food. Overall, a positive experience :)

I came to Sheffield to eat here after a friend recommended it. The boss is very kind and the food is very delicious and authentic! I am a Taiwanese myself, and I am very touched to be able to eat such amazing hometown food in the UK! We ordered Korean chicken cutlet bento, braised pork rice bento and seafood noodles, all of which were very appetizing and full of flavor. There was also Taiwanese fried tofu, which was exactly the same as in Taiwan. Finally, I ordered a fried steamed bun, condensed milk flavor, which replicates the Taiwanese taste! The owner's care can be seen in every decoration in the store and the preparation of the meals. Rare Taiwanese food, love it!

I really like the braised pork rice bento and seafood noodles, and the fried steamed buns are also great. A group of us Taiwanese came to eat, and the boss entertained us warmly. Every meal is great, completely replicating the Taiwanese taste. Everyone must come and try Taiwan’s authentic delicacies!

I came here to eat with my family and it was very amazing. The braised pork rice bento and seafood noodles were very delicious. You can see the store's care in every aspect. No idea where it got all the good reviews … the food is quite disappointing in terms of taste , and its delivery . The rice wrap for example is served cold . Pop corn chicken tastes rather bland and at room temperature .. quite a let down considering its reputation here …

I ordered the Taiwanese classic chicken cutlet bento. The chicken cutlet was not completely coated in flour and the whole thing was fried too dry. It was so dry that it would make my throat hurt when I swallowed it. I don’t like to waste food, but I really couldn’t swallow it. The green vegetables were obvious. The food was frozen mixed vegetables. Except for half a braised egg, which was like Taiwan’s classic chicken cutlet bento, everything else was a huge disappointment. When I told the store, the clerk offered several options and agreed to compensate with Taiwanese salty crispy chicken. After a few minutes, he came back and said that the manager thought the salty crispy chicken would not be "to my taste." The problem was not the taste, the problem was that the chicken steak was obviously over-fried. Dry. So I finally agreed to switch to Taiwanese scallion pancakes. After waiting for 10 minutes, I went to the counter to ask if it was ready, only to find that they were not even cooked. It was really disappointing. On the surface, it seemed that I wanted to compensate, but in fact it was completely No. I can only say it's bad luck. After reading other people's experiences, I sincerely wish I could order beef or seafood noodles...

I came in at around 7:20PM and was served right away, the guy at the counter was super friendly and explained all the dishes and what they tasted like. When the food was served it came to the highest standard Aesthetics and tastes wise. It was all really affordable and delicious and i will come again.

I've been on vacation in England for a month now and I think this is the best meal I've had so far. The seafood noodles I had were delicious (highly recommend!!!). Great place for Asian fusion dishes and traditional Taiwanese street food. Having lived in Taiwan for 10 years as a Sheffielder, this is the best experience you will have locally for Taiwan's famed street food.

Lovely friendly staff! Our son played outside on the square with the owners’ children. We’re vegan so weren’t sure what to have, but their menu was clearly labelled. We loved the Korean tofu bento, the soya milk with red beans and the mantou bun with Biscoff. We’ll come again!

It's rare to find Taiwanese food in the UK, and it's delicious. The braised pork rice was very good and I ate it thoroughly. The chicken chop rice is also very good, and the side dishes are very sour and appetizing. We also ordered more portions of salted crispy chicken to take away.

So far, I have eaten the most authentic Taiwanese braised pork rice and braised eggs cooked by real Taiwanese people in the UK. It’s so good 👍 The braised beef noodle soup base is also authentic, great👍 If you have been to Taiwan, try it yourself and you will understand what I am talking about😋

It’s rare to find such authentic Taiwanese food in the UK, bringing back the taste of Taiwan. The fried chicken steak is so fluffy, the beef noodles are very delicious, and the fried pork rice and pearl milk tea are worth recalling. The boss lady and the staff have a good service attitude. Zhong understands Cantonese and will come again if I have the chance👍
