Well, a recommendation from a friend has pulled me away from our regular oriental take away. Hats off to Yue Yee, the food is fantastic, huge portions, and very prompt delivery. Superb every time. And again And again And again And again...........

Great food, big portions fast delivery

Downhill. The rice was bland, the sweet and sour chicken had jelly like sauce which was off putting, the salt and pepper chips were plain and the salt and pepper chicken was just deep fried with no flavour. Really disappointed as I used to love this chippy but it has gone downhill. Will be requesting a refund. Threw it all in the bin

Made an online order for £33, website says free prawn crackers on orders over £18 however no prawn crackers turned up. Called to enquire why no prawn crackers turned up as it was the only thing my 7 year old daughter asked for. But the person on the end of the phone was rude and argumentative and told us that it doesn’t say on the website about the prawn crackers. Yes it does!!! Why speak to regular customers so rudely? Won’t be ordering again.

Delicious Chinese food … recommended by a friend. We have always ordered from another local Chinese in the area for over 20 years, but recently it has gone downhill. We have been looking for a new one & tried lots of different places in the past few years. WOW !!! 🤩 Yu Ye House we are massively amazed by the taste, quality & portion sizes and your food is as good as a popular Chinese restaurant we visit in China Town. Thank you we are happy customers who ❤️ Chinese food.

No food has been delivered from here It was ordered by a nice lady however it is now 23:39pm & no food has come & no one has called my contact number I am not happy my children eat what little food I have now very sad by them not delivering

Do not use this takeaway spent over 30 pound for a order they delivered to wrong house then expect us to pay again for redelivery just a joke

Never had a bad meal from here, rarely go anywhere else

This has been our local Chinese takeaway for the past two years. We throughly enjoyed the food as it was tasty and fresh. It was enjoyable even as leftovers the next day. Still a place where you can get a decent meal for a decent price, however we have noticed the quality has gone down in some of our usual meals. Starters: prawn toast and spring rolls are still crispy and tasty. However the seaweed has seemingly become stale the past few orders. Mains: deep fried crispy shredded beef, chow mein and signapore noodles are still top notch and enjoyable. However, the sweet and hour chicken balls, which used to be juicy and tasty, have now been dry and poor quality the past few times. Sides: the egg fried rice and chips are still very tasty. Overall, this is a very enjoyable takeaway with many dishes to choose from and decent prices - we can still enjoy a meal from here just not as regular as we used to as it seems some products have gone down in quality.

Ordered £50 worth of food yesterday waited 2-3 hours never turned up, couldn’t get through on phone. Rang today and asked if we still wanted the order when asked for refund said oh do you want it at weekend you sure ? Absolute joke told to drive there for refund terrible service how is this place not shut down

Stayed at Manchester Airport and this was. The closest Chinese takeaway around instead of. Waiting for the hotel to seat us. Ordered on line with the ability to pay several ways or wait to you collect food. Promise of 15 minutes for. Food, however 49 minutes later I received my food. Not busy inside, simply poorly organised with people meandering around.

Always gorgeous food and arrives around an hour after ordering but last night was awful ! Food arrived 2 hours after ordering and it was only for chippy food and S&P chicken, I tried to ring and the delivery driver when arriving asked us if we still wanted it and said they took the phone off the hook !? We neatly went to the shop and bought something else because we didn’t think it was ever going arrive , didn’t even get any free bits because of the wait !! Chicken was sweaty and the chips and curry and gravy were soggy and cold. Next time I order I’ll be ringing and asking what the delivery time is and explaining this order.

Really disappointed at how rude the staff are. Never known anything like it especially the young woman with the bobbed hair cut, she’s awful - no customer service skills and no communication skills. Failed to tell me that they don’t accept card inside of the shop which resulted in me having to re order everything again online so I could pay, which took me 15 mins due to their website being down, when asked why they didn’t tell me on the phone they don’t accept card, she responded “well I didn’t think I had to tell you.” disgusting service

Used to be a really nice chippy/Chinese. Ordered a chippy tonight, not a very big order. They completely forgot one of the meals, was hard to get through by ringing them. Once I did, took nearly 40 minutes again for the meal. (1x fortune cookie for inconvenience)🙄. Delivery lady is nice though 👍🏼

Used to be a great Chinese but in the last few months it's gone down hill.. Tonight is the last time I order from here it's like they refried last nights salt & pepper ribs threw a load of chilli's and served it not one piece off tender meat on the bone and what was left was fat... never again

I am working in Manchester this week and thought I would treat myself to a Chinese take out. I was NOT disappointed. I have had plenty of terrible Chinese take-outs to the point where I just don't bother. I tried this take out on a colleague recommendation and the food was AMAZING! Yue Yee make the best Hot and Sour soup, I have only ever tasted its equal just once before. The king prawn dishes were generous and full of flavour. I generally like to try new things but am always cautious with take outs so tend to stick to my tried and tested. This hit all the right spots, Umami, sweet, sour, not super spicy (although I would not have minded if it was) I was given enough that I could have 2 or 3 meals out of the order but this depends on the size of your appetite. This is now going to be my go-to Chinese delivery when I am working in Manchester.

Best quality and best price around. There aren't too many chippys in wythenshawe, but this is better than any Chinese nearby or even in the Manchester area! I've been a fan ever since Wendy's closed near me, so for a few years. Quality seems to improve over time.

I was a delivery driver on and off for a few year, until I noticed my tips from customers was being taken by the manager. when I approached them to address the issue they sacked me. my son had just been born and it was a couple of months until Christmas.....not very nice people

Not even worth the star yes the food is nice but when you actually get your food because when you put in a BIG order of food they dilberatley miss 1 or 2 items i.e beef chow mein dry noodles £5.00 & large chips £1.00 which they do to afew people & when i rang i was polite enquiring next thing the lady there started yelling verbal abuse down my ear stating she went through the order but even though i disagreed she wasnt happy she wouldnt pay me the £6.00 or deliver our missing items. So i just ended the call but not before i stated i will never order from you again which she replied yer dont in a sarcastic mannerism 😡

If i could give this place no stars then i would!!!!!! Having just got bk from my honeymoon we decided to go to this chinese, well never ever again!!!! After a matter of hours of eating it i was being vialantly sick and other things to!!!!! I had horrible food poisoning!!!!! Never ever again!!! Its put be off chinese for life!!!!!

after waiting for a whole hour I rung Yue Yee house to check on my order. It happened that my order was delivered to a wrong address ...and I didn't even get a 'sorry' for the inconvenience. now I have to think of what to eat and I have 5mins to go to work. and that lady who answers the phone , she talks so loudly as if she is surfing and talking at the same time...annoying 'am saying that order is gone, someone has already paid for it'..thats what she said to me. you are serving human beings ok...get a polite and well mannered 'human being' to do the job. rubbish!

My chips and curry sauce were good. It's a typical Chinese chippy, it meets your expectations leaving nothing to complain about, though there was nothing outstanding about it either, and a rather long wait for chips and curry sauce if I'm honest.

Its good food, but when closed on a Monday had to order from a different place
