Perfect place for a coffee before we do our shopping

Go in my local Costs most days just have a latte staff are nice premises clean 👌

Staff are soooo sweet and welcoming, really brightens up your day :) always fresh and great quality food/drinks. One thing I would prefer is to have an entrance/ exit right near Costa so I don't have to come in through the long way with Tesco's entrance to get in.

Totally useless. Don’t open the shutters at their entrance so you have to walk all the way round Tesco to get there. Then it’s cash only so you have to walk all the way back round to where you just came from to go to the cash machine. Even the Costa express machine in the store wasn’t working. Total incompetence.

Always amazing customer service especially when compared to other Costa’s in the area. Always get my drink right where others say it can’t be done. Simply the best!!

Went to the toilet at the same time as a young girl who works in Costa, we came out the cubical at the same time and DID NOT WASH HER HANDS. I think this is awful considering covid and general hygiene. Not one to complain but this really put me off

It’s been a while since I’ve visited the Burnage Costa. I was served by this lovely barista called Sanjay. I really enjoyed my hazelnut latte with the muffin he recommended. I will definitely be visiting again as the service was friendly and I didn’t have to wait much 😊

The barista called Lucy should respect customers more. All I asked for was a warm bottle of water not from the fridge, she made fun of it with her colleagues while i was waiting for the coffe… they seemed annoyed only because they had to go to the backroom to get a bottle of water? The shop wasn’t even busy… won’t come back terrible customer service So rude.

Clean welcoming shop. Polite helpful batista with perfectly made drinks. However at 8am no breakfast products available other than toast. Only 2 items in cake counter too.

Still open despite appearances with it being hidden at the back of the store it's exceptionally quiet, nice coffee and friendly staff even in this trying time.

It was a costa BUT the staff were very good Tucked at the back of tesco and the coffee ☕ was brilliant Hate chains but good one

Wasn't best pleased waiting over ten minutes to get served, I wouldn't mind there was only one person in front of me ordering a cheese toasty and something else. When I eventually got seen too, my coffee lattee was lukewarm. Won't be calling back there anytime soon.

I love it! The employees are really nice and I love their toast with butter and jam and the mozzarella and tomatoes. It is simply amazing!!

Decided to try costa burnage this time as it was ok last week. But I'm afraid as seems to be the case with costa generally at the moment the coffee was naff. And that was even after taking the first one back. The staff just don't seem bothered now and I'm rapidly giving up with them all

Sunday morning 11.30am.....quite busy....2 girls working....one appreciates this and is working fast, efficiently and multi tasking with pace.....the 2nd girl making the coffees, is slow, lethargic and completely unaware of the growing unrestleness in the queue, such a contrast between the two.....

Average, coffee a little expensive but go for what suits your price.

Very nice place, lovely coffee & white toast (lovely bread), staff are friendly and helpful. Always a pleasure to go to Burnage Costa coffee in Tesco, husband does shopping while I have my 1st coffee.... 🤗

Central to shopping and offered the opportunity to have a coffee in situ or on the move.

Had a coffee and muffin. Very good but seeing a bit squashed, few comfy chairs available.Had to brush cake crumbs off my seat before I could sit. Blue berry muffin was moist and melt in the mouth. Coffee good but milk jugs are tiny not enough milk in.

The food waste in boxes at the side of the till, bits of food all over the floor and tables. Disgusting experience....!

Friendly very attractive Barista, perfectly wrapped and bagged cakes with knapkin to takeaway, perfect flat white, compared to usual just throw cakes only in bag, she actually cares about the service.

Amazing coffee and ice coffee, food is very expensive though

I remember him from Manchester city where he served 11people within few min(and he was alone)Still his surounding was kept very clean,not like other messy places -lets compare it wit StockportMersey shopping centre..I was so GLAD to see him actually in Burnage.Very attentive,smily face,never forgot to say:enjoy it!.Black short hair,green or blue eyes.This is the service I like in cofee shop. Welldone.Not5 but 6****** from me.

Coffee far to weak both latte and cappuccino also using full fat milk not semi .having owned a coffee bar I know what I am talking about . Will not be visiting again .

Wheelchair accessible with standard accessible bathroom w turning space (NOT A CHANGING PLACES ONE). Friendly staff , kind and helpful. They always being my drinks over. It's always spotless and quick service. I love it here, and treat myself at least once a week

Place is miserable, lighting dark, music was too loud. The latte was one of the worst have had at costa the coffee was weak, very wet latte. Had the same experience last timer was in that store. Won't be going again agaagain

Not up to scratch, staff rude and blunt, no apology when told they couldn't grill the toasty I wanted.
