We walked in around evening time, and the place was quite empty. We ordered straight away, but it took 45minutes just for bread to arrive, but it only arrived once we complained. The food wasn’t too bad, but the meat was quite fatty. And the platter we got was barely enough for 5 people.

As I am in town for work I decided to pop into here for dinner. I was warmly welcomed in and taken to my seat and initial impressions were very nice, classy and clean restaurant. I was seated and served by dzengho who provided me an excellent service with his recommendations and anything extra that I may have needed. The food if you look at the pictures actually speak for themselves. The nachos starter was scrumptious and the mains was delicious. I want to thank Dzengho for a wonderful experience. I will definitely return.

We were very excited to have a family evening out here as we have had a few nice take away from Yuces however the dine in was a real let down as the mixed platter was not entirely fresh and the meze was not entirely satisfying. To add to disappointment we were also told no Turkish tea nor hot drinks available ( first Turkish restaurant to only serve tea during AM and no hot drinks during PM). Will be our first and last visit here.

Style over substance - looks good but food quality, in particular the meat, is very poor. Tiny lamb chops, thin ribs, small cuts of chicken/lamb - everything you do not want when you go to a supposedly upmarket Turkish restaurant. Lots of hidden extra added onto the bill too that inflates and already overpriced menu.

Absolutely beautiful perfect Caesar salad. Really!

Food came quick and was good food as it was in there but to pay over £60 for food at home for two people just lets it down when other places do it for a lot less and foods just as nice.

Dzhengo our waiter today was superb, amazing good value for your money, highly recommended if you are around Harlow. Great meat.

Based on tonight’s experience I would not return…food was cold and when questioned if enjoyed was told to eat quicker!!!!! Then bill came with a service charge which I promptly had removed. No atmosphere and service was shocking took ages to get a drink. Value for money I think not

Nice food, good waiter, good singer with a wide variety of music across about 60 years.

We arrived at Yuce's with children after a day out, and although the adults weren't particularly hungry, we opted for a dish intended for four people. While the meat portion was sufficient, the couscous appeared to cater to only one person, and the rice portion barely satisfied half a person. To compensate, we ordered two extra portions of couscous. It was puzzling to find that a menu advertised for four people couldn't provide enough couscous and rice for even two individuals. Adding to the confusion was the single salad plate brought to the table for four people, which seemed inadequate given the meal's size. Comparing Yuce's to other Turkish restaurants in London ( such as Diyarbakir or Kervan Sofrasi,), where prices are lower but portions are more generous, raised suspicions. It felt as though Yuce's was prioritizing profit by skimping on portions. Moreover, when we requested glasses of water with ice and lemon, we were served plain water, and one glass was missing. After our meal, several of us experienced stomach discomfort, suggesting that the food might not have been fresh. Overall, our experience at Yuce's was disappointing. From lackluster starter to the insufficient portions to poor customer service , it's safe to say that we won't be returning anytime soon.

Its a great place, love the food , we enjoyed the Yuce's platter.The food was well presented and delicious, the staff are great and interact . Nora is very lovely and great live music.

The atmosphere was nice. Food service was okay, but we had the adanas, and they were so salty and oily. I've had adana all around london, and it is not that hard to make at home so a restaurant to make it like this is disappointing. For that price, i would expect top quality meat and a very tasty meal but it was not. Mac and chese is dead. I live in the area after I managed to have some time to try them out but was very disappointed with the food and the prices were ridiculous.

Had a meal on Sunday 11th Feb it was very tasty and a good portion.The food is very fairly priced and the staff can't do enough to make your visit the best it can be.

Very nice place. Our waiter Nora was very nice. The staff were interactive and catered for all of our needs. They have luxurious interior with tables for many people. The food was lovely and presented beautifully. Overall, 5 stars.

We have visited Yuces on a number of occasions and are never disappointed! Atmosphere is always so lovely and chilled, the food is ALWAYS amazing and where do I start with the hospitality!! Always treated with importance, very catering to our needs and overall so friendly. Special shout out to NORA the manager. She is amazing, so happy and accommodating and so warm. It's because of her we keep coming back!! Highly recommend! You won't be disappointed!

Food was delicious and service I can not complain about at all

I have been to this venue before, when it was under the previous ownership, and was not disappointed with the food and service. There is a wide variety of different meals one can sample, which are cooked to perfection on a grill. The food was well portioned, tasty, and more than enough to fill that hunger gap. Great place to eat and very reasonably priced, so it is worth trying out.

We enjoyed the Turkish platter for two. Meat was cooked perfectly. It wasn't as busy due to the Christmas time, but even then it wasn't too quiet. Cengo greeted and hosted us well - thank you for your excellent customer service. Well done to the chef on the day of our visit (28/12/23)- he knows what his doing!

We had a lovely experience at Yuce’s last night. The staff were amazing and very welcoming especially Nora, she was truly the highlight of our night and made everything even more special . I would 10/10 recommend!!!

Went for work xmas meal Food was very nice. After food, we went to party upstairs. Although we were the only people in there, we had a great night.

Came here for a xmas meal with work. Couldn't fault the food. The service however wasn't great with 1 guy serving tables. Drinks took 40 mins to order and arrive (delayed by a dancer coming out for half hour). Music for the dancer was too loud which interrupted any conversations you wanted to have. My cocktail didn't have any alcohol in and a flat sprite. When presented with the bill the deposit hadn't been taken off...that was quickly sorted. The restaurant was also freezing cold. The takeaway section was open to the cold winter air which then made the rest of the restaurant cold. I sat with my coat over my shoulders for most of the night. The table in front also had their coats on. Eventually i asked for the heating to be turned on (as a customer i shouldn't have to do that and staff should recognise that people were sat with coats on) Yes the food was good but areas could do with improvement. I woukd go back again as food was reasonably priced

Ordered a delivery from Uber eats, the driver driver didn’t give us our drinks and after calling up Yuces sent out another 2 drinks and delivered them. Thank you Nora for your excellent customer service. The food was delicious also.

We went their for our first time today as a family 12/12/2023. And honestly the food was amazing ! And wē meet This lovely staff member called laura i believe her name was ! She was so welcoming from start to finish! She even put a christmas song on for our daughter and got up and danced with her! She made our night even more special ! Thank you so much :) . We will defentially be back soon x

Beautiful restaurant, beautiful atmosphere, above all good food… Definitely visiting again.

Went there for a Christmas do. Food was nothing to write home about. Chicken wings were underdone. The dip that came with hot meze was clearly shop-bought sweet chilli sauce rather than the traditional Turkish chilli condiment. Chicken shish was quite nice but food generally didn’t seem of great quantity or that they cared much about it. Service wasn’t great either, drinks took ages to arrive and waiters seemed stroppy when we asked for tap water (with our other drinks). Wouldn’t go again.

They ripped us off! We booked for my daughter’s 30th 25 people. We all paid deposit paid for drinks as e ordered them. Yet they charged us the set menu price without taking off the deposit. The chef argued with two of my guests about his dry salmon. It was very cold too. Beautiful venue but 😳!!!! Because we all paid individually that’s how they did it or they are very inexperienced. DJ was great!

The service was amazing and BIG SHOUT OUT TO Brian he was such a good host so warm and welcoming and very professional. Made me and my friend feel very welcomed and took pictures of us after in different locations. The food was mouthwatering would definitely recommend anyone to come as they offer alcoholic beverages as well as mock tails and definitely a good fit for a night out or a family meal with the little ones. 10/10 :)

Food was great, the staff was very freindly and helpful. The mixed grill was amazing if you have a hungry group you will not be disappointed its huge and delicious. One thing let the place down was cocktails would recommend sticking with beer or wine if you want a drink

Celebrated my birthday today here. We are new around the area and this is our first time at Yuce's! I would highly recommend it especially for special occasions. Lora was very helpful even if we had to change the reservation last minute. We received 5 star service with her who made my birthday extra special by dancing with us, teaching my how to make cocktails and simply singing happy birthday. Thank you so much! The Restaurant's atmosphere is lovely and we are definitely going here again in the near future. Well done! You have trained your staff well with their excellent service! Food was amazing!!!

We came here to celebrate a birthday. The food was delicious, staff were amazing. Nora was perfect. She made sure everyone was having a nice time.

Wraps are very small portions compared to other Turkish places. Also delivery is clearly done without a bag that keeps the food warm because it always arrives cold and soggy.

Great food and wonderful staff. My four nephews 11,10,8 & 5 were treated to amazing food and fell in love with the 'posh' restaurant and wait staff. Lol. We had the place to ourselves on a sleepy Sunday and we're able to enjoy ourselves at ease. Thank you to the staff who let my nephews help clear the table lol They really felt at home I guess 🤣

I visited last week Thursday for my cousins birthday and we had such a great evening, although it was just my cousin and I in the restaurant Nora made us feel soo welcomed. I will be back soon enough the food was great!

Beautiful restaurant very classy. Our waitress was Faz and I have never had a waitress so polite friendly and understanding! Please thank Faz for all of her wonderful hospitality. All staff were very welcoming and opened the doors for us, very understanding and patient as I had my energetic 3 year old son with me. Nice food and drink lovely evening. Thank you again.

Much larger portions than we were expecting, and absolutely delicious. They did seem to get the dessert order muddled, but still very pleasant, and tasty.

Unfortunately this is a big 'never again'. The food tastes cheap, smells strange, small portions but very expensive. Not worth the money. I have been sick for hours to my stomach after I ate there ... Service charge is very big percentage and looks ike it was mandatory payment. Is not mentioned that is optional so had to be paid. Nice staff but this doesn't help when you are hungry and you just want a tasty meal.

The staff were very attentive and pleasant, the food was excellent and good value for money. We went midweek and the place was very quiet but I would imagine it would be very busy at the weekend. I would highly recommend this place.

Ordered for takeout, drive came pretty quick. When we opened the food we found the spring rolls were old and had simply been refried, bread was burnt and hard as a rock salad had brown discolouration on it, garlic sauce tasted like sour milk ruined all the taste. See photos for extra points Yuces. Perhaps in the future don’t dish out old food at your convenience trying to make an extra buck from your customers. Disappointed and very poor customer service.

Yuce’s is a regular stop for me nearly every week . They do a fantastic lunch menu offering great value for money It has to be the best place to go in Harlow town centre for lunch. The menu is £12.95 for 2 coarse Or £14.95 for 3 coarse. I normally have the same dishes but EVERYTHING I’ve tried so far is very good , you can’t beat the value for money. Also staff and restaurant are great , really nice Decor , lovely tables and seating. They have very good staff professional and very helpful, my usual server is a guy called Jenga , he is very friendly Professional and has a very warming welcome when you arrive. Honestly check this place out , it is great ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Great packaging and tasty food. Slightlt pricier than other turkish places but very good portion size as well, I'd say you get more than when you eat in. One meal is definitely enough for 2 people.

We booked a table for 7 on a weekday evening. Believe me when I day there was no other customers other than our table. We were there from 6.30 till 10 The food was a little on the pricier side, nevertheless it was very good. We had a little one with us, and he ate free. The portion size was decent. The atmosphere was extremely quiet, maybe because it was a weekday. There was an issue with parking as there is no car park.

Had a really good experience at the actual restaurant, although i found the same meal ordered for delivery disappointing. the tiny pot of yoghurt had leaked in the bag (maybe no fault of the restaurant) you might want to try different pots. the food itself wasn’t as nice as served in the restaurant. might try again as i do want to support local businesses but for the price it has to be a bit better, cheers

Terrible experience. Waited over 20 minutes in an empty restaurant, nobody even asked if we wanted drinks, let alone food. No excuse for being busy as there was about 4 customers seated. Waited 20 minutes without service and walked out. Sounds like the rave upstairs was well catered for though.

The dancer was very fun and staff Brian, Laura and Chloe were extremely lovely to us all. Very good service! And the music was enjoyable too :)

Absolutely terrible delivery service. Ordered 3 seperate times. First one they got wrong and we didn’t complain, 2nd they got wrong, we complained, they said they were too busy to help and offered us 10%discount. We stupidly tried them again and gave them the benifit of the doubt however this time, they forgot a few things and put half the amount of meat that they usually do. Absolutely rude on the phone. Terrible service and can’t seem to be able to read a simple menu. Will never go or order from here again

We were celebrating a colleague's birthday and they kept serving us free cocktails! Very friendly staff and stunning restaurant. Food is very good and service is quick. Will come back for sure
