Ystalyfera Kebab in Powys

Paid for bottle of coke.....didn't get it, the salad had a weird milky colour liquid falling out of it when I took it out of the bag, the chips were so greasy and overcooked I gave them back to the delivery man when he gad to come back with my bottle of coke, £30 something for crap.

Delivery guy brilliant the idiot on the phone called me I lier because I ordered a chicken burger they sent a beef burger and because I bit in to it they said it was are fault” really “” aggressive manger reaction when phoned to complain told us we’re barred for it apsasulte disgrace been ordering here regularly for years as well stay away and avoid this poo hole no respect and other cleaner places available

We ordered 3 wraps, all of them tasted terrible, had a prominent greasy taste to it, couldn't even eat half of it. My mate had chicken bacon pizza which was alright.

Always had a good meal from here. From pizza, wraps, kebab to suit your taste. Never disappointed, large potions. Quick service from busy friendly staff. Believe its cash only unless your ordering via just eats?

I have ordered from here 3 times this week, I’m new to this and don’t have a negative thing to say all the food I’ve tried so far is amazing, delivery drivers are very nice and food comes relatively fast.

The best kebab restaurant I have ever been to, and I used to be head kebab reviewer for the Swansea Times. Unbelieveable service, amazing food and an impeccable atmosphere. One of the staff is extremely good at Clash Royale and even gave me some helpful tips to up my game - thank you!

I've used Ystalyfera Kebab many times via FoodHub, and every time the food has been on point. It tasted delicious, was presented brilliantly, and any requests you may have are catered to. My only criticism is that when you pre-order food, it tends to get a bit shaky when it arrives. For example I placed an order at 6:30pm for delivery at around 8pm and it arrived at 8:15pm and was lukewarm. Don't get me wrong, this was a Friday night and I understand there are people other than me, but I highly recommend this place for some amazing pizza, and their kebabs are to die for.

Medium kebab was way bigger than expected and good quality

I love this place. Great food, never got an order wrong, delivery times are good too. Only thing I don't recommend is the chips but that's a purely personal thing 😊

The best kebab shop around! Lots of choice, food is delicious and always hot and fresh, no grease at all unlike other kebab shops. Fast and friendly service with helpful staff and reasonably priced too!! Highly recommended 👌

Ordered from here a few times. The food is great, it's delivered nice and hot and their menu is quite extensive. There's usually a 45 minutes wait for delivery at the weekend, its much quicker during the week.

Very easy to order over the phone with polite staff. Takes card payments unlike the majority of take aways around this area. Fantastic food that was delivered by a nice driver.

I came to pick up some food today the food was a chef kiss I enjoyed it so much that this is the only time you'll see a review from this account im making this review because its the best food that has ever touched my mouth big up the cooks and they were all super friendly.

Food is always great, staff are welcoming and friendly, quick service. Only take away we go to.

I did order online the food came to me but they forgot a can coke myself who has autism and mental health phoned them up to be answered by guy who you could not understand and kept saying hello are you their all the time and not listening to you at all so had to hung up phone as my anxiety and Autism was getting affected by this . My mother ring them instead and she couldent even make sense of what the guy was saying also the chips was really digusting and horrible couldent eat it at all and the mint sauce in the kabab wrap was horrible as well not first time they forgot the drink as they did it while back but lucky then they sorted it out but not this time as can't make sense of the person . Mostly order from her arlot lately but seems to have gone down hill arlot . My child drink can was also broken the lid of it so was hard to even get that open as well which caused problems as she has problems .

Special chicken shish kebab/wrap is delicious. High quality take away

The pizza at Ystalyfera Kebab is the best that I have had, and the staff at the shop are welcoming. If you're local and thinking about ordering from a chain, I'd definitely recommend giving this place a try first.

If ordering food pay on delivery not online becouse there's a chance u won't get it and as iv been told there's nothing that they can do about

Ordered 2 kebabs and chips tonight, food was prepped miserable bloke chucked on the salad didn't pay attention when I requested chilli sauce chucked on chillis instead, thought it came to quite a lot and though they may of overcharged but didn't go back it wasn't u till I got home I realised they hadn't put chips in my order but had changed me £4.20 for chilli bites which I didn't order, food wasn't too bad but chicken and the kofta wasn't cut in kebab it was just one big lump

food is great but delievery time is unacceptable. said 55 minutes turned out to be 3 hours.

Wow, what pizza. Literally two slices of Tims top meat feast was enough to settle any stomach. At first, I thought I thought he would deliver a thin crust, but little did i know this cheeky dish would be a deep pan experience anyone could want, with all the meat you could only ever dream of. Not only does £10 tickle the taste buds, but it also gets you what you want, where you want. Ask them for Tim's five meat treat, you wont be disappointed! He simply puts the phowr, into carnivore, right to your door.

Am new to the area and I thought I would treat myself to a family kabab which is £29.90 and a combo box £5.50 when they delivered the order it wasnt hot and very uncooked also found hair all over my food but also the chips was over cooked and there was loads of grease I will not be ordering food for here again I would rather go somewhere else to order food also I had to have a trip to the hospital before of this thank you

Wont be going again. Rubbery and hard chips and the burger tasted overcooked and plain horrible. Only eat it because I'm hungry now I feel sick

When this place opened the food was brilliant and I raved about it. More recently the food has been very poor quality. Hasn't tasted very good and has been swimming in grease.

Visited on a Saturday evening recently whilst in the area, as seemed the better option compared to those we'd seen in Ystrad. Place didn't seem too busy (only one person waiting and only one delivery went out whilst there), but therefore meant we were served quickly. Ordered a full house which was OK for the price, however when I got it back home found that one of the toppings it should have had was missing, so knocked a star off for that. As was only visiting the area and was leaving the following day didn't see the point in driving all the way back to have them sort it. Complementary pot of garlic dipping sauce, which was nice to see as not many seem to do that these days (bar dominos). Would visit again if in the area.
