Won’t recommend this shop🤢 Worst and bad test of sweet treat/ cakes ever I’ve tried. Unprofessional owner and staffs..

🚨won’t recommend 🚨rude and unprofessional owner.🚨stay away of this shop🚨 I paid for a birthday cake with bannana and walnut. when I cut it in my party, cake was really musty with 3thick very dry sponge and No banana and walnut inside. I couldn’t sleehole night from stomachache after eating that cake. I went to the shop with the cake to have a refund. owner said there was mistake in your order and i asked for refund then unbelievably with cheeky he said because you didn’t like our cake I can’t refund. at least he didn’t apologise for the bad experience I had with them. I forced to take some walnut and pestachio instead of my money,despite both walnuts and pestachio was so old and not fresh. Don’t waste you money in this shop for old products. 🚨POOR customer service 🚨

We went to my pastries and bread. we had to wait in the bread queue for more than 45 minutes for five breads. in the interim that we were waiting the owners friends kept coming in and collecting bread that had been ordered whereas when we had found up we were told he could not order ahead of time when he had to come and wait in the shop in the queue. in the end it was six of us that wanted five breads each, and we were all queuing up. next thing we know the disgusting man who makes the breads said oh there's too many of you in the shop one of you can just wait and collect for the others. then the shift changed and the next person was abusive and rude saying that I was not allowed to have 30 breads and the maximum was five. I explained that there was six of us we had been queuing and we were told that to stop the shop being busy only one of us should stay inside. he then provided 5 present said this is all he could give they are the rudest most disgusting people I have ever come across. their shop is completely unhygienic I had heard from another shopper at the same day outside where they said to me you should not shop here they have cockroaches where they cook the bread. in addition they have been raided by immigration authorities three times for having illegal workers there. since having spoken to the lady that gave me this information we have refused to go back to this disgraceful rude Dirty shop In addition I did hear that they always say their card machine is not working and demand cash which clearly is a tax issue

I have been going to Youna for my bread for a while now. Their double seeded Sangak is properly soured and traditionally baked in a fire pit with the pebbles etc. Tasty. Highly recommended.

Excellent bakery, best persian pastries, cakes and their bread is amazing. Have been coming here for a few years now.
