Not fresh. food was really cold.delivery took only 5 to 6 minutes because food wasn’t fresh. Poor customer service from them. Really disappointed with the delivery service and food quality.

Beautiful location and good food

The clucker fries are absolutely amazing. Best thing on the menu in my opinion. My kids love them aswell and we regularly order on Uber eats just for this item . The smash burger is also immense!!

Never buy the fish burger from here, looks nothing like the picture advertised. The fish was over cooked and rock solid, had 1 bite and threw it away as it was absolutely disgusting!

Situated at a busy part of Acocks Green. This part of the road is becoming like a food court having many food outlets , both take away and in house dinning. Tasty food , great service and reasonable rates . Overall experience was nice . Visited with family. Love to visit again .

Just came up to see my Son and family, my daughter in-law advised me to get a burger at "You want Beef" Bloody amazing Loved it Very tasty Top 5 of the best burgers i have ever eaten I will be back next month

Dont try their wings. They do buy 1 get one free on uner. Under cooked, very little flavour. It was cooked very fast but too sticky between the bones. Their mash burger is very good though.

It’s honestly unfair to other wings - nothing will ever compare. I’m genuinely considering writing these wings into my will. The crispy, golden skin is perfection, shattering delicately with every bite and giving way to the juiciest most tender chicken I’ve ever had.. and the sauce... don’t even get me started. Sweet, tangy, with just the right amount of spice - it’s as if they’ve bottled pure magic and drenched the wings in it. I’ve had my fair share of wings in my time, but these are on a whole other level. If you’re reading this and haven’t tried them yet, what are you even doing? Stop wasting time and get yourself some of these wings.

Ironically didn’t get any beef items but this particular chicken burger was popular so had to go with it. A nice and tasty burger, cooked well and the topping complimented it, the gherkin, American cheese and house sauce. The skin on fries were nice, not usually a fan of them but not bad. Will definitely try other items next time.

As a burger lover, I can say that the burgers from here are exceptionally delicious and worth trying. Only the chicken burger isn't as best as the beef but really tasty. Juicy and smells delicious.... Would really recommend ♡☆prices are better than other places for the same quality. Would RECOMMEND

Even if the beef classic hamburger is no longer very hot, it tasted very good which surprised us. recommend. about the drink selection, hm....only soft drinks we could choose that time. hope they will provide iced coffee, iced tea in the future.

One of my favourite burger restaurants, both beef & chicken burgers are excellent. Cooked fresh & juicy, the fries are excellent & my lad loves the kids nugget meal which is a decent size for a kids meal. The Mother Clucker Stack is probably one of my favourites.

The place was cold but food n service was OK tbh what was annoying n frustrating the guy serving at counter looked half dead his clothes were dirty stains on his top n trousers that was off putting what a let down otherwise to be fair cleanliness of the place was on point just him. Ordered classic meal - Bun was cold and I’ve had a sick feeling all day. Got my son a chicken burger meal did not look good he had a few bites and could not eat anymore as he said it tasted weird.. Hope I don’t have food poisoning 😔

My experience was the food was good. I usually eat from pepes and I'm used to a really warmed up hot chicken burger. I felt the meat was slightly cold here. Only eaten here once, so could have been a one off experience.

Sick of wasting my money here. Order is wrong 8/10 times. They served me 2 single pattie burgers when i paid for double patties but I had it for take away and found the error when I got home when I called to complain I was told I would be reimbursed on next order and when I ordered again today the Manager claims there was no mistake. This has happened several times now so will not be ordering again. Customer service is poor.

Disgusting serving from girls (Simra) who think they are working at a beauty salon as opposed to a restaurant. Laughing and talking about customers flirting with them. Sort out your service if you want to continue business in the area. Waited over an hour for a takeaway they forgot about! How pathetic.

Food is really good from here. Sometimes the service is slow but overall not bad. Its a small shop so can get busy especially during afternoons and weekends. Parking is available if you find a space on street or just outside the shop but it's timed.

Love the food from here the chicken burgers are amazing. The only thing needs improving is that the ladies on the till need to be more welcoming and have better customer service skills.

We order a lot from here and go there regularly. My partner forgot his leaflet and even though they know him by now the cashier refused to give him the discount and never gave him the leaflets as he should've with the order in spite. Very disappointed with the service after being loyal customers since they opened. Will not be returning.

Ordered about 20 times (at least) from here so thought I owed them a review. They always get the food out to me fast, delivered fresh and hot. Granted, I'm not far away, but it keeps me coming back! Nice packaging too. The No Beef / Curly fries are great for those who prefer non meat stuff. I've had the lotus milkshake several times and it rivals the dedicated dessert shops, it's really good. Beef stuff, I haven't tried enough but I think the burger was on the smaller side if I recall. I think I need to have it in store to give them the best chance.

It was alright, just your average high end fast food shop. The food is decent but is expensive. In my opinion it is best to try it out but wouldn't really recommend as there are better options out there for a much better price.

Ordered three burgers and some sides on their app and picked up the food. When I got home, I noticed there were only two burgers in the bag. I called up and they took my details and said they would deliver the burger within 30-45mins. I did not receive it and called again after 45 mins. They, again, said they would deliver it. It has now been 2hrs since I called and safe to say the burger isn't going to arrive. Will not be going there again and would recommend you check your order before leaving the place!

Classic burger is amazing. Two juicy patties but I'd reccomend foing for chilli and mayo instead of the Algerian sauce makes the burger so much better. Perfectly cooked not overdone or undercooked.

I ordered form this place earlier this evening. Truly phenomenal. The beef burger was succulent and so flavourful it honestly surprised me. The fries were crunchy and fluffy on the inside. Will definitely be ordering again.

Burgers were perfectly cooked, their sauces are delicious and the loaded fries were delicious too. Can't fault anything at all...looking forwards to returning and trying something different

I've been ordering here twice a week for a few months now so thought it was enough experience to leave an accurate review. I usually order the spicy mother clucker burger. It can be amazing but a good chance it would be average. The problem they have is serious inconsistency. 4 out of at least 20 orders have been the best chicken burger around. The rest have been average. Their batter changes daily and rarely is the same as the previous order. The crispness and how overdone the batter is also changes. For a place to continue to be successful it needs to be repeatedly reliable. Please take note and I hope they can improve upon the consistency issues. The strips are excellent. The fries are good. The beef burger is ok, there is a lot of local competition which makes it less compelling for a beef burger.

If you want five guys tasting burgers a bit cheaper, visit this place!! Delicious wings in sweet chilli sauce, banging fries/chips, great tasting beef burgers and they will alter what goes on it for a small fee, milkshakes are legit and same for the mocktails. Nice vibe in there, 2 led lined seating areas and one medium seating area, me and my bf likey alot

Ordered two beef burgers and two chicken burgers. The beef burgers were very nice and as described in the menu. The chicken burgers were far too spicy, one of them was the mother clucker which is not described as spicy in the menu.. my daughter couldn't eat it!

OMG first time of visiting this establishment. Me and Thin J had Spicy Mother Clucker meal with VIP Milk shake. This the best fast food takeaway in Acocks Green. It’s a must come and try the food yourself. 😀 Thank you to those who cooked the food 10/10 all day.

Better customer service please! One burger was missing from my order and when I called up to ask for replacement or refund, they were really rude and didn't do anything to help. Won't be going back, lots of other places where they treat their customers better!

Seen a lot of reviews with people, the place was rammed and a waited for ages... I went to this place the other night and it was a not too busy, and the the smash burger I had was the best I've ever had. My advice is to go when it's quiet I guess
