Ordered through deliveroo! very disappointed with the quality food was terrible, this was a waste of money honestly. I hate to trow food away but the salmon teriaki i ordered was non edible. dry,overcook, and bad taste. All sushi were tasteless, the gyoza look like they were cooked two days ago. Awful experience.

En Clerkenwell, hay un gran chef allí, el fideo de mariscos es perfecto, justo e. sol. gambas suculentas, salmón no recocido, migas de pan crujiente de pollo katsu, el terriyaki de res es sabroso, una vez, la carne era como cubitos de filete de res medio bien hecho, esa vez estaba muy impresionado, pero depende de qué chef, si se obtiene bueno o wow El sushi es notablemente más fresco y sabroso que las cadenas más grandes y se puede ver que lo hacen durante todo el día. Visité alrededor de las 6 pm un sábado por la tarde de verano y era la única en esta pequeña tienda. Supuse que cerrarían pronto, porque faltaban muchas opciones de comida en el estante, dejando una elección limitada. De hecho, están abiertos hasta las 22:00 horas.  Solo me quedaba una caja, pero pensé que el chico moreno y alto detrás del mostrador estaba preguntando algo mientras la empacaba. Mientras pagaba, volvió a decir algo. Le pregunté qué había dicho, ¡luego me di cuenta de que tenía un auricular y estaba hablando por teléfono con alguien! ! !  El sashimi estaba bien, pero sabía y parecía que había sido preparado muchas horas antes. Solo aceptan tarjetas también. En general, no me impresionó el grosero 'servicio' y la comida mediocre. Tal vez visitar más temprano en el día cuando la comida es más fresca podría ser mejor.

Missing order of tuna nigiri. Edamame so old they were yellowed and bitter tasting, probably had been microwaved many times. The truly tiny slivers of wasabi that were included were crusted over with a brownish edge. The maki rolls themselves were fine but this was not a good experience.

Ordered a take Chicken Katsu Curry one evening as this is a 'Best Seller' for the fast-food chain. Meet with a very polite and helpful sales assistant who pleasant took my order and gave me my cooked meal. From there, things went downhill. 1 - Assistant did not put the curry in my bag so I had to trip back to the restaurant to get a curry sauce. Wasting my time. 2 - Got back to my office to find the chicken was not fully cooked as the chicken was just about dead and the coated was pale, not fried as it should have been. 3 - Called the manager, Billel on the phone speaking on my experience only to be meet by hostility. "We do not give refund here. You have to email customer services. This is a first. How can a restaurant not issue out refunds and not even an apology for their lack of service. I will not be spending any more money in the chain.

The food was pretty good. The miso soup tasted good but there was absolutely no substance to it (no tofu etc.). I was a bit disappointed with the amount of ginger I received - I asked for a little extra and they gave me, in total, only 3 slices for a whole box. Otherwise decent.

I normally get my sushi from Wasabi or Itsu but thought I'd give You Me Sushi a go for a change. It was my first time and will be my last time there. Service was so-so. Not awful but not as friendly as you'd get from Itsu or Pret. Just going through the motions. I wasn't happy at having to ask specially for the free miso soup that's advertised as coming with the large sushi boxes. The biggest problem is the quality of the sushi. The rice was far too wet so the sushi didn't really hold together at all well. The salmon is stingily sliced so the balance between fish and (wet) rice is wrong. The miso soup was also weak and hardly contained any seaweed or tofu. The food here is not even up to some of the worst supermarket sushi I've ever eaten. I wouldn't mind so much if this was a budget option but Itsu would have been cheaper for an equivalent box and the quality would have been that much higher.

Appalling. I took one bight out of the crab hand roll and the taste of it made me immediately start heaving, I couldn't eat a bit of it. The taste Was as if it had been sat round for weeks. Rotten. I then took it appart and discovered there was a tiny bit of crab meat only attached to some ( still hard) crab claw. The prawn Katsu were greasy and low quality and the sushi rolls were bland. I hardly touched any of the order after the crab claw hand roll and was that disgusted I had to ask them for a refund and to take the food away! This Experience has certainly put me off sushi for a while and yo me sushi for life! Awful awful awful.

I am absolutely disgusted that I have still not received my refund... Before Christmas I tried to order online and the order came to £35.00. An error message appeared so I tried again and the same thing happened. I decided to not proceed with the order and instead I cooked. Three days later I noticed on my bank statement that you me sushi had deducted over £70 from my bank. I called the store and they said it was nothing to do with them and they would get head office to call me. No one called me so I called again 2 days later. Finally three days later £35 appeared in my bank. I then called again asking where the rest of my money was. I was told head office was shut for Christmas and if have to wait. Still no one has ever called me back and I called the store again and was advised the manager was in a meeting. All I want is my money back! I have not had any food from your store and it's absolutely disgusting that you have taken money from my account and are now ignoring me. I am going to continue to post on every website I can about the poor service/customer care until I get my full refund.

Il ristorante non è bellissimo, infatti abbiamo optato per il sushi takeaway, ma non esclude il fatto che sia molto buono e soprattutto cucinato con pesce fresco. Servizio molto rapido e gentile, il menù varia da molti tipi di riso al sushi piu bizzarro. Consigliato per una cena o un pranzo informale se si è di fretta.

The worst in all just eat list. 1h30 to be delivered. A driver who smells alcohol that claims your phone is not working even though someone is calling right in front of him. And to finish, showers you with insults as he leaves. Avoid at all cost. You better off with the Baker Street shop. Will never order again!

So i work around Grays inn road and this place is quite close for a quick lunch. I used to like the dragon roll here but the last 2 times i have eaten here, the food seems to be stale! It quite annoying because it is NOT a cheap lunch...what happened to their quality standards is ridiculously sad! VERY UPSET!

Well done ❤️ Youmesushi did it ❤️ I work 3 minutes away from the shop. I use to go there quiet often with my colleagues for sushi's, but honestly the service was slow and the shop was extremely dirty so we kind of lost our appetites when we enter the shop for health and safety reason we were wondering what the kitchen would look like when the shop it self looked horrifying. The biggest surprise when I went last week as a colleague of mine came back with a chicken katsu and told me to go and check it out, I was speechless the shop looks amazing the service was extremely fast, very friendly tall handsome Latino guy that seemed to be the manager and an Asian guy mad the shift looked easy serving big queue of hungry people, very good atmosphere, There is no wonder why the shop is very busy and full of people eating in when I remember 3 months ago it was a grab and go shop. Well done Younesushi you getting back your customers, as me and my colleagues are eating there every single day, and it's a worth spend of money when you sit down with nice music and butterfly all around you served with delicious sushi's. Very cleaver.

Absolutely abysmal service delivery was over 1 hour 20 minutes late with absolutely no reason!! After 20 minutes I called the restaurant and the phones would not ring. I called the Marylebone shop they said a few customers had called with the same complaint there was nothing they could do. After 40 minutes I called a just eat customer service who was incredibly helpful but had the same problem. Finally after an hour k got a call from the store with no apology Saying it had left the shop and would be 20 minutes. I explained that I live 5 minutes away so would expect it sooner. I then got a second call about 2 minutes later from someone else at you me saying my order was ready to be collected by the bike should be with me soon. So the first man had obviously lied. I asked to collect it myself they said no it will be here in 10. 15 minutes later I was told another 5 minutes. 10 minutes after that I was told another 5 minutes. It really is unacceptable and inexcusable and I definitely hope to hear from someone from you me sushi about it!!!

Food Quality - I've eaten from YouMeSushi numerous times before but I have to say the food quality from this particular restaurant was well below average. The salmon nigiri and rice didn't taste fresh. Delivery Time - Delivery took 1 hour 8 minutes for two food items. Food arrived 20 minutes past the estimated delivery time (in the middle of the afternoon on a Monday).

I love this place. I eat here before I have to work. However, I’d suggest fixing the toilet. It’s been broken for 2 months, as a regular customer this is something they should look for if they want to improve service. That’s why I don’t give 5 ⭐️

Excellent food! Though this is our first time trying omakase, we have been to several degustation restaurants m and Sushi on Jones did not dissapoint!!! Been to japan as well as exclusive japanese restaurantsin London, New York and Japan so trust me when i tell you the food was amazing!!!

Whenever I’m in London I eat the Chicken Katsu Curry from wasabi. The one from this particular branch was as good as always. The portions might not be as big as at the one in Victoria, where it’s not prepackaged, but the taste is the same. The curry tastes like in Japan and is worth every penny if you ask me:)

Ordered salmon don and chicken katsu curry for delivery. Salmon don doesn't look great compared to images or website but it's barely passable I guess. Chicken katsu curry has barely anything in it, chicken looks sad and depressed. Do not order this. A shame as reviews for this place look good but it seems they don't uphold nearly the same quality for delivery so do bear that in mind. For the price you're paying I do not recommend.
