Ordered through deliveroo! very disappointed with the quality food was terrible, this was a waste of money honestly. I hate to trow food away but the salmon teriaki i ordered was non edible. dry,overcook, and bad taste. All sushi were tasteless, the gyoza look like they were cooked two days ago. Awful experience.

Food 25 minutes late and a main item missing, this is negligent and very sloppy!!! When I called them she had a rude attitude and made out like I was at fault. Never again with these people!!!!

Salmon & Avocado Temaki came with cucumber instead of avocado.

Claimed had been delivered when it hadn’t been so it had to be resent.

I was a regular customer but last week they completely failed to deliver and falsely claimed they had. No answer on the phone and no apology since. JustEat eventually gave me a refund but this was still a terrible experience.

Cold Chicken, no sauce, and patchy molding of my Duck dish. The measly six pieces, merged, stuck and split. A 12 year old could have done better at what I expect to be the architecture of Sushi! Seems I got the dregs on the late shift.

Supuse que cerrarían pronto, porque faltaban muchas opciones de comida en el estante, dejando una elección limitada. De hecho, están abiertos hasta las 22:00 horas.  Solo me quedaba una caja, pero pensé que el chico moreno y alto detrás del mostrador estaba preguntando algo mientras la empacaba. Missing order of tuna nigiri. Edamame so old they were yellowed and bitter tasting, probably had been microwaved many times. The truly tiny slivers of wasabi that were included were crusted over with a brownish edge. The maki rolls themselves were fine but this was not a good experience.

Good food, unfortunately the delivery driver did not read the delivery instructions. But he rang and the food got here

Debo decir que me encanta, el sabor es perfecto, la mezcla es exquisita. Lo súper recomiendo y los precios son muy razonables. Tienen mucha variedad de sushis y también sopas deliciosas.

Best miso soup I have found so far+ also best vegan sushi I have actually found - not too many places do actually vegan sushi... will come again.

Ordered a take Chicken Katsu Curry one evening as this is a 'Best Seller' for the fast-food chain. Meet with a very polite and helpful sales assistant who pleasant took my order and gave me my cooked meal. From there, things went downhill. 1 - Assistant did not put the curry in my bag so I had to trip back to the restaurant to get a curry sauce. Wasting my time. 2 - Got back to my office to find the chicken was not fully cooked as the chicken was just about dead and the coated was pale, not fried as it should have been. 3 - Called the manager, Billel on the phone speaking on my experience only to be meet by hostility. "We do not give refund here. You have to email customer services. This is a first. How can a restaurant not issue out refunds and not even an apology for their lack of service. I will not be spending any more money in the chain.

The payment was taken. the food was not delivered at all. when we called to the restaurant to ask why, they were every rude answering us.

Really good chicken katsu, I've ordered it so many times in person and for delivery (also the chicken gyozas are great) the delivery was really speedy and the driver was cheerful

I order a salmon teriyaki rice and the rice is so sticky,which make me feel like eating congee. My friend eat ramen soup. The soup is in bad smell and very salty.

The Mochi arrived warm and was inedible. Also, the 'strawberry' flavour definitely didn't taste like strawberry!

It was very nice only we received seafood noodle soup instead of spicy chicken but we liked the seafood noodle soup.

Costs a bit more, but you get quality for it. Definitely prefer this to likes of Itsu or Abokado quality wise. Has a discount half an hour before closing so if you are in the area it's well worth to drop by.

Wrong sauce and ice cream had been re frozen.

This place gave me bad tummy... twice... i guess it's my fault second time. I love sushi and would recommend Japan center if you after good and not too expensive sushi

The guy said he is going to bring me back 5p change but he just disappeared and never come back.

The food was pretty good. The miso soup tasted good but there was absolutely no substance to it (no tofu etc.). I was a bit disappointed with the amount of ginger I received - I asked for a little extra and they gave me, in total, only 3 slices for a whole box. Otherwise decent.

Delicious sushi - would absolutely order again

I normally get my sushi from Wasabi or Itsu but thought I'd give You Me Sushi a go for a change. It was my first time and will be my last time there. Service was so-so. Not awful but not as friendly as you'd get from Itsu or Pret. Just going through the motions. I wasn't happy at having to ask specially for the free miso soup that's advertised as coming with the large sushi boxes. The biggest problem is the quality of the sushi. The rice was far too wet so the sushi didn't really hold together at all well. The salmon is stingily sliced so the balance between fish and (wet) rice is wrong. The miso soup was also weak and hardly contained any seaweed or tofu. The food here is not even up to some of the worst supermarket sushi I've ever eaten. I wouldn't mind so much if this was a budget option but Itsu would have been cheaper for an equivalent box and the quality would have been that much higher.

Appalling. I took one bight out of the crab hand roll and the taste of it made me immediately start heaving, I couldn't eat a bit of it. The taste Was as if it had been sat round for weeks. Rotten. I then took it appart and discovered there was a tiny bit of crab meat only attached to some ( still hard) crab claw. The prawn Katsu were greasy and low quality and the sushi rolls were bland. I hardly touched any of the order after the crab claw hand roll and was that disgusted I had to ask them for a refund and to take the food away! This Experience has certainly put me off sushi for a while and yo me sushi for life! Awful awful awful.

I am absolutely disgusted that I have still not received my refund... Before Christmas I tried to order online and the order came to £35.00. An error message appeared so I tried again and the same thing happened. I decided to not proceed with the order and instead I cooked. Three days later I noticed on my bank statement that you me sushi had deducted over £70 from my bank. I called the store and they said it was nothing to do with them and they would get head office to call me. No one called me so I called again 2 days later. Finally three days later £35 appeared in my bank. I then called again asking where the rest of my money was. I was told head office was shut for Christmas and if have to wait. Still no one has ever called me back and I called the store again and was advised the manager was in a meeting. All I want is my money back! I have not had any food from your store and it's absolutely disgusting that you have taken money from my account and are now ignoring me. I am going to continue to post on every website I can about the poor service/customer care until I get my full refund.

I ordered a miso soup with my food and it never came I would like my £2 back

Food I ordered was cold ! The gyoza had become like rubber. After 45 mins I called them and was told driver is on the way who came 20 mins later. The katsu curry seemed good but would have tasted much better if it was served hot.

Very good quality sushi, fresh and tasty. Miso soup wasn't great though lacked flavour and had pieces of onion in it.

Gave me a wrong order, called to reorder, still delivered something wrong.

The food wasn't good, part of the meal was missing, the wasn't any cutlery and any souce. I'm still waiting for an answer from Just Eat while I ask for the refund of the full amount I paid. Is the second time that I received a bad service from the restaurants listed under your website.

Not very nice sushi in my personal opinion, also found it wasn't enough wasabi for the amount of food.

I had ordered a food from You Me Sushi, more than one hour, it still not arrived. I called them for asking the reason. Unbelievable, they said the driver called me but no respond then he went back. However, I didn't received any call, and no problem with my phone. It was the awful experience that I have never met.

Il ristorante non è bellissimo, infatti abbiamo optato per il sushi takeaway, ma non esclude il fatto che sia molto buono e soprattutto cucinato con pesce fresco. Servizio molto rapido e gentile, il menù varia da molti tipi di riso al sushi piu bizzarro. Consigliato per una cena o un pranzo informale se si è di fretta.

The worst in all just eat list. 1h30 to be delivered. A driver who smells alcohol that claims your phone is not working even though someone is calling right in front of him. And to finish, showers you with insults as he leaves. Avoid at all cost. You better off with the Baker Street shop. Will never order again!

Deliverd clean and fast. Food quality is lovely and the cost is also fine.

Our meal arrived two hours after we ordered. It was expensive and not great.

I got takeaway from here once and it was very disappointing. I opted for the chicken teryaki which just didn't taste right. Staff seemed more interesting in talking to eachother than serving the customers. Haven't been back since and don't plan to.

I ordered sushi for delivery from YouMeSushi on Gray's Inn Road and they never delivered my sushi and have not responded to my email. I already paid for the sushi and have not been reimbursed yet. This service is a scam, I would not recommend ordering from YouMeSushi

So i work around Grays inn road and this place is quite close for a quick lunch. I used to like the dragon roll here but the last 2 times i have eaten here, the food seems to be stale! It quite annoying because it is NOT a cheap lunch...what happened to their quality standards is ridiculously sad! VERY UPSET!

Long wait for delivery, order taker didn't check that dish supposed to be with rice and sent noodles instead. Not a great taste at all. Sushi were good as always. I wouldn't recommend it for hot food though.

I use to go there quiet often with my colleagues for sushi's, but honestly the service was slow and the shop was extremely dirty so we kind of lost our appetites when we enter the shop for health and safety reason we were wondering what the kitchen would look like when the shop it self looked horrifying. The biggest surprise when I went last week as a colleague of mine came back with a chicken katsu and told me to go and check it out, I was speechless the shop looks amazing the service was extremely fast, very friendly tall handsome Latino guy that seemed to be the manager and an Asian guy mad the shift looked easy serving big queue of hungry people, very good atmosphere, There is no wonder why the shop is very busy and full of people eating in when I remember 3 months ago it was a grab and go shop. Well done Younesushi you getting back your customers, as me and my colleagues are eating there every single day, and it's a worth spend of money when you sit down with nice music and butterfly all around you served with delicious sushi's. Very cleaver.

Bad service, we needed to serve ourselves, basically. Sushi not good, but expensive. So would no recommend. No toilet, not comfy...

The chicken breast is cooked to perfection. very tender and juicy. The best breast ive ever had. however the sauce lacks depth and despite the juiciness and tenderness, the chicken skin is missing taking away the crispiness.

They had buy one get one free on super boxes so bought 4 and they were delicious. The salmon was very fresh and it came with chopsticks and all The normal condiments.

Food took nearly 2 hours to arrive (2x max window) and driver did not deliver to our flat door.

2 hour wait even though the restaurant is a 10 minute drive away. No compensation for the ridiculous wait, and not the least bit apologetic either.

Absolutely abysmal service delivery was over 1 hour 20 minutes late with absolutely no reason!! After 20 minutes I called the restaurant and the phones would not ring. I called the Marylebone shop they said a few customers had called with the same complaint there was nothing they could do. After 40 minutes I called a just eat customer service who was incredibly helpful but had the same problem. Finally after an hour k got a call from the store with no apology Saying it had left the shop and would be 20 minutes. I explained that I live 5 minutes away so would expect it sooner. I then got a second call about 2 minutes later from someone else at you me saying my order was ready to be collected by the bike should be with me soon. So the first man had obviously lied. I asked to collect it myself they said no it will be here in 10. 15 minutes later I was told another 5 minutes. 10 minutes after that I was told another 5 minutes. It really is unacceptable and inexcusable and I definitely hope to hear from someone from you me sushi about it!!!

I ordered vegetarian dumplings, and found myself eating chicken dumplings after life long vegetarianism. Disgraceful.

You Me Sushi is my favourite Sushi place around. Truely tasty food, I love it!

Food Quality - I've eaten from YouMeSushi numerous times before but I have to say the food quality from this particular restaurant was well below average. The salmon nigiri and rice didn't taste fresh. Delivery Time - Delivery took 1 hour 8 minutes for two food items. Food arrived 20 minutes past the estimated delivery time (in the middle of the afternoon on a Monday).

Ordered takeaway for 845 for a specific reason, delivery came at 7.55pm, sat getting cold the whole entire time - waste of money.

I waited 1 hr and 30mins. If you say maximum delivery time is going to be 45mins, let them know, you take phone numbers down for a reason.

Order was late for more than 20 mns, when i call them they said i didnt pick up my phone, and when they check the number, it was wrong, this is not the first or 2nd time i ordered from them, how can this small mistake happends? and there is no apologize from the shop at all, and they were still blame me.

For takeaway sushi. Not half bad. There are better places for morsels of the finest blue fin or yellow tail or soft shell. But for service, price point and portion size. You me sushi could stand up to the best In New York, let alone london.
