Yo Sushi in Manchester

As a barista myself the coffee here is one of the best I’ve tried I take the vanilla coffee beans and use them at home! The staff really make the place the best dunkin donuts to be at… James, Marcelle, Juan, Annie are all a pleasure to see when being welcomes into the store. Superb energy couldn’t lose me as a customer!

Come in here often for a little coffee treat and the staff are always friendly! Also the 12 donuts for £12 on the 12th of every month is a bargain 💜 Today I was a clutz and spilt coffee everywhere and the staff remade the drink no questions asked! (Thank youuuuu) James was the name of one of them and I've forgotten the girls name (so sorry but she was an angel too) can't recommend them enough!!!!!

Amazing service from the two employees here today. I ordered on the self serve kiosk. Then after speaking with staff I brought a mug. They were very helpful and really friendly. Well done. I’m sorry I didn’t catch their names but it was one guy and one girl.

Lovely service, I wanted to change my 3 donut box order after submitting it - and it was no problem for them to sort for me! Yummy donuts and a yummy drink! Everywhere was clean and had a nice atmosphere!

got recommended a lovely new drink called Black Forest latte by very friendly lad over 6foot I think his name was Nick such a lovely dude, he was so patient with me as I didn’t know what to pick as it was my first time in Dunkin but he even did a latte art for me which was lovely n cutesy

I had a boston iced latte from dunkin. It tasted okay but it had too much ice for my liking and made the drink taste a little bit watery. Other than that the service was good and the atmosphere was fantastic, and it's close to the station. Which makes it perfect to stop off at.

The staff here were very friendly and gave some great doughnut recommendations. The doughnuts themselves were spot on. £12 for 12 doughnuts was a bargain.

Very rude employee, slammed my partners donut into the bag causing it to crush, basically destroying it! Not happy at all with this unprofessional behaviour!

Solía encantar el Yo Sushi en la estación Piccadilly, pero no ha cambiado a básicamente una comida para llevar con unas pocas mesas. Las primeras impresiones son que el lugar está sucio, no hay cocina abierta, haces tu pedido, alguien desaparece en la parte de atrás y luego regresa con tu comida en una pequeña caja marrón. Tomé una de las mesas mientras comía mi curry Katsu. Porción muy pequeña fot £ 7. 25 y la presentación fue espantosa, todo aplastado en la caja , la capa de pollo «crujiente» estaba empapada y la salsa se había empapado en el arroz. Era como comida para perros. También comí un poco de sushi que estaba 'hecho fresco' pero era completamente insípido. No malgastes tu dinero aquí.

So Annie and Marcelle are the best of the best of the best, I wish we had two or both in our lives so they would be amazing, they deserve a raise to be honest, love the vibe.

The lost thing I found in the heart of Manchester is for fans of Dunkin’ and its coffee. This branch serves you, and I actually lost it after I left Manchester.

Good coffee to enjoy with different taste of donuts. Unfortunately they don’t sell the coffee for home use due to shortage from supplier.

Her behavior is extremely bad and rude in a strange way, and I don’t know the reasons. This happens repeatedly, and I don’t know if it’s racism because I’m not English or what exactly I can consider it.”

Love their donuts and coffee. Tried the shaken dunkin coffee and was surprised it was so good, wish they made it in italy too. Best donuts of the ones I tried were the boston cream and salted caramel cheesecake ones.

Dunkin donuts is my favourite coffee shop in the UK. James who works in my local Dunkin’ is an awesome guy - I moved away and came back and was very happy to see he was still working here… was and still is very polite and kind. I’m a happy customer 💜

Love this coffee shop however went in for the Oreo doughnut and coffee. Was sold out even though was advertised on the shop window which staff seems oblivious too🤨 which is his job to know bout what’s in stock and what’s not. Started off cheap and ended up being expensive.

Went for few Donuts and offer on 6 box was too good to miss. Tried hazelnut Mocha latte and it was YUM. Would visit again.

I came in around 9:35 on 11/11/23 whilst on my way to work. I was greeted by the happiest guy I have ever witnessed to work on a Saturday, and another girl by his side cracking jokes. The service I received was nothing short of exceptional in the 2 minutes I was inside the store. As a current Starbucks employee, I’d rather pay for my coffee here and receive their service, than get the free coffee from work. They really set me in a good mood after having a terrible morning. What absolutely lovely people

I was so excited for yo sushi as it’s a real treat but I’ll not be going back because the staff were horrible. They were so rude and condescending that I had to ask if I’d done something wrong to make them so angry! To top it off they charged me £5.75 for a pancake which was advertised and labelled as £3.50 and when I told them they said they’d give me a refund but the receipt didn’t say refund and when I asked they didn’t explain anything and instead said wait 3-5 days and if it’s not there call the store! It felt like I was the biggest inconvenience in the world, not a customer. My 5 year old asked me why they were so angry!! Even though the food was nice I’ll never go back as their behaviour ruined my whole experience and I’ve felt knotted up about it since.

Visited here to grab a box of mixed flavour donuts at 11am before I was due to leave Manchester. The donuts were nice and up to their usual standards. Only disappointing thing was that they were out of stock so early in the day for some of the staple flavours like the choc icing with sprinkles which is my favourite and the main one I went for. I’d expect them to be ready for demand on those staple flavours for most of the day at least.

Popped in for a doughnut for the kids, they had a small but varied selection I ordered two and a coffee and was surprised at the price. It was cheaper than I expected and the coffee was nice, I think they have a deal on for a doughnut and a coffee but I didn't see it advertised. Good value either way.

Needed something cold and sweet and was recommended iced mocca with hazelnut syrup and whipped cream. This was really nice for my travels and the doughnuts were nice and soft too. Thank you to the lady which served me as she was really helpful with the choice and so was the one making the drinks.

Sterling customer service from James and Marcelle, both staff members were welcoming, warm and provided service with a smile!

Ironically this shop is much nicer than any of the stores I've visited in Boston and controversially the doughnuts might be slightly better too, although the coffee is equally underwhelming

A great place to have a coffee or donut, a nice sanctuary from the hustle and bustle outside on Piccadilly. Normally get a smile or a laugh with your coffee, which can be much needed in the morning :) Great staff

This was my first and last time trying Dunkin'. Nice staff, but the donuts are overrated. Soggy, no flavor, and a ton of sugar.

Went to Dunkin’ for the first time yesterday morning. I purchased the raspberry white chocolate donut and a small latté. I used the QR code on the app and I somehow managed to pay just £3 so I saved almost £6. Didn’t expect to get such a great bargain on my first go on the app. The staff were very friendly and my order didn’t take long. I can now claim a free donut until April 2nd. Will definitely go again very soon. ☺️

We got a couple of coffees and some doughnuts for breakfast during our visit to the Imperial War Museum. Doughnuts were great but I didnt enjoy my coffee, I ordered a latte with a maple shot in it however upon recieving my order I found out it was Maple spiced which is not specified when you are ordering at the machines. I unfortunately absolutely hate cinnamon, so the coffee on this occasion was a miss for me

Unable to order food via website. Spoke to staff to ask about ordering hot food and was told the kitchen was closed. Ordered prepackaged food and then got moved out of the dinning area as they were closing

One thing to improve on, perhaps the staff should pay a little attention to the cleanliness of the tables.

Today, I visited 'Yo Sushi' with my partner and couple of friends. 3 of which are content creators and planned to document our meal. We arrived at 19:15 and were immediately told it was closed despite the website stating it closed at 8pm. We objected to the waitress and she was adamant it was closed and we wouldn't be able to dine inside. This is really poor operations and is misleading after we'd spent an hour trying to reach the restaurant. We won't be back.
