There were about 10 dishes of sushi and desserts going round for 40 minutes! We ordered some hot food and were told after sitting down that there would be no fresh sushi til 3pm. We didn’t get any sushi as nothing new came the entire visit. The hot food was luke warm and very small portions for the price. Overall, I was very disappointed and won’t be back.

I didn’t actually eat with you, BUT I asked for some help whilst in Bromley this afternoon. A very very helpful young man called David went out of his way to help me and my elderly mother, I want to say a HUGE THANK YOU to him and congratulate you on employing such a kind, thoughtful and helpful man. They did not indicate that all the spaces were booked when we joined the queue, we were standing at the beginning of a queue and were ignored by most of the staff. This ment we wasted our time.

The staff could not have been more accommodating and aware of guidelines. We were given all wrapped condiments on a tray and the table was spotless. The food was faultless and the whole experience was spot on! Thank you

Decidimos participar en la oferta de ayuda para comer y decidimos probar yo sushi en Bromley el miércoles. Aunque tuvimos que esperar en una cola bastante larga para conseguir una mesa y no estábamos al tanto de las reservas, al final valió la pena y superó nuestras expectativas. Aunque estaba muy ocupado y parecía tener un poco de personal, tuvimos una gran experiencia, especialmente porque vinimos con padres mayores que nunca antes habían comido sushi. Especialmente podría mencionar a una señora alta que nos sirvió. Aunque estaba muy ocupado y tanto ella como otros chicos tenían que correr mucho, ella era realmente encantadora y conocedora, especialmente con nuestros padres. ¡Ella aconsejó entre diferentes tipos de sushi, recomendó otros platos y nuestro nuevo refresco japonés favorito! No se molestó en ir y venir en busca de salsa, bebidas y utensilios adicionales. Llegamos por curiosidad planeando probar algunos platos y terminamos comiendo bien. Y aparte del sushi, la comida caliente también estaba deliciosa, excepto que tal vez podría haber algunos platos de fideos incluidos. No sé el nombre de la señora, el recibo solo dice "Egle", pero el mejor servicio al cliente en Bromley, incluso nuestros padres quedaron impresionados, ya que al principio se sentían un poco intimidados para cenar en casa. Muy amable, profesional y paciente con otras mesas también como vimos. Buena experiencia, definitivamente volveremos.

Reservé una mesa y me cancelaron sin ninguna explicación. Intenté llamarlos y no obtuve respuesta. Cuando me presenté con mi familia, me dijeron que el sitio web estaba equivocado y que el restaurante cierra antes de lo que decía a las 18:30 y no a las 19:00. En general, el servicio al cliente y la experiencia fue muy mala para el sushi promedio. Obviamente, no necesitan más negocios durante una pandemia.

Greeted with a very mediocre welcome, sat down at a dirty table - we should have left then!So...no prawns, chicken or chicken katsu curry....The food that was on the menu was great.The waitress and waiter that were on duty were literally awful - zero apologies or customer service there at all. One guy that was cooking was so helpful and aware that we needed servicing.They forgot one of our orders and then double charged us. Won’t be going back in a hurry!!!3/9/19 3.30pm

We got seated in the bar table and was dirty, service was slow and we almost got charged for plates that were not out but left there from previous people. All in all very bad experience would definitely not go back there.

Asked to split the bill with my friend and the female in charge came back with the wrong change and also the wrong bills. Blamed us for not talking to her and then walked off. No apology, just attitude. Very disappointed.

i only had one choice of fish. The rest is veg. £27 for 3 dish and a small vino. Could get fillet steak and some good fizzy drink! I complained to the maneger she just looked into my face and didn't even say sorry for the lack of choice. I normally pay around £50 when there is full of variety. As I was hungry I had to pick one which there was just mayo and salad leaves in rice :( I still feel pain after a few hours I am sure it was the mayo one.

This Yo Sushi is consistently the worst outlet I’ve visited. I dread my son asking to eat there when we go to Bromley. Today we waited more than 30 minutes to be seated. Staff were milling around making no eye contact with waiting customers. People waiting to buy takeaway were left standing at the till for more than five or more minutes whilst staff were focused on their own tasks. I heard a member of staff saying to two gents that she would get another member of staff to split their bill because she wasn’t good at that sort of things. I ate next to nothing and couldn’t wait to leave. The manager should be let go.

Pop to the Glades Mall and decided to have lunch with a friend of mine when we got to Yo sushi no one came to greet us even tough they were all walking around. We were stand there waiting for someone to take us to sit and no one came until we decided to ask one of the staff who was really not bothered and we asked if we could sit in one place and he said that needed to be cleaned but not friendly at all. I normally go to the Yo sushi in House of Fraser Croydon and never had any problem there but this branch in Bromley the manager of the place needs to put it right regarding customer services. the staff need to be trained and the manager needs to manage their staff properly. When you work with the public the first impression that counts. After that attitude we decided not to eat there and went to Carluccio's (just in front) and had a lovely lunch there.

We attended and the ambience just felt off. Popped over for a quick lunch, wasn’t that busy but seems a lot of activity was happening in the back. Prawn katsu was ready in a blink. This was not cooked throughly, calamari/squid some was not cooked through and I opted for the bill rather to get a dose of food poising I opted to leave and have our lunch else where. It would not put us off the brand just the Bromley branch. The thing is the same chef was actually training a new chef, scary.

You know what you are getting with Yo! Sushi. Tasty fast food (that you can easily spend £25 on). However, today's experience at Bromley was awful. They simply did not have enough staff on to prepare the food or to take orders for hot food or drinks. What is more, the first two things my wife asked to try from the hot menu resulted in a reply of "That's not available." When a third choice was made, the came back after ten minutes to say that was off also. There was nothing much circling on the conveyor and the button to call for service wasn't working and they had to be reminded about a beer I had ordered. Other people were letting themselves in because at times there was no one at the entrance to seat people despite spaces becoming available. A thoroughly disappointing experience. We shall not return to this oulet.

Been for a quick order of takeaway food to have home. Love yo sushi as a brand and this one didn’t disappoint - freshly made, very well seasoned and tasted like heaven. To top the food quality, I was also very well served by the waitresses and the manager Dwayne went out of his way to recommend me some very nice dishes. The whole staff look like they really enjoy working there. I will definitely come back!

The main advantage of Yo Sushi is it offers Japanese food in (mainly) tapas size portions for those with little time to spare. Today it delivered. In addition to some sliced raw salmon from the conveyor belt I ordered breaded prawns, chicken Katsu curry and miso soup, all of which was both freshly and swiftly prepared. My bowl of miso soup was replenished almost as soon as I had finished it. No sooner had I selected from the conveyor belt a chocolate mousse and I was handed a spoon. A beer and the bill came equally quickly underlining the efficiency of the service, which was friendly too.

So after our experience in April of nothing being available we thought we would try again and in all honesty it was worse. This has to be the worst Yo Sushi for variety and the manager really needs to place some orders for food. There's no variety on the conveyer belt at all - we had to order salmon nigiri for example, the staple of any sushi conveyer belt. As usual we placed orders with the waitress who didn't look sorry at all when she told us they didn't have both of the items we wanted. After looking at the menu my husband tried again and the order was taken, only to be told by the chef a few minutes later it wasn't available. So last time we had a broken grill and no food and this time just no food. As we paid our bill the manager offered two of the out of stock plates to us for free next time we came in but in all honesty we won't be returning as this was us giving them a second chance.

We visited this a few months ago and to be honest it was very poor, no variety, nothing in stock and uninterested staff. We actually nicknamed the place "No Sushi". We visited again and there a was a massive improvement in all areas, lots of variety on the conveyor and a slick staff. Even the rarer items were in stock this time and all served by the knowledgeable and amiable Duane. Well done to that team, Bromley now has the Yo Sushi restaurant we deserve.

Not blown away by this. Food was average and relatively bland. As it's located in the middle of the shopping centre it has very little atmosphere. It gets very expensive quickly and for average food I can't justify the price.

I've been here twice recently and on both occasions I found this to be a pleasant place for lunch. Good service from friendly staff and the teriyaki beef is absolutely scrumptious!

Love Yo Sushi but the service and selections here are pretty bad. Been let down twice with food orders at lunch time, had to go and get a sandwich from M&S.; Will not be visiting here again whilst the current 'management in place.

We have been here several times, even during busy periods and have found it to be excellent. Unfortunately our visit Friday evening wasn't quite as good as we expected. My partner tried to order several dishes from the menu only to be told by the waitress the fryer wasn't working and pretty much most things were unavailable. We ordered what we could and started our meal. After looking at the menu again we placed another order with the waitress. About 10 minutes later one of the chefs told us this was unavailable. Starting to get disappointed we asked if anything was available as it wasn't going well for us. He looked confused to which my partner responded about the broken fryer and how disappointed we were. Again, he looked a bit bemused by this and told us the fryer was fine! So we were able to order something we wanted originally after all. Very confusing and not a very smooth experience, however the sushi is always good and fresh.

This yo sushi is a bit exposed in the centre of the glades shopping centre. However the food is very good and fresh and the service is excellent. I visited with my baby and the staff were very helpful in finding space for her. It's not cheap but it is delicious.

Left waiting to get seated even though extremely quiet. Tried to order from the blue Monday menu however I asked for the squid they didn't have any and then I tried to order the pumpkin katsu and none of that either so I left. Converyor belt wasn't pretty empty. Will not return

I visited with a friend on Monday evening when most dishes are £2.80 each. There wasn't much on the conveyor belt that we fancied so we ordered about 3 dishes each. These were freshly prepared by the chefs who you can watch at work and were quickly brought to our table. I particular enjoyed the salmon and rice - generous portion. The duck and chicken dumplings were also great.

Avocado maki ordered but not delivered after 20 minutes. Chef preparing food without gloves. Wiped hands on apron, nose, counter...yuk! £1.20 for still water. Had to leave to catch train. Daughter never got her lunch. One to avoid.

Dry Sushi, nothing that will satisfy the palate and overall a disappointing experience. I have dined at a few of them since you get tempted by super quick service ( as they keep rolling the dishes on a conveyor ) but then if its not done right, the experience is disappointing. Have had a more reliable outing at other sushi chains. The service was good ( though you hardly need one at this place ) but the Chefs need to buck up.

The hospitality of the team here is really warm and attentive. We came for late lunch/early dinner away from the cold. As vegetarians we were prepared for limited options but they were so accommodating and kindly made adjustments to a meat dish for us. They dealt with this request fuss free and clearly communicated to us what our substitutes would be. The starter was cooked perfectly and arrived piping hot. The dipping sauce that arrived with our gyoza starter seemed too little at first but actually we found it was just enough. The chilli mein was so delicious and tasty. Fresh ingredients and the noodles were perfectly chewy and moreish. The Thai green curry was very aromatic but thinner and paler in comparison to our usual liking, but considering this is not a Thai restaurant we were really happy with the dish. Portions are so generous and I think it was the nicest surprise after anticipating smaller plates for £20 each (as a pair). We ended up having the curry and rice between us and took the chilli mein home to eat later as it was actually a lot of food for two! We didn’t use bar or customer toilets but the restaurant is clean and kept well. Would recommend for a quiet Saturday afternoon and a special mention to the waiting staff for being so welcoming.

Best sushi in London. We have been regular customers and we never appreciated how good it is until we went to Japan. It is better sushi than most of the sushi restaurants we have been to in Japan. Highly recommend. Also @Head chef, please don’t retire. We love your sushi.
