Vraiment pas à recommander. Il y a vraiment beaucoup d'autres endroits ou manger de bons sushis à Londres plutôt que celui-ci. C'est pour faire plaisir aux enfants qui adorent attraper les assiettes qui passent que nous avons été manger dans cet endroit mais nous ne le referons surement pas . Il n'y a pas beaucoup de choix, c'est toujours le même types d'assiettes qui passent et quand vous vous décidez à en attraper une vous êtes déçus car la qualité n'est pas au rendez-vous. Contentez-vous de 2-3 assiettes pour l'expérience si vous le tentez car la note va vite être salée...

I've used this Yo Sushi for years. Convenient when waiting for a national or Eurostar check in. - it's been reduced in size gradually over the years, particularly since the Pandemic. - not visited for a while - looking tired, in some areas not very clean. Light fittings above food conveyor thick with dust. Certainly not as good as it used to be 😞 = will think twice before coming back.

Staff busy either eating or chatting up a group of ladies who booked for a class . Same food going around the belt ie nothing getting added . Staff came across rude and like they didn’t want to be there ( serving staff) . Asked a simple question of how do I use or add points instead she was like the app or the code ……. What app ? What code didn’t show me then got annoyed which made me leave it and just pay as to not make her more annoyed. Wasn’t busy at all I’ve been to a lot of yo sushi’s and I thought York was the let down but this was by far the worst experience ever even the food wasn’t good we left most but not like we had a check back or anything.will definitely not be returning here at all .

I didn't think much of this restaurant in 2017 and 7 years later, it hasn't improved. We came here for dinner and the service was just lacking from start to finish. There isn't someone greeting you. The same individual at the register handling takeaways is the same one assigning tables, giving menus, taking orders and cleaning the tables. Trying to order drinks meant getting up from our seats and going to wait by the till to get the server's attention. I had to do this multiple times. They are losing money as I imagine there are people who don't bother to place special orders from the menu to avoid going thru the hassle of begging for any sort of service.

We were at St Pancras Yo Sushi. All 3 of us ordered the Seafood Ramen. Its the worst tasting ramen and salty beyond edible. All 3 of us gave up eating. We asked the Muslim staff for hot water so we could dilute the soup as it was HORRIBLY SALTY ! I wanted a refund but my husband said to pay for meal and just remember not to come back. 3 bowls ramen, 1 coke and two plates of sushi was £60.10 !! I didnt mind the price but if its trash it does feel like we ve thrown good money into the toilet bowl !

Wow how the mighty have fallen? What a disaster! I used to love Yo Sushi, it was such a treat and such great food. This is one of the worst experiences I've had. Staff couldn't have been less interested ignoring us and incredibly slow. Food was disgusting, dry tastless and unpleasant. I'm really sorry to say it but I won't be visiting Yo Suhsi again and I certainly will never come anywhere near this branch again. What a mess.

Really not the experience we used to get from YO Sushi, staff didn’t seem interested, very strange way of ordering couldn’t even get a signal to do the ordering had to pay for conveyer belt plates separate,no water anymore at tables or any wasabi, when food did arrive portions were very small. I used to love the Yo experience but I’m sorry to say they have gone so far down hill I won’t be visiting anymore

I had often had nice meals here, buit not this time. At 7 pm there was no chef. We were told she had left at 6pm. The carousel was desultory to say the least. This is not the Yo Sushi I had come to enjoy. Also slightly disconcerting to have to pay each time you order a beer or a dish from the kitchen rather than the carousel. On the plus side the staff were very friendly and helpful, but I will not go there again.

We’ve eaten at Yo Sushi on many occaisons including this one several times before. Looks like the chain have had the cost cutting consultants in. About a 1/3rd of the menu was out of stock & you could only buy off the app. They’ve got rid of water on tap / ginger /soy at the table - you have to ask for it. New staff who didn’t seem to be on the ball with slow service. On a future occaison I’ll would choose another of the other japanese (sushi on jones) / korean (Yori) or chinatown places that are all nearby.

I felt I needed to leave a poor review today, I'll keep it short. Prices have gone up and portions have gone down! The uramaki is now 3 portions per serving and is cut so thin that its impossible to pick up with chopsticks without faking apart! The Maki diameter is so small and so on....it was lunchtime and not many people were in, maybe there's a reason for that! I'll not be eating there in a hurry, which is sad because I love sushi!

Went without much expectations. Previous times were more to amuse kids with the food belt. Haven’t been since Covid. The help yourself water and condiment disappeared. Fair enough. Contamination risk was high, although no one stops you from touching a plate and replacing it back… Ordered food off the belt and took some in the belt. Every time a new payment. Quality was well below par and service was terrible. Hygiene also below par. Table was not cleaned, dozens of edamame beams under the table that no one swept. Servos was also slow. Had to hurry for the bill (BTW, this was the Yo Sushi at Heathrow T2 - you’re not there for pleasure really and time is limited). Last time ever in a Yo Sushi. Wish you all the worst. You deserve to go under and employees to lose their job. No sympathy

Bought take-away from the sushi fridge and the server was very rude. She did not even respond to my “hello” and just stated the price. There were no “please”, “thank you” or “good byes” either. The moment I tapped my card for contactless payment she just turned around, not even bothering to check the payment had been approved. Will not be back.

Fresh fish should serve immediately after out of fridge, those sashimi out circular of hours is not an idea for me. I tried only once and do no like it. I asked for a few potion of sashimi, but they just want me to pick up from the rotate belt, but only did one yellow tail sashimi which is not on the rotate belt.

Got a takeaway sushi tray for my train journey during the week and found the girl behind the till to be very grumpy and off putting. She was sharp when I asked her questions about whether they do student discount and if I could get some soy sauce. Its not a great impression. Other than that the sushi was pretty standard.

We often visit this Yo Sushi on our way in and out of London. Today will be the last time we visit this branch. They decided to do a deep clean of the area inside the belt, because it was quiet... we ignored the grinding noises and spraying and scrubbing, but when we saw one of the staff point in horror at something behind one of the fridges that was just by us, and then have our conversationsstopped by the industrial vacuum they then started, we decided enough was enough. When we complained to the manager we were met with a shrug. Wedecided to leave to free the staff up for cleaning which was clearly a priorityover customers today. Judging by the many dirty flies around it is probably much needed.

As I have family in Paris I’m in St Pancras station a lot. This Yo Sushi has never been great but tonight was the last straw. We (mum and I) walked up to the waiting area to be seated. The girl at the till noticed us after 2-3 mins then said something to the waiter standing next to her. He looked up from doing something on his phone and then carried on playing on his phone. After 30 seconds to a minute he walked up to us as said this way. Pointed the the nearest seats and said “this alright”. We order food. Mums food came quick and hot then we waited 20 mins for my food. When it came out, only after I’d complained. The food was so over cooked and over spiced that it burnt my mouth. I had to give back the pak Choi as it was so chewy you couldn’t eat it. This place has lost its shine and now has lost a customers or life. Over priced, bad service and bad food.

I love sushi and I’ve been eating at Yo,Sushi for years and what has always made it stand out is the variety of individual small dishes on offer and it’s really easy to try new dishes you might not normally order. Along with the conveyor belt these have been their greatest USP (unique selling point). Unfortunately, though they have really slimmed down their small plates menu and a lot of the old favourites have disappeared making way for many more larger bowls and dishes. This does provide better value for money But places like Wagamama provide this so I would like to see Yo going back to more small plate offerings and please bring back the duck gyozas and tempura fish and vegetables.

I really loved the sushi we had at Yo Sushi. My 13 yo niece loves sushi but she had never had it like this via the “train”. To her it was an adventure. Yo Sushi is a great go-to place for quick and deliciously tasting food. As a vegan, the best day to go is on their 'green wednesdays' where their green dishes are all at a set price. The St. Pancras station branch is not the most ideal for a social meal as it gets very busy. Staff were fairly attentive for a busy branch. Mushroom Teriyaki burger is highly recommended.

I love Yo Sushi. Have many favourite dishes which I will review elsewhere and probably eat there at least twice a week. This is my most conveniently accessible branch. My main gripe here is that its sooooo dirty, particularly relative to say Waterloo (similar location in a busy train station). This affects the tables to the glassware. Not good. Also the staff are a bit hit and miss with a high turnover. Shame as the food is really good.

ほぼ日本の回転寿司と同じ感じ。コンベアに乗せられたお皿が廻ってきます。料金は皿の色で区別されていて、暖かいもの(餃子や麺類、ドリンクetc)はブザーを押して店員さんに来てもらい、別途注文します。注文したのは、カッパ巻きと太巻き:それぞれ2.3ポンド、焼そば(ミニサイズです)が4.5ポンド、緑茶が1.9ポンド、と結構なお値段です。味は、巻き寿司は評価が難しいのですが、現地のスーパーで買うおにぎり類のご飯が、たま〜にパサパサなのに比べると頑張ってるかも。焼きそばはソースの味が濃くてまいりました。それでも、ほんのちょっぴり和食っぽいものを食べたくなった時には一人でも入りやすいし便利です。

Hoy visité Yo Sushi y normalmente estoy muy contento con la calidad y el servicio. Sin embargo, este restaurante en particular me sirvió un plato con A HAIR en la comida. Nuestro servidor designado fue informado, su respuesta fue pedir perdón una vez y abandonar la mesa. I. e. no ofreció reemplazo ni descuento por encontrar un PELO en los alimentos que ya había comido. El gerente fue informado e ignoró nuestra mesa hasta que tuvimos que pedir una tercera vez para hablar con ella. Su respuesta a mi inconveniente fue "Sucede. Puede ser el pelo del brazo del personal de cocina, ¿quieres otro plato ". Este fue un servicio espantoso, parecía totalmente frustrada por mi decepción. Luego vi que todo el personal de la cocina tenía el pelo del brazo descubierto mientras preparaba la comida, lo que significa que podría haber pelo en muchos de los platos. Por supuesto, no quería otro plato cuando el gerente admite que "sucede" en ocasiones regulares. Mi amiga entonces no pudo terminar su plato por temor a consumir el personal de cocina ARM HAIR. El gerente quería tratar con nosotros rápidamente y, por lo tanto, no ofreció una solución adecuada, cualquier sugerencia que nos hiciera llegar (a nosotros como clientes) de manera muy grosera. Ik kom hier altijd als ik - vaak alleen - op doorreis ben voor werk en snel iets wil eten. Verwacht geen cosy restaurant sfeer, de setting is erop gebouwd dat het snel gaat. Maar de sushi is van prima kwaliteit en smaakt goed. Niet alles staat op de band, maar je kunt van de kaart bestellen en deze hapjes worden snel gebracht. Prima plek dus als je snel moet lunchen/ avondeten.

Terrible food, terrible service, new menu is awful. Staff are rude and the costs are far too expensive for bad food. he previous menu was at least palatable and was worth putting up with the high prices and rude staff. Not any more, the 'cooked' food is doughy and greasy and overcooked. After sending the same dish back twice as the batter was still floury and clearly under cooked, the manager kindly told us that it is cooked how it should be as the fryer is a set temperature and it couldn't be adjusted.

En España tenemos los típicos restaurantes japoneses de cinta. En este establecimiento, es lo mismo, con sushi y tapado, para que no coja nada del ambiente. Always good to have sushi on the go but this restaurant is not a particularly comfortable place to have a meal. It feels like what it is - a restaurant in one of London's major transport hubs. Set in a big open space, it is designed to eat fast food quickly - the surroundings are not inviting - very little partitioning and it feels like having a meal in a big cavernous space. I wonder why then even bother to provide seating.....

I generally like the yo sushi experience but the service today at the St Pancras branch (which has always been a bit ropey) was the worst in a long time. 5 minutes waiting to be seated, and after watching other people simply walk in and take a seat I do the same. Got chastised for doing so. Tables are not cleaned regularly and after asking for a dish twice and it not turning up, I decided to pay and go. Not going back. This branch needs a good shake up.

I used to come here regularly when it first opened, and the food was fresh, the service breezy and staff friendly. Last time I came in, the place has gone so far downhill, the food is terrible, the service is so bad you literally have to stand up whistle, screech and jump up and down on the stool to get anyone's attention. The staff are too busy doing admin or just chatting among themselves to give any kind of a welcome, the place was half empty and they refused to let a young couple sit in a booth, because "you have to be four people"

Service not very attentive even if waitresses are smiley and kind. Not all the choice are on the rolling tray. Hot food are far to be exceptional. Be careful of your bill. Product added but not order. 10 minutes wait for the refund because the manager serve costumer on take-away line and didn’t care we have a train to take.

I always grab some sushi when travelling via St Pancras. Staff are always welcoming and helpful. This restaurant offers a good selection of sushi and sashimi. If you don't see what you like coming round, your order comes quickly. The soups are nice too. The hot food is a bit bland, but it's well worth a visit if you want sushi. You can eat in or grab a variety of food to take away. Prices are not bad given it's London and a station restaurant

La experiencia ha sido nefasta. En el restaurante había, mucho espacio disponible y el encargado literalmente nos ha dicho que teníamos que esperar 50 minutos q tenia lista de espera. No ha querido mostrar la lista de espera, q he podido verificar que estaba vacía y no ha querido facilitar el libro de reclamaciones, diciéndome que llame por teléfono. Creo que se trata simplemente de un prejuicio contra nuestra nacionalidad. Muy decepcionada con el trato. En ningún momento nos hemos sentido bien atendidos y nos has puesto en la calle sin una explicación. Una pena que siendo el pueblo Inglés tan "polite" algunas personas manifiesten este tipo de actitudes racistas. Añado que la chica que nos atendió prevíamente dijo "literalmente" que en 5 minutos había mesa disponible.

Queríamos un rápido almuerzo en Heathrow calidad pero no quería pedir comida pesada estilo británico o pagar el gasto en los restaurantes premium cafe. Encontrar los restaurante en la Terminal 2, y estaba sorprendido por la calidad, frescas, amplias porciones en el menú de sumo y por encima de todo el servicio rápido. Buena variedad de comida japonesa y asia fusión. Lo recomiendo como un buen cambio de pescado y patatas fritas.

Dinner here did not disappoint. The sushi master is really skilled and the quality is super high. We even ordered more when full because it was so divine. Well priced rolls and also a well priced sake flight menu. Only thing that would make it better would be slightly warmer, dimmer lighting and maybe more traditional Japanese music than the sad piano music. Loved staff and will be back.
