I have been visiting the cafe area a bit more recently since I noticed the vegan options on the menu. I have to say the beetroot burger and the vegan breakfast are both excellent. There are occasions that some of the menu items are not available, but this has not been a problem for me. At busy time you may need to wait a while but this is advised at the checkout. the staff always have been friendly and polite.

Dreadful service at customer service and tills ...both miserable and ignorant staff.. No greeting.. Throughout the shopping regardless if anything broke..I bought clothing so there were tags..don't like to put clothing on conveyar belt because it can be dirty..told, the "happy" cashier this and on purpose she dragged my clothes on it..so I complained to the supervisor how rude she was and she apologised on her behalf and stood behind her....immediately her whole attitude changed..funny that.

15 Banks RoadWe visited with friends on a Saturday night as a party of 6 and had a really lovely evening. It did help that it was a beautiful night and we had a few pre drinks in the bar while watching the sunset. The food was great and the staff were extremely professional and welcoming. The round tables are so sociable and it was lovely to try and share some new dishes from the menu and make good use of the 'lazy suzy' LOL. We had the most wonderful evening and would return.

51 High St, Poole, BH15 1BT, United KingdomI ordered thru Uber eats, no fault of theirs it was cold. Let them know and they brought out a fresh meal for me. Absolutely amazing food. So tasty and yummy. Will 100% order again. Need to update their location though would be a good start. Food 5* delicious 😋

Yarrow RoadWent on a Thursday, around 5pm. Despite not online booking, and the restaurant having reduced capacity due to the virus, happy to squeeze us in. Quick, friendly service, drinks arrived really quickly, and food shortly afterwards. Quality was good - food tasty, hot and well presented. Portions seemed generous. We really enjoyed the four main courses we ordered, ribs, meatballs, prawn pasta and chicken carbonara Would visit again.
