I have been visiting the cafe area a bit more recently since I noticed the vegan options on the menu. I have to say the beetroot burger and the vegan breakfast are both excellent. There are occasions that some of the menu items are not available, but this has not been a problem for me. At busy time you may need to wait a while but this is advised at the checkout. the staff always have been friendly and polite.

Dreadful service at customer service and tills ...both miserable and ignorant staff.. No greeting.. Throughout the shopping regardless if anything broke..I bought clothing so there were tags..don't like to put clothing on conveyar belt because it can be dirty..told, the "happy" cashier this and on purpose she dragged my clothes on it..so I complained to the supervisor how rude she was and she apologised on her behalf and stood behind her....immediately her whole attitude changed..funny that.

They do Vegan and non vegan food, the staff are very helpful and considerate, I had Lasagna with vegetables and garlic bread all for £5.95 the portion was generous and very tasty, would recommend, shame we found the place on our last day in Poole!

Poole Retail ParkDisappointed with choice of hot food for lunch on a chilly cold December . Rolls etc so cold in chiller - soups as usual, so modern unappealing to older people like ourselves. Tasteless beigel , tasteless coffees and the cakes not very exciting. Will not return - will make sure we eat before we get there. Very disappointing.

Yarrow RoadWent on a Thursday, around 5pm. Despite not online booking, and the restaurant having reduced capacity due to the virus, happy to squeeze us in. Quick, friendly service, drinks arrived really quickly, and food shortly afterwards. Quality was good - food tasty, hot and well presented. Portions seemed generous. We really enjoyed the four main courses we ordered, ribs, meatballs, prawn pasta and chicken carbonara Would visit again.

Dolphin Centre15 minutes of trying to get the machines to work I have given up and gone to a different restaurant. Staff trying to help but trying to fix screens and make sandwiches with only 2 staff.
