Never ordering again. The last time we placed an order, which was several years ago, the delivery was so late and the staff were rude so we said ‘never again’. But we decided to give them another chance - what a mistake that was! The app’s tracker for a start, doesn’t work. So we called about 40mins after ordering to get an ETA and were told “5-6mins max”. 25 minutes later, we called again . Initially we were told they had tracked the driver and he was at traffic lights nearby so should be a matter of minutes. But when pushed for reassurance he then said his system was down. After being on hold for a few minutes he came back and said they didn’t even have our order! Despite the payment going through they said they couldn’t even cancel our order because the system was down so we now have to go through the laborious task of doing a chargeback on our credit card! Never ever again. Save yourself the hassle and just stick with Dominos!!!

They do Vegan and non vegan food, the staff are very helpful and considerate, I had Lasagna with vegetables and garlic bread all for £5.95 the portion was generous and very tasty, would recommend, shame we found the place on our last day in Poole!

Went on a Thursday, around 5pm. Despite not online booking, and the restaurant having reduced capacity due to the virus, happy to squeeze us in. Quick, friendly service, drinks arrived really quickly, and food shortly afterwards. Quality was good - food tasty, hot and well presented. Portions seemed generous. We really enjoyed the four main courses we ordered, ribs, meatballs, prawn pasta and chicken carbonara Would visit again.

The food was awful will never use again

Disappointed with choice of hot food for lunch on a chilly cold December . Rolls etc so cold in chiller - soups as usual, so modern unappealing to older people like ourselves. Tasteless beigel , tasteless coffees and the cakes not very exciting. Will not return - will make sure we eat before we get there. Very disappointing.
