These guys are hopeless and lie about delivery.

Pizza was a treat for Bupa care home residents over an hour late- very bad service not contact was a trial to see if it would be possible to have this as a service for residents/ staff

excellent service, food was very hot. arrived on time

Ordered cheese sticks and bbq dip and got garlic flatbread and tomato dip. Pizza nearly cold on arrival, driver said it had taken an hour for delivery.

Very disappointed. After speaking to a very rude delivery driver on the phone for 10 minutes who couldn't find the house, he finally arrived 55 minutes after the order was placed. I understand our house is slightly difficult to find, but I have never had a driver who couldn't find it all. He parked up and told me I have to go and find him... I'm here alone with my baby so that's not very realistic. Luckily my dad was here so found the driver in the end.

Pizza was tasty and the delivery was quick. Couldn’t finish the food as when I was biting into one of the pizza slices I pulled out a hair from my mouth and made me feel sick which put me off. On delivery the drink was forgotten. My partner phoned papa johns up to say the food arrived but no drink and the man at the store said we can have a free drink next time we order. But don’t think I want to order again now :(

Absolutely shocking customer service. Didn’t receive my order and they showed no remorse or any attempt to help or refund me. Very rude on the phone. Would not recommend!!

food arrived after nearly an hour and half, called them and we were told 4-5 mins, anyways 15 minutes later our food was delivered. not even any apologies from the restaurant despite calling twice. not great service and can’t say id order from them anytime soon

We were missing the drink thats supposed to come with our order but the food was phenomenal, much better quality than domino's, delivery was perfectly on time, only issue was the drink but no complaints at all about the food

After 1 hour … arrived cold and felt like it had been under a light for hours. Called the store who said they would send a replacement 45 minutes later still nothing. Awful service. Awful pizza.

Ordered a vegetarian 12inch pizza. When it arrived it had chillies or chilli oil added. They are not on the menu and not wanted. My wife is allergic to chilli and it caused distress when she took the first mouthful. Never happened before so I hope this was an in store mistake.

First visit to Broadstone Papa John's, the Pizza was good as they're, however, very disrespectfully they've got a flyer on the wall stating to leave a review in 3 simple steps which will allow them to claim free garlic breadsticks by simply showing the Guys that the review's been left. There is no date stating when it ends. After leaving the review they stated the offer was no longer valid. Wasn't there to argue with them have tipped them beforehand as well. Very cheeky and disrespectful. It took place on Saturday at around 4pm.

As always terrible, was here 6 years ago couldn't order a pizza due to employee incompetence. Back here 6 years later at 10 45 can I have a margarita, "sorry we are closed" well shut your door then, literally can't employ anyone that knows more than how to breath, this place is worse than anthrax dodge with all your life beings

Really poor service 4 pizzas ordered 2 without cheese Arrived all.with cheese. Called Broadstone and they said I had ordered incorrectly. I ordered 2 further pizzas and called straight away and said strictly no cheese. Delivery - one with cheese one without. Again called back only to have the member of staff argue with me...... very poor customer service

My pizza had hardly any toppings on, one slice had nothing but cheese on and the rest had a few bits of topping. I collected, so it was disappointing to see from the posters when I arrived that I paid about £10 more for the same pizza through just eat than if I'd completed a collection deal direct on papa johns website, lesson learned for next time!

They lie about when the pizza is being delivered over the phone. This has happened a few times now and will no longer use them.

Online tracker not working, when phoned up to ask where order was told on several occasions it was on it way, which was just a lie! When we received the order it was okay

Pizza does not compare to Dominos at all. Decided to order as a one off treat and really didnt enjoy the food at all. Wont be ordering again. Normal based pizza was chewy. Garlic dough bites were hard and tasteless

Well over an hour late from original delivery time. The cheese bacon sticks were just sticks. Barely any cheese and the bacon wasn't even there! Slow, unresponsive to calls and poor quality food. #TeamDominos

I was went to store with my frnd and I enjoy my pizzas and they offer me a garlic bread also as I m their weekend customer Hygiene food and nice staff

Really low quality pizza with no cheese on my Margarita. That’s not the worst bit. The guy behind the counter who I had the pleasure of waking him up, did not answer any of my question about the pizza sizes. He kept saying he can’t hear me. He’s very rude. However the man with the Turban was very friendly and polite.

Ordered online which was easy to do. Food is always good - love the garlic pizza sticks! Staff very friendly!

For the last 2 Fridays I have stopped in to order a pizza after 9pm and each time I am met with the same thing. I walk in, not acknowledged at all, just a guy sat there on his phone with it on loud speaker. 3-4 mins passed before the pizza prep guy came to take my order who’s English was really poor. I was just about to pay before he then told me they didn’t have any cheese. Sorry but why take my order then tell me that. No apology from either, it’s a shame as it used to be a great experience there. But new owners clearly are clueless when it comes to customer service.

Absolutely the worst pizza we've ever had the displeasure of tasting. We ordered two large pizzas and both were cold, dry and tasteless. We had them delivered from their broadstone restaurant. The tomato and cheese sauce was non existent and there was hardly any toppings. We rang to complain and they advised they would refund us but they haven't. I sent an email and completed feedback but so far have heard nothing from them so they obviously don't care about the heir reputation or customers. Would never order from them again. Would have been better off buying a frozen economy supermarket pizza instead.

Avoid… very slow ordered online… took over an hour to get food and we were collecting… no communication staff just walk past no attempt to talk to anyone and satisfy customers needs. 6 other people had the same problem. Had lots of time to stand here and write this review.. definitely not fast food

We waited 2 hours for are food and when it got here it was cold and when we try to ring to see where is was there was no answer and some of are order was missing again tried to phone but no answer

Apart from the small piece of blue plastic in one slice. The Cheese and Tomato was mainly Bread and little Cheese, Hardly any Tomato at all, Shan't be going there again

The delivery was 1h late. I was told I would get a free order next time I order. I tried to claim my free order and was told I would get a call back twice. It’s a joke

This has been great since it reopened. Staff went out of their way to help with my order a couple of times. Helped correct an order issue I had due to a bug with the Papa John's app.

Avoid!!! First tried calling at 11.10am but no answer, then tried again closer to 11.30 in case I had misread their opening times, somebody picked up and just said ‘hello’ so I had to ask if it was actually Papa johns I was through to. I was told I couldn’t place an order as his systems were down and could I call back in 15 mins! I called back again at 11.40 and again no answer! While on the phone to their other branch in Boscombe to find out what was going on, I was called back by the Broadstone store. He took my order and payment and told me it would be with me in 30 mins. Almost an hour later my order turned up. The Philly cheese steak papadia had about 3 tiny pieces of ‘steak’ in it and the 2 extra BBQ dips I’d ordered were sent as buffalo dips which I could’nt have as I hate chilli… take your business elsewhere as these guys don’t seem to want it!!

Item missing from order. Employee we called was dismissive, rude and condescending. We had to call another three times and wait 1.5 hours before we received the item. Go somewhere else, trust me.

I was very dissapointed with the customer service provided at the door, the food preparation and handling goes against the policies of food handling, like not wearing jewelry on your wrists and fingers besides wedding ring, and if you have long beards you would be required a beard net. Surprisingly i waited 20min for a pizza but i did notice that the worker had his dough pre stretched and ready, then the person handling topping should be more aware of cross contamination because if i was vegan i would not want my pizza when he didnt even wash his hand while i observed him making 6 diferent pizzas.

Ordered a couple pizzas, both VEGAN due to serious milk allergies. Was concerned when after collecting, our margarita pizza seemed to have dairy cheese. We called, to which the manager insisted "I made it myself it's definitely vegan". I had a bite, it was certainly dairy cheese. We called and went down to which they made us a replacement despite still maintaining it was vegan, the new pizza...? Looks totally different and just like the vegan cheese we are used to. This just isn't good enough, allergen issues need to be taken seriously at every step of food service. And to be insisting down the phone that you are certain it's vegan when it clearly wasn't just isn't safe. Won't be using in the future, other chains take these precautions more seriously.

Nice delivery driver, apologies for being late an getting lost... Food was warm, needed reheating. Ordered lots of extra sauces at exrra cost, all forgotten. Would i order again, probally not. Puzza was average, dough wasnt as good as i remember.... Is fireaway pizza next to chippy better, yes by a long way

visited on 18/01 pizza was amazing and ready when I got there the girl who served me was lovely too amazing experience.

We have ordered from this store for years. For the last 6 months every order has been very late and not hot. Tonight I pre-ordered for delivery at 6pm ordered 2 vegan pizzas and sides. Food arrived at 6:30 (half an hour late), the sides were stone cold, pizza was tepid. One pizza was right, the other one had a stuffed crust (we ordered normal base), dairy cheese instead of vegan cheese, and meat. Rang to complain, to let them know someone else probably had our pizza, and flag it up because of allergies, and ask for a refund. We got a refund but won't order again.

Better than Domino's, but still average American style pizza. Quick delivery.

I've had a number of issues with them. Once they put ground beef on my wife's vegetarian pizza then failed to answer the phone and had to go to them in lockdown to get fixed. Another I had a bbq chicken pizza with no chicken. The latest time I had the bbq chicken pizza with no bbq! They didn't offer any compensation, just that they "will try to make sure this doesn't happen next time". We got to a stage where we hold our breath on whether the order will be right. We've now given up on them. Frustrating that as is a national company, this branches poor service will simply continue.

I come here regularly and I really enjoy how fast my pizza comes out. As much as I enjoy talking to Mitch and H! The Pizza is perfectly well done and hot when it touches my mouth. There are local pizzerias in the area but to be honest the pizza is that great, I don’t want to try anyone else’s. Vincent 👋🏽
