YO! Addlestone in Runnymede

Order never arrived, called shop to enquire and they were very dismissive and told me to take it up with just eat themselves.

My plaice this evening the best I have tasted , chips were very good too. Very filling so I will eat the sausage tomorrow thank youfor a delicious meal.

Pizza took over an hour to arrive (2pm on a sunday). Had to reheat. Cookies were burnt and delivery driver had his music on full volume right outside the house.

I messed up my order the manager helped me great guy sorted it out

i ordered the pizza they took to long and the email me they say we are sorry to take to long u will send u free pizza bye this code and i call them they say sorry go to website and make it from there they didn't help me they didn't do anything to get me free pizza really bad service shame on u guys never go back to there

Food was absolutely incredible. The delivery time was spot on. The portion size was above expectations. Absolute incredible value for money. Looking forward to next fish and chip night

Awful, always seem to have problems here! Ordered 2 large pizzas, 1 was correct & the other was a medium for sure but the person in store swore they made them both large & then hung up like I don’t have a choice. Also forgot our drink. Not good customer service at all

Fish was re-fried and tasted oily on the bottom chips were old aswell a lot of bits and very expensive apart from that it was ok and I am going to try somewhere else but thanks to me being hungry and spending a lot of money I had to eat it my family feel the same 😝

Whilst not greasy, was all very soggy and didn’t really taste of much. The Large fish, wasn’t very large and the chips could have been cooked a little longer. Wasn’t dreadful, but, wasn’t great either. Wouldn’t purchase again.

Our meal was delivered 5 minutes later than the app suggested, but one of the lovely ladies from Addlestone Plaice rang us to let us know. They also included a free drink to apologise, which was unnecessary but very much appreciated. the food was, as ever, fresh, still hot and tasted fantastic. We found this fish and chip shop in lockdown and haven't gone anywhere else since!

I ordered a pizza and it never arrived. Called the store, they told me I should expect a refund in 5 days. it's been a month and nothing of it! honestly horrible.

I've had trouble before with this store, but had my lunch delivered by a very polite lady, who made efforts with me to talk about our pet dog. She was extremely polite and the food was here within minutes of ordering. A massive turn around from previous experience of the store.

Unbelievably shocking service. I opened my box of pizza with 2 slices missing because the driver ate it before delivering and the food was cold. Called to tell them that there are slices missing and even sent them a photo and they said they wouldn't do anything. Girl on the phone could not care less and hung the phone up on me after she gave a rubbish excuse saying the slices "probably moved around in the box".

Me and my other half have ordered from here two weekends in a row. Great service, very fast and piping hot. Keep up the good work, chaps!

10 orders 0 mess ups and the food nice too

It’s been years since we ordered a takeaway pizza as they are often dreadful. This time we were very lucky, my Italian base vegetarian volcano was excellent, better than pizza express. It arrived hot, no need to reheat, early, with the most friendly Greek driver, and we shared Greek greetings. It was my partners idea and he was not disappointed either. I made a simple salad and the garlic sauce went well with my dressing. A surprisingly happy experience. Thank you team.

You expect to reheat your pizza the next morning. NOT the minute it gets delivered. 2nd time in 2 deliveries. Well no more chances I'm afraid.

Second order with just terrible service, took almost 2 hours and was stone cold. The worst bit is the staff just lie and do not care. They are clearly short of staff and do not have the tools needed to meet customer expectations or the drivers to deliver on time. Will not be using again there are better options and companies locally. Sorry but you have done this to yourselves.

Wish I had checked google reviews. Everyone seems to be suffering the same b0llox as one another. Ordered a pizza and x2 sides. Pizza came but no sides. Delivery man said to keep hold of the pizza he’d go back and fetch the wings. We told him to swivel and take the pizza back and come back with a fresh order with everything we ordered. Rang the store to double check explained the situation to a young girl who worked there. Kept clicking me off on hold said they couldn’t do a fresh pizza told them then to refund me fully - would you take a pizza that’s sat in a car for nearly an hour? Asked to speak to manager she said why she had been talking to him about this I said good well I’m the customer so I am clarifying it with him. Came on phone he was clueless about it. So she lied. I had to explain everything again. He offered a half refund but stil no fresh pizza lol. So my husband took over and said a whole new order fresh otherwise you get a formal complaint. Now we are waiting in hope we get that!!

I wish I vould give no stars. Waited 40 mins after receiving a text to say its left dominos. Paid £2 deliver and was cold. We are less than 2 miles away. We will not be ordering from there again

Awful service. Waiting for an hour. Calling them and they say the driver has left just 5 minutes ago. Disappointing service. Lesson learned. Never again. They have just lost 4 cuatomers tonight.

Slow delivery , cold food , had a text saying it had left took 30mins when I only live 4mins away and paid the £2 delivery charge if you can’t do it don’t allow online bookings!

50min wait, for pizzas to arrive wrong. Does anyone know how to cut a pizza at Dominoes pizza? My wife asked for no mushrooms as she is allergic to them, pizza arrived with mushrooms and also jalapeño peppers and an olive that wasn't supposed to be on the pizza. An hour after everyone had finished eating my wife was still waiting for her pizza to arrive. After ringing and being hung up on she got through only to be told to wait longer. Over two hours and she is still waiting. We have had similar problems before but this is the last time. We will not be ordering from here again.

The best part of my experience was that the deliveryman was a very pleasant chap. Unfortunately, that's all I can say, because the pizza itself was awful. It tasted bad, the double decadence crust is the most un-pizza-like pizza I think I've ever tasted, and in the simplest of terms the following day left me feeling very ill with the pizza being the only unusual thing in my diet in the last 2 days. I cannot recommend this Domino's at all.

The saveloy,chips and fish were good the pie however was stone cold and had to be thrown in the bin…not good enough. Will order again but definitely avoid the pies as not good and expect a hot meal to be delivered

This is the second time I’ve ordered from here. I ordered cod and chips. Last time it was excellent. My only criticism this time is the batter on the fish was thick and not as crispy. It was still hot and on time. That’s why the food quality score this time is marked down.

My food was so disgusting I was sick. I chucked the pizza was making me feel more sick by the smell. I called up and his words what do u want me to do about it. If you guys actually read the reviews before you buy welll bloody done to you. The best pizza shops in Addlestone puppa j and DominoS. Don't even question the other food chains prices. Just moved to Surrey and fancied fish. Prices were reasonable, portion sizes were generous and food was delivered early and was fresh and hot. Will definitely be ordering again

Pizza delivery driver dropped the garlic dip on my doorstep, didn't apologise or offer clean it up, just told me to call the shop to order another one. Rang the shop and was told they would give me a credit for another dip..... appalling service!!

The one job this joint has it to make good pizza but our pizza we ordered from here was undercooked slightly. It needed another 2 to 3 minutes in the oven. One would assume that charging £15 for a pizza that probably costs £2 to make that at least they would cook it right. However the wings were great Edit: their drivers park like nobs

Disgusting service from the driver. Always undercooked pizza with old ingredients. Don't know why people go here. All their drivers seem to have obtained their driving license from a box of Coco pops. I also found a rat resembling ratatouille on my meat feast. Not the kind of meat I wanted on my pizza

Ordered cod and haddock didn’t get the haddock so halted my cod with my partner. Cod was really greasy and dry. Mozzarella sticks were over cooked and cold. My son had chicken nuggets they where ok as they wasn’t shop bought. Unfortunately won’t be ordering again

Late food said they had a backlog as only 1 delivery driver but app didn’t update to say they’d be delayed. Tried to phone the rest 4 times without an answer before finally getting through on 5th call to a poor connection could hardly hear them their end what I did make out was the driver couldn’t find me and tried to call. They said driver would phone me in 5 mins. When driver finally did call and got to me he told me the restaurant had not given him the instructions I had put on the order and that they had only just gave him my number so the restaurant lied to me. Fish was warm chips were cold. Appalling service. Won’t be using again.
