Really good, well cooked and tasty food. Plenty of choice, good service and very reasonably priced. The ambience could be improved by textiles, selected tasteful ornimentation and more intimate lighting to soften the stark plain walls. We appreciated the soft music which started half way through our meal.

Absolutely love this place. They go the extra bit for allergies. Always hot and fresh. Very highly recommended

Large portions which unfortunately were bland and tasteless. Chewy duck on chewy noodles. We had to add our own soy sauce, black bean sauce was just an ordinary sauce with a few beans added. All very disappointing will not trouble them again

Food was prepared quickly, collected, and served at home. When opening the container, I was hit with a bad-smelling sweet and sour odor. The served food was very disappointing. The chicken, which was supposed to be crispy/fried, it was wet and slimy. It tasted like cooking oil/fat. The vegetables were uncut and massive compared to the chicken. The meal was comparable to a microwave meal. If I had to choose between buying food from jade garden or having a microwave meal, I know which I would choose—simply because I know I could finish a microwave meal.
