Best Chinese takeaway in the whole of the world, I can bet on it! I’ve always used Fat Panda and I always will, couldn’t recommend enough! The staff are all lovely, the food is always on time and hot and absolutely gorgeous!

Nice Chinese takeaway. Good tasting food and large selection. Food tasted 'clean' and wasn't greasy. Food also provided in good sturdy containers. Recommend to pick up; however, parking can be difficult outside the shop but nearby streets are available.

Absolutely fantastic! Ordered 5pm collected 15mins later. Food is that good you have to order early or you have a long wait. Would not go anywhere else the food is consistently good!! I had Tofu in garlic and chilli it was delicious. Also ordered chicken fried rice,crispy beef,sweet and sour chicken Hong Kong style,Bbq sauce,curry sauce and chips! Perfect a lovely weekend treat.

Ordered food for delivery was told would be a hour. Hour went by still no knock on the door, we rang them and they stated driver had only just set off however another 30 minutes went by still no food. I've cancelled the order won't be returning as not the first time this has happened the last time we ordered food was late arriving and then when we all tucked in it was pretty much luke warm so we rang and they offered us 15% off next order to reason why we ordered this time as never had a bad meal until these last few times. Didn't seem really bothered either that we had been waiting so long. Absolutley appalling service.

Fed up with having sub standard Chinese takeaway, I decided to give this establishment a go. Upon reading the reviews about here, I ordered, picked up and can confirm the food is absolutely gorgeous. Cash only though but there is a cash machine at Tesco Extra around the corner. Look forward to it and a definite 5 star.

The garlic prawns in garlic butter are really nice, the chow mein was a bit greasy and the chicken balls are undercooked, you can taste the under cooked flour.

Without a doubt the best Chinese in the area. But we've found that some dishes vary depending on the day of the week you order (maybe a different chef?). Nevertheless it's our go to takeaway.

I ordered at 19.12. Arrived to collect after 30 mins. Asked for order…….waited. 45 minutes after ordering I asked for my order again. The girl asked in the kitchen but didn’t then come to apologise & say it’s being done. After 1 hour after ordering I asked again. To be told it’s next on the list to be done. Many orders were being collected in this time. A man came in at 1 hour 15 minutes after I ordered to pick up his food. When he was leaving I asked him what time he ordered it, 30 minutes ago. So basically my order was forgotten. NOT GOOD ENOUGH. You may be busy but if an order is going to take longer then say when people phone through or don’t forget orders!!!! I did enjoy the food as it was good but was so angry at the time I stood waiting as was clearly forgotten. As visitors to Clay Cross we chose The Fat Panda as it had the best reviews.

If I could give zero I would. Ordered and was told it would 40 mins, 90 mins later I called and they said they’re struggling due to snow but roads are clear and there hasn’t been any snow since yesterday. They clearly forgot the order and tried blaming weather from the day before which has now cleared. Shocking service from conmen. If you want a Chinese do not order from these as you won’t receive it

What more can you want from a Chinese take away.... Amazing staff helpful and clearly take pride in their job. Food is always lovely. Had several members of the family around and all are raving about price and quality. They always ask if we can order from Fat Panda.

Standard Chinese, awful service. The gent I rang was polite, the manager would rather look after his pride than his customers. 1 hour later than originally told. Wouldn’t take any money off, said he’d rather have it back to be binned (I hope). Won’t be returning.

been reccomended this take away - and so decided to give it a try- the Mrs had cicken curry and i had special chow mein which i always like with a carton of curry sauce- although the food was tasty i am a afraid the chicken curry and the curry sauce was very watery i am afraid- so in future we will stick to our local chinese

We ordered a selection of dishes from The Fat Panda whilst staying at a nearby holiday cottage. The food was ready in fifteen minutes and was good quality, large portions and piping hot. Recommended!

Had my first Chinese here last night with Laura. I have to say it’s the best Chinese I’ve had in ages. Could fault anything if ordered or bits a Laura’s. Will definitely be going back

Always had good food from here last nights was lovely too but asked for a chicken chop suey and got chow main instead which was nice but not what we ordered check your orders

Finally found a Chinese we like having moved a few months ago. Tasty food, good service and big portions. We had a meal missing when we arrived home, called them and they brought it straight up to us. As I say excellent service will definitely use again

Absolutely appalling - ordered Singapore Vermiceli Noodles and it had tinned ham in it!!! King Prawns in Ginger and it had 3 Prawns in it 3! I rang up to complain was told "well if you've eaten how can you prove it!" NEVER ordering from you again

Had a meal for the first time this evening and was massively impressed - every item was so fresh and cooked just right. Well done!

Ordered through the text messaging service, in the order were 2 meals that came with chips and clearly mentioned that in the text. The delivery came within their given timeframe and had not only forgotten the chips but then charged us extra for the privilege. I think we'll give this place a miss next time we want a takeaway!!

Worst chinese I have ever had !! First time from this Chinese but it will deffo be the last delivery was 45 minutes late because he apparantly went wrong and ended up in the motorway , The food was cold on arrival and the delivery driver did us out if my change

The best Chinese food I've had for quite a while. From order to delivery... 40 minutes ( I live over 3 miles away so delivery charge of £2. Minimum spend for delivery£8) Extensive menu, reasonably priced, tasty food. Winner!

I am a regular customer of Fat Panda because I believe their Chinese food is the best I've had so far and I've tried many other takeaways. It's not overly salty or greasy like other places and their portions are always hearty. They also throw in extra freebies which is lovely! Staff are always very friendly and will do anything to try to accommodate our tastes...I have a partner who is a very picky eater! Thank you Fat Panda!!

We phoned to order a delivery. Before we placed the order we gave the delivery address details and was told the order would be with us as soon as possible... 30 minutes later we received a call to say the delivery was too far away and asked us to collect.. Bad customer service.

Been here for 4 months now. Really great fresh food, love the salt and pepper chips and shredded beef in sweet chilli! Staff at the counter always friendly so not sure what the other reviews are about...

Always had a takeaway from here never disappionted , still going even though we have moved miles away, last nights food is the reason i wont be going any where else, the food is exceptional you wont be let down but be warned the phone line is busy as more people are finding out how fantastic it really is, worth waiting for

Fantastic food, we was recommended this takeaway and now we won't go anywhere else. in comparison to other takeaways it's cheaper, the portions are hearty and the container is packed full. There's plenty of meat in the dishes and not full of salt. We always collect as we live so close, but always struggle to get through via the phone as its always so busy, which for us is a sign of a fabulous takeaway!!!! Highly recommended.

Love this place! Most Chinese cuisine in the UK is greasy and not appetising at all, Fat Panda isn't. It's very close to traditional Chinese cuisine and the value for money is fantastic. They always throw in freebies and the food is always delivered piping hot. I have only every had 1 issue which was resolved very quickly (an item was missing) which is fantastic odds, especially as we've ordered from this place 30+ times.

When phoning they know who you are after a few calls, eta for food is very accurate. The food is top drawer and each dish is very different to taste. You will not be disappointed - excellent value for money

Been a couple times order never right. Part of my order missing when I went back my partner has rung to say part of order missing and I would be collecting. Man was shouting and practically called me a liar. Eventually got my missing item. Won't be going again

I decided to try fat panda for a change from my usual take away, the Thai chilli ribs were delicious, lots of meat on them and just drop off the bone, yet the beef and the chicken that came in the special fried rice was awful! I offered it to my dogs and even they walked away! Won’t order from here again!

From out of nowhere up pops, in my opinion, a really good Chinese takeaway. I've had several four people meals from there and everything was above average to say the least. Plus friendly people and quick service. 👊

I decided to try fat panda for a change from my usual take away, the Thai sweet chilli ribs are to die for, lots of meat on them and just drop off the bone, rice isn’t swimming in grease and very tasty and the chicken in all the dishes I have tried has been delicious, veg is crunchy and fresh so I cannot fault the place my only critique is I literally live in the next village (5 min drive) and still have to pay a delivery charge but well worth it

Had takeaways from here for the last 5 month, the food is always spot on however the service is very poor. Every time I have ordered and gone to pick my food up I have always had to wait at least 10 minutes, which I don’t mind because I understand they are busy and they will have other orders to do. Tonight I decided to order our food at 5.30 and asked if I could pick it up over 2 hours later at 7.40 hoping that I wouldn’t have to wait..... not a chance, tonight they excelled themselves. I had a 25 minute wait and had to microwave the food when I got home to get it to a acceptable eating temperature. Sorry Fat Panda no more orders from us there are other Chinese takeaways in the area that are as nice with better service.

Spent 65 pounds and they sent all of our sauces but forgot the rice and got told on the phone we will have to wait for a driver before they can sort it so all food was cold by time rice got here very disapointed as we order from here regularly but dont think we are going to bother anymore

The food is very good but the takeaway menu states that orders over £18 you get free delivery,on ordering a takeaway with extra food to take my order up to the free delivery I was then told that they wanted more for delivery so I am afraid that they will not get any more orders from me and the one star is for the delivery charge not the food

Worst Chinese ever, The food was literally not edible the chicken was so dry and chewy, noodles really bad never had a chinese like this before. Avoid!!!

Rubbish when I was a kid honda and Trudy made it the best food ever then when honda got ill and sold it it started going down hill but now I think it's bad and being a lorry driver stopping in the cab in England and European this is the worst I've had ...18.8.17 sorry but it's the truth.

Food is normally lovely but this Time we ordered and rather Tha getting sweet and sour sauce with my chicken balls I got what I think is rib sauce my partner had already dished it up without realising so I couldn't eat it as it was foul 😠 not impressed this time at all
