Well i am extremely shocked….how come a jalfrezi become so sweet and korma become too spicy!!!!!!! Is this the way the chef over there is making food????? My two of my friends went there couple of days ago . They work in a hospital ….she found a rubber band in the curry! The food quality is totally disgusting . The chef of yeti kitchen is a madman! Never seen this in my life ! Totally horrible place to dine here in Salisbury . This place should be boycotted!!!! The chef must be sacked!! Thats why i came to realize this place is always empty even there is 50% discount offer on food! Save your life and just beware and suggest you all not to be scammed!

Visited Yeti Kitchen for a group meal, 12 of us visited after one of the group mentioned their previous visit was good. We were the only people in the restaurant and arrived at 1900. Drinks orders were taken around 1930, with food orders being taken shortly after. A few of the group ordered starters which came out around 2000, being generous on the timing, with main orders arriving in dribs and drabs between 2040 and 2050. Not all meals were complete, the sizes in Biryani's being different, the chicken missing in the Moglai Style Chicken Tikka Biryani or the Sindhi Biryani, it was not clear who was given what meal, boiled rice actually being coconut rice, missing Nann Breads, rice and one meal not arriving to the table at all, curry's sat at the table for a good 10-15mins before rice arriving, if it arrived at all. When asking to speak with the manager to discuss the service and ask where the remaining meal and sides where the chef came out. His response was that we had eaten our meals and therefore full payment is expected, no-one received their full order but those who had most of their order were happy to pay for what we had received and eaten. Upon paying for mine and my partners meal, as we were fortunate in receiving most of our order, the chef said 'I've met people like you, it's because we have brown skin'. It is at that point I refused to engage further, paid my FULL bill and left. Other members of the group remained to again be accused of being raciest. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!

Fantastic food and service. I visit as often as I can, normally once a week. Tika, the chef, has been cooking curries for me for close to 10 years, never had a poor meal. Always excellent quality that is why l have followed him from one restaurant to another. I have been eating chicken tikka dhansak for years, but recently changed to a king prawn bhuna. Fantastic flavours with just the right amount of spice. Thoroughly recommend.

Shocking. AVOID AT ALL COSTS Curry like paste. Onion bhaji's all burnt Naan bread had a big hole in the middle. Only thing I could actually eat was the chips and rice. When I called to complain, they didn't care at all.

Very disappointed! It’s not very often we have a takeaway but tonight after a bad week we thought we’d spend out. Saffron in the past have never disappointed. I really can’t say the same tonight. I ordered chicken madras and mushroom rice. My curry had 6 pieces of chicken in a very runny sauce. No flavour at all. My daughter who only likes korma tried it and asked what it was! My husband had a lamb tikka Pathia. That would blow my head off and I’d literally try it on the end of my fork. I’ve just asked him and he’s said 3/10 it just tasted of tomato with a massive lemon tang! Saffron. You are not cheap. We will not be coming back.

Curry wasn't very tasty, quite cold and loads of oil on the top. Garlic naan wasn't very garlicky was quite dry and had no coriander.

I placed a takeout order for vegetable curry based on the picture from the online menu. What I received, while it tasted good, was not at all what was pictured. I was expecting cauliflower, carrot, and peppers, and instead I got potatoes and onions and maybe one pea. I guess if you like brown/beige food, you’ll like it. The paneer tikka starter also did not look like the picture on the menu. Very disappointed.
