We were there for a birthday meal with 11 of us. Amazing food. Staff are so lovely and made us feel so welcome. We had the prosecco brunch which amazing value for money. Will definitely be back. Totally recommend.

I had my birthday dinner at this place it’s a really nice place to come and vibe with. The interior design of the place was gorgeous. Our server Lauren was so good and attentive and made sure we were catered to and enjoyed ourselves.

Been here a couple of times for breakfast and coffee and we’re so impressed with the food and service decided we needed to try an evening meal. Started with martini espressos which were expertly made. Just totally amazing food. We’re served the nicest flat bread ever whist waiting for starters which were plentiful and delicious with the lightest ever falafel and nicest calamari also lamb tacos which are a must. Main courses didn’t let us down either and somehow we found room to share a desert! The care taken here over the simplest of foods is second to none. Will definitely be back ( soon)

Just wanted to spare 5 mins to write this review came into yaz 2 days ago with 3 of my friends and as always it was amazing service, very welcoming staff, food was amazing, cocktails were banging will recommend this restaurant to everyone and they have Tesco just next door which has 2 hours parking made our life easier thank you team yaz!

We had been here before, and decided to have my daughters Baby Shower Brunch 22.09.24, we requested hot and cold food buffet, I can honestly say we got what we wanted, they listened and provided us with the most delicious freshly cooked food which was all prepared that morning by the chef. They made us feel so welcome nothing was too much for them, especially the waitress which they had allocated to serve us. She was polite helpful and very friendly. I would highly recommend this restaurant 100%

I celebrated a birthday gathering at Yaz as a first time diner. The atmosphere was inviting, all the staff were helpful and polite and the food was delicious. I will surely go back again. We had a very good singer on the night this added to the ambience. Keep up the good service.

None of the food served had any garnish. Falafel was Literally 3 Falafel sitting on a bed of humous .. not a green thing or vegan sight. Food was very mediocre, staff were great tho. Upstairs had piped 90s music that was competing with live music downstairs?! So it was a little bit jarring and too loud. The atmosphere.... there isn't much really. Its done out fairly fancy,lots of burnished metal and brickwork with a weird giant rack g system for showing off bottles that goes all the way up the the first floor.. impressive but not really to my humble taste. My vegan burger was a little bland but certainly edible.

Visited this restaurant for the first time for a late lunch with friends. Atmosphere and food was great- good portions, well presented and our lamb and salmon filet were cooked to perfection. Crème Brûlée also one of the best I’ve had. However, have given 3 points for service as this was ok but not great. We were presented with menus for lunch served until 3pm we arrived at 2pm. When we gave our order to the waitress she impolitely pointed out that the menu clearly stated it was for Mon-Fri so we couldn’t choose from that menu!! We ordered a glass of wine which tasted awful- we took a sip and immediately asked for it to be changed. This required a lengthy conversation with the manager to justify our decision - so service could do with a bit of polish. Other than this it’s nice and worth a visit.

Breakfast was nice but so expensive, these people think they are in West End. For 3 people we paid £66 this is breakfast lol. Very over priced, 2 pieces of hash brown for £3.50, 3 pieces of thin Turkey rashers for £3.50, I mean wow. Had lunch mix sinish, 3 pieces of chicken & 3 pieces of lamb £23 lol it’s a rip off. You’re meant to get 5 pieces of chicken & 5 of the lamb, you’re best to go else where if you’re hungry. What’s the owner going to say oh rent is high here and so on. Rent is high everywhere in Walthamstow Tottenham Enfield & Edmonton, u will get a better deal in these places and be full up. This place is a rip off, not worth it. They know they are over charging there is no excuse

ENDED UP WITH FOOD POSIONING!! We went for a big family meal of 8 people. We ordered platters starters etc. Me and my little 9 year old cousin ended up with food poisoning. Was in hospital for nearly a week. Do not go!! I called the restaurant up many times to speak to the manager or the owner. They always said he is busy when I told them why I wanted to speak to them and said he will give you a call back but that never happened. Not even to apologise or to ask for any information!! They do not care about putting someone's life at risk. I have been on antibiotics twice and in and out of hospital many times since, due to how badly it affected me. It has left long term health conditions. Horrible horrible people. Horrible food. They have put money before a humans life!!! I will never forgive them!! And hope they suffer for what they have caused!!

The food here is very fresh, pure, and the ingredients are of high quality that I could taste. I loved the aubergine entree and seafood pasta, both of which I was able to sample. Also, the dressing/salad and chips were delicious. I’d happily return and try more offerings here.

An ambient yet lovely atmosphere. We visited late on a Saturday before the 10pm kitchen closure. A few scattered tables of customers otherwise plenty of free space. Service was brilliant. Food was tasty coupled with being of a generous portion.

I reserved a booking for 11 for a birthday with someone who lives far away and they called me to come in earlier at 10 or reschedule on the day and i thought it would be fine to still make it but it wasn’t. I then explained this to a man with an accent there and he swore and threatened me despite it being their fault and explaining the times of the kitchen closing at 10:30. He was incredibly rude and threatened to assault. I will be taking this further. I recommend not going here at all! I have proof of the phone call conversations too.

We recently made a group booking at Yaz, and everything was excellent! Shout out to Berfin who managed our booking from start to finish with efficiency and professionalism. From the moment we telephoned to make the booking, to when we arrived, the staff were welcoming and attentive. The food was delicious, beautifully presented. The ambiance was amazing, and the DJ that came on at 830pm was a whole vibe. The service was prompt, professional and friendly. We sat in the upstairs area for a group of 15 and everything ran super smoothyl! We highly recommend Yaz for any group events and look forward to our next visit!

Great quality food and service. We often visit this place as it is quite local to us and are always pleased with the quality of the food as well as the service. I have tried a number of items on the menu and have been very happy with the taste and flavours of every meal. The portion sizes are also very good and you definitely get your money's worth.

Attended for a large birthday booking, good space, drinks and had a DJ. The food was okay to good....stand out was the mixed grill, but it should come with chips as an option because the rice wasn't nice. Boneless wings were cold but tasted ok, people liked the lamb shank, the seabass wasnt cooked to my liking, and with no seasoning just tasted like bland fish.

The vibe is on point. Service was outstanding. Really nice place to go food food with friends and family. Nothing about the food blew me away but everything I had was all delicious none the less. 8.5 overall. Which is really high in my book. The live DJ is a nice touch! We returned for another meal then had a few drinks We had mains meals, a couple sides and 4 cocktails in total. Paid around £50 per head.

Food was delicious and plentiful. Service, as in waiting staff was good. The reason I put 3 stars on service was when I ordered a drink, at the bar, a service charge was put on. When I asked them to take it off, I was told that they couldn't as I was part of a group booking.

Booked and reservation (brunch) today for 1.30... got there on time... got assisted to my seat and handed the menu. Looked at the menu and i called the waiter over and i asked her is this the brunch menu and she said no the brunch finished at 12 today because of Mother's Day. My face was confused. I said to the waiter where did it say that because when you go online and on your insta page it still says 11am-4pm. She said it was put on the insta page. I said to her ok, but if it was put on the story that would have come down within 24hours and nothing was there when i looked when i booked and this morning. She went to double check with the manager and came back and said we cant have the brunch because all the breakfast food had sold out. That is unacceptable as me and my friend came along way for the brunch and no where on the insta page did it say because of Mother's Day they would finish Brunch at 12.

I recently hosted a baby shower at this venue and the whole experience was great from start to finish. Berfin was fantastic at helping to organise the event and accommodated our requirements and requests swiftly and with ease. On the day of the party, the serving staff were brilliant and the food was delicious. They made the whole thing run smoothly and we had a wonderful time. We were a party of 25 and I wouldn’t hesitate in using them as a party venue again. Thank you so much!

Didn't eat here but just popped in for an Efes whilst waiting for a friend. The table next to me all ordered lamb chops - and it smelled AMAZING!

Food was overly priced for what it was, portions very small compared to other places. Steak was very tough and was mash very cold and dry. Humous and cacik straight out of a ready meze branded box for that price is very cheeky. First time visiting and the last not worth the hefty bill at the end

Service was really good and the employees were really nice. However, the food was terrible, expected it to be much better. Meat wasn't cooked properly and the adana smelt. The adana was also very raw inside. Disappointed as I was really looking forward to the food. This could have been an off night for the restaurant as I heard good things about it before.

Xmas Eve Meal w/the family. Amazing Service & Top Top Tier food. Highly recommended. Love Turkish food, but the quality of meats here were amongst the best I have tasted. First visit but definitely not my last.

Best menemen I have tasted to date. Brunch was lovely so tasty and the service was great too. The lady serving us was so accommodating, friendly and very smiley and still super professional. We were the first customers at10:30am , but was super impressed will defiantly revisit.

My first visit to Yaz and upon first impressions it started off good. Atmosphere and decor were great. Food was also good, compliments to the kitchen as the veggie mousakka i had was probably the best one i've had at a restaurant. Unfortunately, the service (lack of!) really let this place down which was disappointing. It felt under staffed and a lack of management around. It took ages for someone to come over to take our order, one of the our party had to get up and go get the waiter to take our order. Drinks took a while to come out. Waiter forgot the water we ordered and we had to remind him once our food had already arrived about it. One of our party asked for bulgur instead of pilav with her food which he noted down. Pilav came out instead, which she asked him to exchange. He took the pilav away and never came back with the bulgur. She finally got his attention again half way through her meal and asked about her bulgur. He went away and came back when she nearly finished her meal that she couldn't have bulgur because the kitchen is off, not sure what that meant. But zero apology for him forgetting to begin with. Took us ages to get his attention again for the bill and to pay we had to get up and go to the bar. Management, if you have cameras, take a look at how long we waited for service. It really let you down last night which is a great shame. Would i go back? Not based on this experience unfortunately.

I booked the upstairs section at Yaz restaurant for my 25th birthday and I had the best time ever! The food was delicious, the service was great and the staff were good vibes. Restaurant has not much space: we have to 1.walk through tables where others people already were eating to reach stairs & go up to first floor. 2. Upstairs table was long and narrow. 3. We could communicate just with 4 people around us. 4. People who pass me behind me have been kicking my chair every time. 5. Most enoying was that music was too loud and we even 4 people couldn't hear each other. Awful. Never go again.

Got a last minute table and had to wait in the lounge 45 mins to be seated as busy but was kept up to date and had a drink while waiting so wasnt a problem as the dj was playing some great tunes! Once seated the staff were wonderful and the food was amazing. Thankyou Yaz x

Our large group was quite disappointed with our visit. The lamb shank we ordered was undercooked and lacked flavor, and the accompanying mashed potatoes were lumpy and tasteless. Everyone who ordered this dish wanted to return it. The sea bass was also nearly tasteless and very dry. The service was substandard, with long waiting times for our orders. Additionally, the drinks were overpriced. The sticky boneless wings we ordered were also disappointing. They were overly sweet and surprisingly tasteless, adding to our overall dissatisfaction with the meal at Yaz restaurant. This only added to our negative dining experience, and I definitely would not recommend this place to others.

Going there for my grandaughters birthday , the table serve was medioca , cold and hot starters didn't get brought out. Even though the guests were asking for there food. The fish was great and the kebabs looked fine . The mash potatoes was cold and lumpy the lamb shank was bland and everything was swimming in gravy , out of the 4 people who sent back the lamb the manager only reimburse 2 of the guests and refused to reorder or take t he lamb dinner off the other guest bill . Then all deserts was cancelled as there was none after the food disaster he closed the restaurant a hour earlier than originally said when booking the restaurant for the birthday party , which upset the guests This was not a great night a complete disaster even though the bill came to over a thousand pound . I would not go there again to eat , and never to book for a party

My husband and I hosted our wedding reception/lunch for 65 people at Yaz Restaurant on 09/09/2023. I would like to say a big thank you to Berfin and the team at Yaz for delivering such an incredible day. The service was so smooth, the staff were so accommodating, the food from their private hire set menu was absolutely delicious, the drinks were great and the venue was stunning! We utilised the mezzanine on the first floor for our event, we had access to a private bar and balcony which provided our guests many spaces to socialise and gather. Thank you so much for making it such a memorable and special day for us! Your team exceeded our expectations and we couldn’t be more grateful! We can’t wait to host more events and family occasions at Yaz Restaurant.

Came with the family. Nice atmosphere and decor. Really friendly and attentive staff throughout, great service. Food was enjoyable and Argentinian rib eye steak probably of the best steaks we have had. Would recommend and go again.

Lovely decor, delicious food and attentive service. The calamari was amazing. So were the grilled meats and fish. The lamb shish is served juicy rather than dried out. The staff really do try quite hard to please.....However, the kofte was a bit dried out, the wings were quite small and clearly came from sparrows and the hand cooked chips were a con as they were machine cut and frozen. The sauce, bread and rice portions were also a bit mean. Haringey is best for Turkish, otherwise you can't go wrong here if you can forgive the small issues...

Sat outside. They have outdoor heaters that you can turn on or off as required. Made the mistake of ordering a mixed meze to start so quite full when the main course arrived, but everything was delicious (including mixed grill shared by two and I think Adana for my grown up son). Good service, easy parking in Tesco supermarket card park. Only slight annoyance was some idiot driving a motorbike at speed on the paved pedestrian area in front of the restaurant. It didn't affect us but just tainted the atmosphere a bit.

Really nice atmosphere. Great food. Parking free in local bays after 5pm. Only knocked off a star for the price. A little pricey, but we came for a luxury experience, and we got it. 😊

Food was ok, I got a mixed shish (lamb&chicken) the chicken was lovely, however the lamb wasn't nice, I had 4 pieces and each piece had fatty bits on it that I had to spit out unfortunately. If I was to visit again, I'd only get the chicken. I found the atmosphere quite loud, especially the music. I wasn't impressed with the dessert either, spending £8 on baklava, I was expecting more from it. It was soggy.

Not Halal restaurant serving Pork and alcohol not suitable for Muslims

The easiest 5 stars I’ve ever given! The service is outstanding, food is really fresh, well made and DELICIOUS. A special thanks to Naz who looked after us during our dinner :) We had humus, octopus and burek for started, a mixed grill for main (1 to share between 2 is enough) and baklava for desert… I honestly can’t pick which was the best, but you can see from the pictures everything was to die for! Definitely coming back.

Well this restaurant is somewhat different from what you are usually looking to see in Turkish Restaurant, Food-wise is top recommendation from me What about to service-wise, have an eye on details with grand attitude for customer service, No matter what we ordered for our lunch we shared the food and have tried from everything what we ordered more than 10 dishes and here I can say Respect to kitchen staff. Very relaxing atmosphere inside. Marvellous…!!! Thanks again to restaurant chef and service staff.

Celebrated a birthday at Yaz. Sadly the food was disappointing. A very oily plate that tasted only of oil which was very frustrating. What's worse is when mentioning this to the waiter he explained he had the same meal for his lunch and he thought it tasted fine. Strange response to my legitimate concern. The DJ was great and played good music. Sadly the food did not deliver.

Visited Yaz today for my Birthday, the food was cooked beautifully, such attention to detail on every dish,. Really enjoyed the breakfast at this restaurant! (Photo is from December.) Not sure if they still offer breakfast now, but if they do, I would love to go back. Highly recommended if you're looking for a delicious morning meal.

Visiting from the US and had dinner at Yaz. It was delicious, and the service was impeccable! It is authentic Turkish food. I could have been sitting in Istanbul. My 8 month grandson made a strong connection with the beautiful server Berfin!!
